本发明涉及环保技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种除味剂。
背景技术
日常生活中,人们受到异味气体污染现象较为普遍,这些异味气体来源于身体皮肤分泌物、厨房、厕所和新房新车等日常生活场景。目前,市场上常见的除味技术有表面活性剂吸附、植物提取液和香精遮盖等。表面活性剂可以吸附部分的异味分子,但吸附净化效率低,不能根除异味分子。植物提取液的活性成分可以与异味分子络合,或产生轻微分解反应,但净味速率慢、效率低等缺陷。香精遮盖技术只是利用新气味掩盖难闻的异味,并不能对异味产生清除效果。
异味气体的组成比较复杂,目前对此还没有根据场景进行归类分析。根据特定场景异味气体特性开发新净味技术是市场的迫切需求。此外,目前的净味技术存在对人畜皮肤净味效果低、速率慢等不足,因此需要研发新型除味技术解决这些市场痛点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种针对人畜皮肤类场景(如:宠物、老人和鞋脚)的异味气体进行快速净化、高效净味的氨基类复合除味剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明的氨基类复合除味剂的设计是基于老人异味气体2-壬烯醛、宠物异味壬醛、臭脚异味异戊酸等异味源分子结构特性进行设计的,充分考虑异味分子结构的特性以及除味剂各组分的协同性,蓖麻油酸衍生物与异味分子结构极性相近,亲和力强,能快速扑捉异味分子,氨基与异味分子醛基能快速发生聚合反应,再辅助以双胍化合物快速杀菌技术,彻底根除皮肤异味气体污染源,具体技术方案如下:
一种氨基类复合除味剂,由如下重量份数的组分制成:三羟甲基氨基甲烷2-20份,蓖麻油酸钠1-10份,乙酰化蓖麻油1-5份,精氨酸1-10份,组氨酸1-10份,乙酰基瓜氨酰胺精氨酸1-5份,聚氨丙基双胍0.1-1份,丙二醇30-50份,纯水30-70份。
上述氨基类复合除味剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)依次将1-10份蓖麻油酸钠和1-5份乙酰化蓖麻油加入至30-50份丙二醇中,充分搅拌使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清油性溶液;
(2)依次将2-20份三羟甲基氨基甲烷,1-10份精氨酸,1-10份组氨酸和1-5份乙酰基瓜氨酰胺精氨酸加入至30-70份纯水中,充分搅拌使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清水溶液;
(3)对步骤(2)所得水溶液进行高速剪切乳化,然后缓慢加入步骤(1)所得的透明澄清油性溶液,继续乳化10-30min使其均匀稳定;
(4)再将0.1-1份聚氨丙基双胍加入上述步骤(3)所得溶液中,继续高速剪切乳化15-45min,使其成为均匀透明溶液,即可得到氨基类复合除味剂。
本发明的原理是:配方中原料蓖麻油酸钠、乙酰化蓖麻油和聚氨丙基双胍对异味分子(如:壬醛,2-壬烯醛和异戊酸等)有较强亲和力,在洗护或室内喷雾等应用场景中能够先快速吸附空气中的异味分子,此外,三羟甲基氨基甲烷和精氨酸分子中含有大量氨基活性基团,氨基可以与被吸附过来的异味分子发生化学聚合反应生产无挥发物质,从而达到快速净化异味分子的效果,而且聚氨丙基双胍对致病菌有很强抑菌效果,能快速抑菌皮肤表面微生物滋生,根除皮肤微生物滋生分泌的异味。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明经过充分研究,发现宠物异味源分子主要为壬醛,老人体味分子主要为2-壬烯醛和臭脚异味分子主要为异戊酸等,因此针对这几个异味分子来设计本发明的复合除味剂的组成。
2.本发明经过大量实验,筛选到的三羟甲基氨基甲烷、精氨酸、组氨酸和乙酰基瓜氨酰胺精氨酸这些氨基类化合物,安全无刺激,可以快速与醛类化合物发生聚合反应。
3.本发明经过大量实验,筛选到的蓖麻油酸钠、乙酰化蓖麻油和聚氨丙基双胍对异味分子(如:壬醛,2-壬烯醛和异戊酸等)有较强亲和力,在洗护或室内喷雾等应用场景中能够先快速吸附异味分子,对异味分子进行包裹乳化,为其被分解和聚合反应清除净化创造支撑条件。蓖麻油酸钠、乙酰化蓖麻油和聚氨丙基双胍除了能对异味分子快速吸附外,而且对常见致病菌有较强抑菌效果,能根除皮肤微生物滋生分泌的异味。

实施例1:依次将1份蓖麻油酸钠和5份乙酰化蓖麻油加入至50份丙二醇中,电动搅拌使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清油性溶液。另外,取烧杯依次将2份三羟甲基氨基甲烷,1份精氨酸,1份组氨酸和1份乙酰基瓜氨酰胺精氨酸加入至70份纯水中,电动搅拌使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清水溶液。将透明澄清水溶液进行2000rpm高速剪切乳化,然后缓慢加入澄清油性溶液,继续乳化10min使其均匀稳定。再加入0.1份聚氨丙基双胍,继续2000rpm高速剪切乳化15min,使其成为均匀透明溶液即得到氨基类复合除味剂。其工艺流程如图2所示。
实施例2:依次将10份蓖麻油酸钠和5份乙酰化蓖麻油加入至30份丙二醇中,电动搅拌使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清油性溶液。另外,取烧杯依次将20份三羟甲基氨基甲烷,10份精氨酸,10份组氨酸和5份乙酰基瓜氨酰胺精氨酸加入至40份纯水中,电动搅拌使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清水溶液。将透明澄清水溶液进行2000rpm高速剪切乳化,然后缓慢加入透明澄清油性溶液,乳化30min使其均匀稳定。再加入1份聚氨丙基双胍,继续2000rpm高速剪切乳化45min,使其成为均匀透明溶液即得到氨基类复合除味剂。
