仔猪具有消化能力弱、对能量需求高、需要养分多、抵抗力差等特点,在饲料的选择要有别于成猪和中猪。糖萜素是从山茶科植物饼粕中提取的混合物,是有三萜皂甙(≥30%)、糖类(≥30%)和有机酸组成的天然生物活性物质。糖萜素具有在胃肠道内产生有机酸或其它物质来抑制致病性细菌的能力,进而可以降低断奶仔猪的腹泻病发生。糖萜素改善胃肠道,提高生产性能,糖萜素中的寡糖有利于双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌等有益菌的大量繁殖,使得乳酸、醋酸、丁酸、丙酸产量增加,降低肠道内pH,改善胃肠道环境,促进蛋白质合成,提高消化酶活性,从而有利于营养物质的吸收,促进动物生长,提高饲料利用率,降低腹泻率,有效提高动物生产性能和成活率;糖萜素可调节猪肠道微生态环境,抑制致病性大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌增殖,提高双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌浓度,减少胃肠道疾病,减少腹泻率。
糖萜素是已经批准使用的新型兽用添加剂成分,糖萜素能有效抑制病毒的复制和传播,刺激机体产生干扰素和白细胞介素-2,阻断病毒感染,降低细菌性、病毒性、营养性病发生率,减少继发性感染。与现有的抗病毒药物和抗生素等相比,糖萜素性质温和、口感好无一般药物的苦涩味道,其使用非常安全,可作为预防性添加剂进行长期使用。
近几年,随养猪的深入研究,猪饲料越来越受人们的关注,目前糖萜素饲料添加剂主要是唐天科技和泰仁药业生产配方和制备方法,详见GBT25247-2010饲料添加剂糖萜素,但是由于该饲料添加剂中含有了大量不可饲成分,并且有有机溶剂的残留,极大的降低了饲用价值。由于仔猪的肠道未完全发育成熟,此配方饲料,不能有效的降低仔猪的腹泻率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种低成本,营养全面合理的促进仔猪生长,降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂及包含该添加剂的饲料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂,该添加剂包括重量比占60-70%的糖萜素,3-5%的纤维素,10-18%的蛋白质,10-15%的糖,0.2-0.8%微量元素,0.1-0.9%维生素。
优选地,一种用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂,该添加剂包括重量比占63-70%的糖萜素,4-5%的纤维素,13-17%的蛋白质,10-14%的糖,0.2%-0.7%微量元素,0.3-0.7%维生素。
优选地,一种用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂,该添加剂包括重量比占62-69%的糖萜素,2-4%的纤维素,12-15%的蛋白质,11-12%的糖,0.4-0.6%微量元素,0.3-0.6%维生素。
优选地,所述维生素有效成分为维生素A,维生素B,维生素C,维生素D,维生素E,
钙,铁,锌。
优选地,所述仔猪为4-10周龄,体重低于20KG的猪。
有选的,所述糖萜素是使用二氧化碳作为萃取溶剂通过超临界萃取装置萃取取得。
本发明还公开了一种包含用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂的饲料,包含玉米、小麦、小麦麸、菜籽饼、大豆、肉骨粉、贝壳粉,还包括上述用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂,该新型糖萜素饲料添加剂的添加量为500mg/kg-1000mg/kg。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明中的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂具有低成本,营养全面的优点。
2、本发明中的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂可有效促进仔猪生长发育,降低仔猪腹泻率。
3、本发明中的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂无毒,无有害物添加,天然安全,应用广泛。
4、本发明中的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂中糖萜素纯度达到国家标准要求。
具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下文将结合说明书和较佳的实施例对本发明作更全面、细致地描述,但本发明的保护范围并不限于以下具体的实施例。
实验分组:选择300只健康、生长发育正常、体重相近的长,品种相同的断奶仔猪按性别、始重搭配随机分为普通糖萜素、新型糖萜素、对照组每组50头(25♀、25♂)对每组体重进行显著性检验。
试验方法:试验期共28天试验期内。
试验分期:实验期为28天,第0-14天为第一阶段,第15-28天为第二阶段。
饲养管理:供试断奶仔猪均在钢窗保温猪舍饲养,每日开窗通风,每天早晚清粪两次,
保持圈舍干净。预试期完成驱虫、健胃工作对病猪进行常规治疗。
喂养方法:干粉料撒于食槽,自由采食,用自动鸭嘴式饮水器自由饮水,日喂3次,每次对所给日粮称重,每天记录仔猪的腹泻情况。

在仔猪的基础日粮中添加使用二氧化碳作为萃取溶剂通过超临界萃取装置萃取取得的重量比占60-70%的糖萜素,3-5%的纤维素,10-18%的蛋白质,10-15%的糖,0.2-0.8%微量元素,0.1-0.9%维生素的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂500mg/kg。
实施例2:
在仔猪的基础日粮中添加使用二氧化碳作为萃取溶剂通过超临界萃取装置萃取取得的重量比占60-70%的糖萜素,3-5%的纤维素,10-18%的蛋白质,10-15%的糖,0.2-0.8%微量元素,0.1-0.9%维生素的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂800mg/kg。
实施例3:
在仔猪的基础日粮中添加使用二氧化碳作为萃取溶剂通过超临界萃取装置萃取取得的重量比占60-70%的糖萜素,3-5%的纤维素,10-18%的蛋白质,10-15%的糖,0.2-0.8%微量元素,0.1-0.9%维生素的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂1000mg/kg。
空白对照:
只喂基础日粮。
对比例1:
在仔猪的基础日粮中添加同对实施例1等量的普通糖萜素。
实施结果与分析
采食情况:从试验全过程观察试验组断奶仔猪采食、饮水均表现正常未出现异常情况。
腹泻指标:试验开始后,每天记录仔猪腹泻程度和头数,计算平均腹泻指数。计算公式如下:平均腹泻指数=总腹泻评分/(总头数×总天数)。

根据以上研究结果,得到了本试验的相关结论,具体如下:试验结果证实在在断奶仔猪基础日粮中添加新型糖萜素500mg/kg-1000mg/kg均能有效降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率。

1.一种用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂,其特征在于:该添加剂包括重量比占60-70%的糖萜素,3-5%的纤维素,10-18%的蛋白质,10-15%的糖,0.2-0.8%微量元素,0.1-0.9%维生素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂,其特征在于:该添加剂包括重量比占63-70%的糖萜素,4-5%的纤维素,13-17%的蛋白质,10-14%的糖,0.2%-0.7%微量元素,0.3-0.7%维生素。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂,其特征在于:该添加剂包括重量比占62-69%的糖萜素,2-4%的纤维素,12-15%的蛋白质,11-12%的糖,0.4-0.6%微量元素,0.3-0.6%维生素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述维生素有效成分为维生素A,维生素B,维生素C,维生素D,维生素E,钙,铁,锌。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述仔猪为4-10周龄,体重低于20KG的猪。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述糖萜素是使用二氧化碳作为萃取溶剂通过超临界萃取装置萃取取得。
7.一种包含用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂的饲料,包含玉米、小麦、小麦麸、菜籽饼、大豆、肉骨粉、贝壳粉,其特征在于:还包括权利要求1-6任意一项所述的用于降低仔猪腹泻率的新型糖萜素饲料添加剂,该新型糖萜素饲料添加剂的添加量为500mg/kg-1000mg/kg。
