Abstract

本发明是一种废旧聚氨酯发泡混凝土保温墙体材料的制作方法,聚氨酯(PU)是一种新兴的有机高分子材料,因其优良的性能而被广泛应用,但是随之而来的就是大量的废料产生,常用的聚氨酯二次利用方法不光成本高,而且对环境有一定的负影响,本发明制作了一种独有的硅酸盐水泥发泡技术和聚氨酯表面处理技术,把处理后的聚氨酯填充到发泡水泥当中,制成新型废旧聚氨酯发泡混凝土保温砌块材料,不光能处理聚氨酯生产过程中的废料,还能处理已经成型的废旧聚氨酯废料,制成的新型保温砌块材料,不光对人体无害,无二次污染,而且环保利废,保温隔热,用在建筑围护结构中还能提高居住的舒适性等优点。

一种废旧聚氨酯发泡混凝土保温墙体材料的制作方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑工程领域,是一种具有轻质高强、保温隔热、降噪隔音、高耐久性及高耐火性的废旧聚氨酯发泡保温混凝土砌块材料的制作方法。
技术背景:
聚氨酯制品是具有形态多样的泡沫塑料,其应用范围非常广泛,如:汽车制造、电器制造、交通运输、土木建筑等许多领域,但随之而来的副产品废料也很多,而且应为聚氨酯成型后形态很难可逆,自然分解难度也很大,给环境带来巨大负担。
本发明利用无害化学处理方法对废旧聚氨酯进行处理,处理后的聚氨酯在与特制的硅酸盐水泥材料进行拌和制成绿色环保的保温墙体材料。
发明内容:
本发明是利用化学方法对废旧聚氨酯进行化学处理,处理后的废旧聚氨酯具有一定的无序状的交接强度,而且无化学挥发物污染,还能与硅酸盐水泥进行水化反应,解决废旧聚氨酯利用难,应用价值低等问题,彻底解决废旧聚氨酯不能大面积二次利用的弊端,通过本发明应用还能降低建筑物在建设期对自然资源的依赖性,降低建筑物在运行期间的建筑能耗高等问题。
聚氨酯通过球磨机进行粉碎,制成1MM~50MM粗细不等的轻质骨料,在通过1.18MM、 2.50MM、5.00MM、10.00MM、16.00MM、20.00MM、25.00MM、31.50MM、40.00MM、50.00MM方孔筛进行过筛,并把废旧聚氨酯轻质颗粒细度模数控制在均匀连续的级配,保证废旧聚氨酯粉碎颗粒的间隙最小,有利于水泥浆均匀密实。
以质量份数比为单位,废旧聚氨酯粉碎颗粒20-40份、纳米二氧化硅气凝胶粉5-8份、磷酸二甲酯5-8份、苯丙乳液20-30份、磷酸二乙酯2-6份、木炭粉5-10份、粉煤灰5-10份、以上材料用搅拌机混合一起后干燥处理,材料间隙含水率控制在5%-10%左右备用。
由于废旧聚氨酯本身强度低,韧性好,自身密度很轻,所以要对拌和用的硅酸盐水泥进行特殊处理,增加水泥自身抗压强度,确保废旧聚氨酯拌和物能均匀密实的与硅酸盐水泥结合,以质量份数比为单位,甲基硅酸钾1-2份、聚乙烯醇粉末1-2份、三乙醇胺3-4份、三聚氰胺4-5份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液5-10份、增强纤维3-8份、硅灰5-10份、42.5硅酸盐水泥或42.5 快硬硫铝酸盐水泥110-150份、自来水80-120份、在与权力1的废旧聚氨酯拌合物20-30份进行拌和,制成废旧聚氨酯水泥浆备用。
由于废旧聚氨酯发泡混凝土保温墙体材料是超轻质材料,同时废旧聚氨酯自身结构特点以及本发明节能目标,还需要对硅酸盐水泥进行特殊处理,制成专属的发泡水泥浆混合物,并确保密度最轻,封闭孔隙均匀等。必须特质一种独有的发泡剂,以质量份数比为单位,月桂醇0.1-1份、纯碱0.5-1份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液10-15份、甲基硅酸钾1-2份、聚丙烯硅酸钠0.5-2份、木质磺酸钙0.1-0.6份、α-稀基黄酸钠(粉)2-4份、水容性硅酸钠4-8份、过氧碳酸钠3-8份、自来水300-400份稀释,一起搅拌混合均匀放入高压发泡机中发泡在与废旧聚氨酯水泥浆进行物理发泡拌和,制成发泡废旧聚氨酯水泥浆混合物,装入模具当中,制成废旧聚氨酯发泡混凝土保温墙体材料。
具体实施方法:
实施方案1
把聚氨酯通过球磨机进行粉碎,制成1MM~50MM粗细不等的轻质骨料,在通过1.18MM、 2.50MM、5.00MM、10.00MM、16.00MM、20.00MM、25.00MM、31.50MM、40.00MM、50.00MM方孔筛进行过筛,并把废旧聚氨酯轻质颗粒细度模数控制在均匀的连续级配,保证废旧聚氨酯粉碎的颗粒间隙最小,确保水泥浆硬化后的强度。
以质量份数比为单位,废旧聚氨酯粉碎颗粒20-40份、纳米二氧化硅气凝胶粉5-8份、磷酸二甲酯5-8份、苯丙乳液20-30份、磷酸二乙酯2-6份、木炭粉5-10份、粉煤灰5-10份,以上材料用搅拌机混合一起风干,材料含水率控制在5%-10%左右备用。

1.一种废旧聚氨酯发泡混凝土保温墙体材料的制作方法,包括以下步骤
废旧聚氨酯拌合物的制备,以质量份数比为单位,废旧聚氨酯粉碎成粒径不等的颗粒20-40份、纳米二氧化硅气凝胶粉5-8份、磷酸二甲酯5-8份、弹性乳液苯丙乳液20-30份、磷酸二乙酯2-6份、木炭粉5-10份、粉煤灰5-10份,以上材料用搅拌机混合一起,得到废旧聚氨酯拌合物备用;
废旧聚氨酯水泥浆的制备,以质量份数比为单位,甲基硅酸钾1-2份、聚乙烯醇1-2份、聚丙烯酰胺2-5份、三乙醇胺3-4份、三聚氰胺4-5份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液5-10份、增强纤维3-8份、硅灰5-10份、42.5硅酸盐水泥或42.5快硬硫铝酸盐水泥100-160份、自来水80-120份与废旧聚氨酯拌合物20-30份进行拌和,制成废旧聚氨酯水泥浆备用;
废旧聚氨酯发泡混凝土保温墙体材料的制备,以质量份数为单位,月桂醇0.1-1份、纯碱0.5-1份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.1-0.4份、丁苯乳液1-5份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯1-3份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液10-15份、乳胶粉1-3份、无水氯化钙1-5份、甲基硅酸钾1-2份、聚丙烯酸钠0.5-2份、木质磺酸钙0.1-0.6份、α-烯基磺酸钠2-4份、水溶性硅酸钠4-8份、过氧碳酸钠3-8份、自来水300-400份稀释,一起搅拌混合均匀放入高压发泡机中发泡,得到发泡剂,再与废旧聚氨酯水泥浆进行拌和制成发泡混合物,装入模具当中,制成废旧聚氨酯发泡混凝土保温墙体材料。
