the electric slipway 313 drives the front clamping part to move downwards through the fixing column 331 until contacting the top of the feeding conveyer belt 4, then the connecting plate 322 is moved under the pushing of the third electric push rod 321, in the moving process, two groups of clamping plates 326 simultaneously move inwards due to the limit of the limiting block 324 by the limiting groove 323, the unqualified cloth is clamped and fixed, the clamping plates 326 slide on the surface of the slide rod 334 simultaneously, and the connecting plate 322 slides on the top of the connecting frame 332 and the inside of the connecting groove 333 through the vertical plate 325;
after the clamping is finished, the electric sliding table 313 is lifted to be higher than the two groups of conveying belts 4, then the third motor 311 is utilized to drive the held materials to rotate in the direction through the connecting cylinder 312 until the materials rotate to the top of the feed back conveying belt 4, then the electric sliding table 313 is lifted to attach the bottom of the materials to the top of the feed back conveying belt 4, the third electric push rod 321 is pulled back to release the holding force, the material taking and discharging effects can be achieved, and finally the materials are rotated to the position.
The invention also provides an optical detection method for the camera module, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, conveying a workpiece, namely conveying the workpiece to a position to be detected by a conveying belt at a feeding position, and pushing a camera module to be detected by a material fixing mechanism to ensure the detection effect by the camera module positioned in the middle of the conveying belt;
s2, during detection, the computer terminal performs optical detection on the workpiece through the scanning camera, the LED lamp tube circumferentially arranged at the bottom end of the scanning camera in the detection process emits light to assist the LED lamp tube to complete optical detection operation, and a display screen on the surface of the computer terminal displays the detection process and data comparison;
s3, the camera module is subjected to secondary detection, after the primary detection is finished, the camera module is clamped by a material fixing mechanism and moves upwards to turn over, the camera module is placed on the top of a conveying belt during feeding and conveying after the turning over is finished, and meanwhile, the scanning camera is subjected to secondary detection on the back surface, so that the detection accuracy is ensured;
s4, transferring the camera module, wherein two conditions can occur after detection is finished, one is qualified, the other is unqualified, qualified materials can be continuously conveyed, unqualified materials can be taken down by the material taking mechanism and placed on the other group of conveying belts, and the conveying belts at the material returning position, namely the other group of conveying belts, are returned to the original place for processing.

An optical detection device for a camera module, characterized in that: the automatic feeding device comprises a box body (1), a feeding mechanism (2), a material taking mechanism (3), a conveying belt (4), a scanning camera (5) and a computer terminal (6), wherein the material taking mechanism (3) is arranged in the inner cavity of the box body (1), the conveying belt (4) is respectively arranged on two sides of the inner cavity of the box body (1), the scanning camera (5) is installed at one end of the top of the box body (1) in a penetrating manner, the computer terminal (6) is installed at the top of the box body (1), the computer terminal (6) is located above the scanning camera (5), and one end of the inner cavity of the box body (1) is provided with the feeding mechanism (2) for correcting deviation prevention of a camera module and overturning;
the feeding mechanism (2) comprises a transverse plate (21), a through hole (22), a driving assembly (23), a first moving assembly (24), a second moving assembly (25), a sliding groove (26) and a sliding plate (27), wherein the transverse plate (21) is arranged at the lower part of an inner cavity of the box body (1), the through hole (22) is formed in the top of the transverse plate (21), the driving assembly (23) is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the box body (1), the first moving assembly (24) and the second moving assembly (25) are respectively arranged above two sides of the driving assembly (23), the sliding groove (26) is arranged at the outer sides of the first moving assembly (24) and the second moving assembly (25), and the sliding plate (27) is positioned in the sliding groove (26); the driving assembly (23) comprises a first motor (231), a transmission rod (232), a gear (233) and a support plate (234), wherein the first motor (231) is arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the box body (1), the transmission rod (232) is connected with an output shaft of the first motor (231) in a key manner, the gear (233) is arranged on the surface of the transmission rod (232), the support plate (234) is rotatably connected to two ends of the surface of the transmission rod (232), and the bottom end of the support plate (234) is fixed with the bottom of the inner cavity of the box body (1);
the first moving assembly (24) comprises a lower toothed plate (241), a first supporting rod (242), a first electric push rod (243), a connecting rod (244) and a first push plate (245), wherein the lower toothed plate (241) is meshed with the bottom of the gear (233), the first supporting rod (242) is arranged at one end of the top of the lower toothed plate (241), the first electric push rod (243) is arranged at the top of the first supporting rod (242), the connecting rod (244) is arranged at the output end of the first electric push rod (243), and the first push plate (245) is rotatably connected to one end, far away from the first electric push rod (243), of the connecting rod (244);
the second moving assembly (25) comprises an upper toothed plate (251), a second supporting rod (252), a second electric push rod (253), a second motor (254) and a second push plate (255), wherein the upper toothed plate (251) is meshed with the top of the gear (233), the second supporting rod (252) is arranged at one end of the top of the upper toothed plate (251), the second electric push rod (253) is arranged at one end of the second supporting rod (252), the second motor (254) is arranged at the output end of the second electric push rod (253), and the second push plate (255) is connected with the output shaft of the second motor (254) in a key manner;
the first support rod (242) is located inside one-side through hole (22), the second support rod (252) is located inside the other-side through hole (22), sliding grooves (26) are formed in two sides of the upper toothed plate (251) and the lower toothed plate (241), sliding plates (27) are connected to the sliding grooves (26) in a sliding mode, the sliding plates (27) on the outer side of the upper toothed plate (251) are installed on the bottoms of the transverse plates (21), and the sliding plates (27) on the outer side of the lower toothed plate (241) are installed on the bottoms of the inner cavities of the box body (1).
