Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗风湿类疾病的杜仲壮骨丸，主要由杜仲、人参、三七、细辛、川芎、当归、秦艽、独活、白术、桑枝、木瓜、续断、附片、黄芪、防风、豹骨、乌梢蛇、金铁锁、狗骨胶、石楠藤、淫羊藿、大血藤、威灵仙、寻骨风24味中草药制成。本发明与现有的治疗风湿病的药物相比，本发明采用的是常见的纯天然的中草药为原料并经精制而成的纯中药制剂，它具有益气健脾、养肝壮腰、活血通络、强筋健骨、祛风除湿的功效，它可用于风湿痹痛、筋骨无力、屈伸不利、步履艰难、腰膝疼痛、畏寒喜温等症的治疗，也可用于类风湿病的治疗。本发明具有疗效确切、见效快、无毒副作用、服用安全方便、价格较低的优点。

本发明涉及一种治疗风湿类疾病的杜仲壮骨丸，属于治疗风湿类疾病的药物技术领域。
背景技术：
目前，在现有技术中治疗风湿病的药物很多，这些药物一般都具有一定的疗效作用，但大多数药物却存在着价格较高、疗程较长、疗效不太确切的问题，而且有些药还存在着有一定的毒副作用，长期服用对身体有害。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是：提供一种疗效较好、无毒副作用、服用安全方便、价格较低的治疗风湿类疾病的杜仲壮骨丸，以克服现有药物的不足。
本发明是这样实现的：主要由杜仲、人参、三七、细辛、川芎、当归、秦艽、独活、白术、桑枝、木瓜、续断、附片、黄芪、防风、豹骨、乌梢蛇、金铁锁、狗骨胶、石楠藤、淫羊藿、大血藤、威灵仙、寻骨风24味中草药制成，各味中草药按重量份配比分别为：杜仲74～89份、人参29～35份、三七29～35份、细辛14～18份、川芎43～53份、当归43～53份、秦艽58～71份、独活43～53份、白术58～71份、桑枝72～88份、木瓜43～53份、续断43～53份、附片29～35份、黄芪74～89份、防风43～53份、豹骨1.22～1.49份、乌梢蛇12.2～14.9份、金铁锁14～18份、狗骨胶12～14份、石楠藤74～89份、淫羊藿74～89份、大血藤49～59份、威灵仙43～53份、寻骨风74～89份，其制作方法为：先将人参、豹骨、细辛、三七、金铁锁、乌梢蛇、狗骨胶全量及当归、川芎、独活、秦艽、白术1/3～1/2量烘干并粉碎、过筛、混匀后得细粉备用，将杜仲、桑枝、淫羊藿、石楠藤、木瓜、大血藤、附片、威灵仙、寻骨风、续断、防风、黄芪及剩余的当归、川芎、独活、秦艽、白术混合煎煮三次，将煎煮液合并过滤得滤液，将滤液静置24小时，吸取其上清液，将上清液浓缩至在80℃下相对密度为1.35～1.38的稠膏，将该稠膏与备用的细粉混合均匀，再经泛丸、干燥、灭菌、包衣即制得成品。

具体实施方式：
本发明的实施例1：取杜仲74克、人参29克、三七29克、细辛14克、川芎43克、当归43克、秦艽58克、独活43克、白术58克、桑枝72克、木瓜43克、续断43克、附片29克、黄芪74克、防风43克、豹骨1.22克、乌梢蛇12.2克、金铁锁14克、狗骨胶12克、石楠藤74克、淫羊藿74克、大血藤49克、威灵仙43克、寻骨风74克，其制作方法为：先将人参、豹骨、细辛、三七、金铁锁、乌梢蛇、狗骨胶全量及当归、川芎、独活、秦艽、白术1/3～1/2量烘干并粉碎、过筛、混匀后得细粉备用，将杜仲、桑枝、淫羊藿、石楠藤、木瓜、大血藤、附片、威灵仙、寻骨风、续断、防风、黄芪及剩余的当归、川芎、独活、秦艽、白术混合煎煮三次，将煎煮液合并过滤得滤液，将滤液静置24小时，吸取其上清液，将上清液浓缩至在80℃下相对密度为1.35～1.38的稠膏，将该稠膏与备用的细粉混合均匀，再传统的工艺进行泛丸、干燥、灭菌、包衣，并使每丸重0.19克即制得成品。
本发明的实施例2：取杜仲89克、人参35克、三七35克、细辛18克、川芎53克、当归53克、秦艽71克、独活53克、白术71克、桑枝88克、木瓜53克、续断53克、附片35克、黄芪89克、防风53克、豹骨1.49克、乌梢蛇14.9克、金铁锁18克、狗骨胶14克、石桶藤89克、淫羊藿89克、大血藤59克、威灵仙53克、寻骨风89克，其制作方法与实施例1相同。
本发明的实施例3：取杜仲8 1克、人参32.4克、三七32.4克、细辛16克、川芎48.6克、当归48.6克、秦艽64.8克、独活48.6克、白术65克、桑枝80克、木瓜48.6克、续断48.6克、附片32.4克、黄芪81克、防风48.6克、豹骨1.35克、乌梢蛇13.5克、金铁锁16克、狗骨胶13克、石楠藤81克、淫羊藿81克、大血藤54克、威灵仙48.6克、寻骨风81克，其制作方法与实施例1相同。
本发明成品的用法和用量为：用酒或温开水送服，成人一次服8～12粒，12～13岁的儿童一次服6～8粒，8～10岁的儿童一次服4～6粒，每日3次。服药期间忌食酸、冷食物，孕妇忌服。
