Referring to fig. 1-17, the invention provides a bread bagging packaging sealing machine, which comprises a frame 1 and a feeding and conveying mechanism 2, wherein a vertical rotary table 5 and a horizontal rotary table 11 are arranged on the surface of the frame 1, a bagging station, a heat sealing station, a blanking station and a waiting station are arranged on the horizontal rotary table 11, a useful limiting jig 12 is arranged on the surface of the horizontal rotary table 11, and the limiting jig 12 corresponds to four stations;
the material guide opening 504 is formed in the outer side of the vertical rotary table 5 in a penetrating manner, the bagging jig 6 is arranged on the side surface, close to the horizontal rotary table 11, of the vertical rotary table 5, the bagging jig 6 located at the lowest position corresponds to a bagging station, preferably, the bagging jigs 6 are arranged in four ways, and therefore the vertical rotary table 5 and the horizontal rotary table 11 can be rotated synchronously, the overall control difficulty of the device is reduced, and the stability and unity of the overall rhythm of the device are guaranteed; a bagging mechanism 7 is arranged above the horizontal rotary table 11, and the bagging mechanism 7 corresponds to the uppermost bagging jig 6 and is used for expanding and sleeving the packaging bag outside the bagging jig 6;
The tail end of the feeding and conveying mechanism 2 corresponds to a material guide opening 504, a feeding baffle plate 3 is arranged on the surface of the feeding and conveying mechanism 2, a cavity for placing bread is formed between the feeding baffle plates 3, a pushing component 4 is arranged on one side of the tail end of the feeding and conveying mechanism 2, and is used for pushing bread on the feeding and conveying mechanism into a packaging bag outside a bagging jig 6 through the material guide opening 504 and pushing the bread and the packaging bag into a limiting jig 12 together;

the inside of the frame 1 is provided with a heat sealing mechanism 8, the heat sealing mechanism 8 corresponds to a heat sealing station, the outer side of the horizontal rotary table 11 is provided with a bag opening clamping mechanism 13, the bag opening clamping mechanism 13 is initially positioned at a bagging station and used for clamping a shaped bag opening, and the bag opening clamping mechanism 13 clamps the bag opening to rotate to the heat sealing station along with the horizontal rotary table 11 for heat sealing and then returns to the bagging station;
the discharging and conveying mechanism 10 is correspondingly arranged at the discharging station, and the stirring assembly 9 is arranged above the discharging station and used for conveying the packaging bags which are subjected to heat sealing in the limiting jig 12 to the discharging and conveying mechanism 10.
As an alternative embodiment, the vertical rotary table 5 comprises a vertical mounting frame 501, a vertical driving motor 502 is arranged on the outer side of the vertical mounting frame 501, an output end of the vertical driving motor 502 is connected with a vertical rotary table 503, and a material guiding opening 504 is arranged on the outer side of the vertical rotary table 503 in a penetrating manner;

Principle of operation of the vertical rotation table 5: when the bagging machine is used for bagging, the propping cylinder 507 works to drive the propping cylinder 505 to penetrate through the material guide opening 504 through the propping plate 506, the horizontal part of the rotary seat 602 is propped through the propping cylinder 505, the elasticity of the elastic column 606 is overcome, the rotary seat 602 is enabled to rotate, the two bag propping plates 603 are mutually close along with the rotation of the rotary seat 602, the bagging mechanism 7 is convenient to sleeve the packaging bag outside the bag propping plate 603, after the bagging is completed, the propping cylinder 507 drives the propping plate 506 to return to the original position, the elastic column 606 is restored to drive the rotary seat 602 to rotate to the original state, the packaging bag is propped up through the two bag propping plates 603, and the stability of the packaging bag is ensured.

The bagging mechanism 7 comprises a bag taking bracket 701, a bag conveying moving plate 718, a bag conveying motor 705 and a bag conveying slave belt pulley 716, wherein the bag taking bracket 701 is connected to the front side of the frame 1 and is positioned above the horizontal rotary table 11, a bag placing frame 702 which is inclined upwards is arranged above the bag taking bracket 701, a bag taking opening 703 is arranged on the surface of the bag placing frame 702, a bag placing limiting plate 704 is arranged on the surface of the bag placing frame 702, and the bag placing limiting plate 704 is distributed around the bag taking opening 703 and is used for limiting the packaging bag to be taken above the bag taking opening 703;