实施例3:依次将10份蓖麻油酸钠和5份乙酰化蓖麻油加入至30份丙二醇中,电动搅拌使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清油性溶液。另外,取烧杯依次将20份三羟甲基氨基甲烷,10份精氨酸,10份组氨酸和5份乙酰基瓜氨酰胺精氨酸加入至40份纯水中,600rpm电动搅拌30min使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清水溶液。将透明澄清水溶液进行2000rpm高速剪切乳化,然后缓慢加入透明澄清油性溶液,乳化30min使其均匀稳定。再加入1份聚氨丙基双胍,继续2500rpm高速剪切乳化40min,使其成为均匀透明溶液即得到氨基类复合除味剂。
实施例4:依次将10份蓖麻油酸钠和5份乙酰化蓖麻油加入至30份丙二醇中,电动搅拌使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清油性溶液。另外,取烧杯依次将10份三羟甲基氨基甲烷,5份精氨酸,10份组氨酸和5份乙酰基瓜氨酰胺精氨酸加入至40份纯水中,600rpm电动搅拌30min使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清水溶液。将透明澄清水溶液进行2000rpm高速剪切乳化,然后缓慢加入透明澄清油性溶液,乳化30min使其均匀稳定。再加入0.5份聚氨丙基双胍,继续2500rpm高速剪切乳化30min,使其成为均匀透明溶液即得到氨基类复合除味剂。
实施例5:依次将5份蓖麻油酸钠和5份乙酰化蓖麻油加入至35份丙二醇中,电动搅拌使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清油性溶液。另外,取烧杯依次将20份三羟甲基氨基甲烷,5份精氨酸,10份组氨酸和5份乙酰基瓜氨酰胺精氨酸加入至40份纯水中,600rpm电动搅拌40min使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清水溶液。将透明澄清水溶液进行2000rpm高速剪切乳化,然后缓慢加入透明澄清油性溶液,乳化30min使其均匀稳定。再加入0.5份聚氨丙基双胍,继续2500rpm高速剪切乳化30min,使其成为均匀透明溶液即得到氨基类复合除味剂。
对比例1:
参照实施例5,各组分和用量与实施例5相同,不同的是各组分直接混合搅拌得到产品。
将实施例1制备的氨基类复合除味剂按照2%添加至沐浴露、喷雾等产品中,其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和铜绿假单胞菌等常见致病菌有较强抑菌效果,具体如图1所示。
将各个实施例制备的氨基类复合除味剂用纯水稀释成10%浓度后,放入各个不同场景(宠物味、老人味和臭脚味)中进行异味净化实验,净化时间为24h,其异味净化效果如表1所示。
以上结果分析:实施例1-5按本发明工艺方法进行制备氨基类除味剂,所得产品的净化效果均较好。而对比例1的制备工艺是将各原料直接混合搅拌而成,由于其原料没有考虑乳化充分溶解或悬浮,导致各成分协同性降低,净化效果明显下降。
将实施例1制备的氨基类复合除味剂用纯水稀释成10%浓度后,放入各个不同场景(宠物味、老人味和臭脚味)中进行异味净化实验,每隔几小时进行测试,分析其快速净化效果如图3所示。从结果看出,经10%产品净味治理1h后,各异味分子被净化效率已达到了80%左右,12h后已达到85%,说明产品能快速净化异味污染源,且效率高。
将实施例1制备的氨基类复合除味剂用纯水稀释成10%浓度后,用量100mL,用于10m³与30m³实验舱空间中净化壬醛效果测试,实验结果如图4所示。从结果看出,相同用量的产品用于10m³空间净化治理12h,净化效率达95%,30m³空间净化治理24h,净化效率达98%。
上述抑菌实验、异味净化实验以及净化壬醛效果测试的方法如下:
抑菌测试方法:抑菌行业标准QB/T 2738-2012 日用产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法,测试样品:沐浴露或杀菌除味喷雾(含2%杀菌净味剂),抑菌作用时间:10min。
异味净化检测方法以及壬醛净化测试方法:QB/T 2761-2006 室内空气净化产品净化效果测定方法,测试舱大小和测试作用时间根据实验分析要求调整。
Claims (2)
1.一种氨基类复合除味剂,其特征在于由如下重量份数的组分制成:三羟甲基氨基甲烷2-20份,蓖麻油酸钠1-10份,乙酰化蓖麻油1-5份,精氨酸1-10份,组氨酸1-10份,乙酰基瓜氨酰胺精氨酸1-5份,聚氨丙基双胍0.1-1份,丙二醇30-50份,纯水30-70份。
2.权利要求1所述氨基类复合除味剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)依次将1-10份蓖麻油酸钠和1-5份乙酰化蓖麻油加入至30-50份丙二醇中,充分搅拌使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清油性溶液;
(2)依次将2-20份三羟甲基氨基甲烷,1-10份精氨酸,1-10份组氨酸和1-5份乙酰基瓜氨酰胺精氨酸加入至30-70份纯水中,充分搅拌使其完全溶解至成为透明澄清水溶液;
(3)对步骤(2)所得水溶液进行高速剪切乳化,然后缓慢加入步骤(1)所得的透明澄清油性溶液,继续乳化10-30min使其均匀稳定;
(4)再将0.1-1份聚氨丙基双胍加入上述步骤(3)所得溶液中,继续高速剪切乳化15-45min,使其成为均匀透明溶液,即可得到氨基类复合除味剂。
