技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种磷石膏轻质隔墙板及其制备方法。
背景技术
磷石膏是湿法生产磷酸工艺中产生的固体废弃物,主要成分为二水硫酸钙,含量达到90%左右。磷石膏主要有灰黑色和灰白色两种,颗粒直径一般为5~50μm,结晶水含量20%~25%。磷石膏的组成比较复杂,除硫酸钙以外,还有未完全分解的磷矿、残余的磷酸、氟化物、酸不溶物、有机质等。同时,磷石膏的随意排放堆积严重破坏了生态环境,不仅污染地下水资源,还造成土地资源的浪费。
目前,磷石膏用于生产建筑材料的技术工艺已经比较成熟,在国内外有很好的发展前景,国内外利用磷石膏制备石膏板、粉刷石膏等建筑材料,成为了磷石膏综合利用的途径之一。现代建筑的室内装修隔断、吊顶、框架结构建筑隔墙等工程,都急需同时具备强度高、轻质、保温隔热隔音、防火防水防潮、施工快捷等性能的板材;但是,现有磷石膏轻质隔墙板存在强度低、隔声效果差、工序复杂等问题。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供了一种磷石膏轻质隔墙板及其制备方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种增强型磷石膏轻质隔墙板,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:磷石膏800~1200份;甲基纤维素1~3份;聚羧酸减水剂0.6~1.5份;聚烯烃纤维1.5~3份;缓凝剂0.3~0.8份;发泡剂0.2~0.6份;触变剂2~3份;转晶剂0.6~0.8份;水600~750份。
优选的,磷石膏1000份;甲基纤维素1.5份;减水剂0.8份;聚烯烃纤维2.5份;缓凝剂0.5份;发泡剂0.5份;触变剂2.5份;转晶剂0.7份;水700份。
进一步地,所述缓凝剂选自柠檬酸钠、磷酸钙、木质素磺酸盐中至少一种。
进一步地,所述发泡剂选自碳酸铵、碳酸氢铵、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠中至少一种。
进一步地,所述触变剂为纳米级触变剂。
在一些实施例中,优选的,所述触变剂选自二氧化硅、有机膨润土、石棉、高岭土、凹凸棒土中至少一种。
进一步地,所述转晶剂为选自硫酸铝、氯化钾、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中至少一种。
在一些实施例中,进一步地,还包括采用玻璃纤维网格布作为支撑材料。
上述磷石膏轻质隔墙板的抗压强度≥4.5MPa、抗折强度≥1.5倍自重、吊挂力≥1000N。
一种制备上述磷石膏轻质隔墙板的方法,包括以下步骤:
将原料按比例混合,搅拌1~3min,得浆料;
将浆体迅速注入模具中,控制浆料初凝时间6~15min、终凝时间15~35min,成型即得磷石膏轻质隔墙板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明以工业固废磷石膏为主要原料,制备轻质隔墙板,实现了废物利用、创造了商业价值、减少了环境污染;
(2)本发明制备工艺简单、原料易得、成本低、生产效益高;
(3)本发明通过合理的原料选择以及配比,得到的产品抗压强度≥4.5MPa、抗折强度≥1.5倍自重、吊挂力≥1000N,能广泛应用于建筑领域。

聚羧酸减水剂购自山东鑫福满化工科技有限;
木质素磺酸盐购自沈阳兴正和化工有限公司。
本发明中未对具体原料进行说明均为已经存在物质,可以从市面上直接购买得到。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种石膏轻质隔墙板,其原料组分如下:
磷石膏1000份;甲基纤维素1.5份;聚羧酸减水剂0.8份;聚烯烃纤维2.5份;柠檬酸钠0.5份;碳酸钠0.5份;纳米级二氧化硅2.5份;硫酸钡0.7份;水700份。
将上述各组分将原料按比例混合,搅拌2min,得浆料;将浆体迅速注入模具中,控制浆料初凝时间10min、终凝时间25min分钟,成型即得磷石膏轻质隔墙板。
实施例2

对比例1中聚羧酸减水剂、柠檬酸钠占比发生变化,产品浆料凝固时间过久,成品效率低、产品强度低、含水量相对较高。
对比例2由于缺少纳米级二氧化硅,其产品强度明显降低。
对比例3将硫酸钡替换成等量的酒石酸,而酒石酸是常见有机酸类转晶剂,最终产品强度等均有所下降,可能和整个体系pH值有一定关系,因此转晶剂选用无机类转晶剂更佳。
对比例4由于缺少柠檬酸钠,导致浆料过早凝固,有“粘锅”现象,不好脱模成型。

Claims (10)
1.一种磷石膏轻质隔墙板,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:磷石膏800~1200份;甲基纤维素1~3份;聚羧酸减水剂0.6~1.5份;聚烯烃纤维1.5~3份;缓凝剂0.3~0.8份;发泡剂0.2~0.6份;触变剂2~3份;转晶剂0.6~0.8份;水600~750份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磷石膏轻质隔墙板,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:磷石膏1000份;甲基纤维素1.5份;减水剂0.8份;聚烯烃纤维2.5份;缓凝剂0.5份;发泡剂0.5份;触变剂2.5份;转晶剂0.7份;水700份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磷石膏轻质隔墙板,其特征在于,所述缓凝剂选自柠檬酸钠、磷酸钙、木质素磺酸盐中至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磷石膏轻质隔墙板,其特征在于,所述发泡剂选自碳酸铵、碳酸氢铵、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠中至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的磷石膏轻质隔墙板,其特征在于,所述触变剂为纳米级触变剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的磷石膏轻质隔墙板,其特征在于,所述触变剂选自二氧化硅、有机膨润土、石棉、高岭土、凹凸棒土中至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的磷石膏轻质隔墙板,其特征在于,所述转晶剂为选自硫酸铝、氯化钾、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的磷石膏轻质隔墙板,其特征在于,还包括采用玻璃纤维网格布作为支撑材料。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的磷石膏轻质隔墙板,其特征在于,所述磷石膏轻质隔墙板的抗压强度≥4.5MPa、抗折强度≥1.5倍自重、吊挂力≥1000N。
10.一种制备权利要求1-8任一项所述磷石膏轻质隔墙板的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将原料按比例混合,搅拌1~3min,得浆料;
将浆体迅速注入模具中,控制浆料初凝时间6~15min、终凝时间15~35min,成型即得磷石膏轻质隔墙板。
