Abstract

陶瓷鎏金工艺,是一种在陶瓷品表面进行金的金属化处理的工艺。其工艺流程为:采用素烧或仅上一层稀释的釉烧制而成的瓷品,经过洁净处理后,在表面经过涂银→镀镍→镀铜或镀钛→镀金而成,即得鎏金品。本发明通过廉价的金属铺底,提高基层厚度,一方面可节约金的用量,另一方面可大幅度提高产品的质量,特别适于制作造型比较复杂的工件。

Description

陶瓷鎏金工艺
本发明涉及一种陶瓷流金工艺,是一种在陶瓷品表面进行金的金属化处理的工艺。
目前,在陶瓷表面进行金的金属化处理的工艺有电镀工艺、刷金水工艺等。采用电镀工艺处理后的成品,表面比较光亮,造成纯金品的视觉效果差一些,不适于制作古典工艺品。而刷金水工艺,用金量较大,成本高,比较适于装饰、翻新大型的古建筑、寺庙的佛尊等。
本发明的目的是提供一种陶瓷鎏金工艺,采用特定的多层复盖工艺,最后使陶瓷表面复上一层极薄的金,具有纯金的理化特性,特别给人一种纯金品的物质视觉。
陶瓷流金工艺流程为:采用素烧或仅上一层稀释的釉烧制而成的瓷品,经过洁净处理后,在表面经过涂银→镀镍→镀铜或镀钛→镀金而成,即得鎏金品。涂银的工艺为:在瓷品的表面均匀涂上一层薄的氧化银浆,经200-300℃温度烘干后,再重复1-2次,最后一次涂氧化银后,可直接进行烧结,烧结温度达到500-800℃、较佳600-700℃后,保温15分钟-3小时、较佳半小时-1小时,而后冷却至常温即可。氧化银经烧结还原,使瓷品表面形成一层银层,银牢固地附着在相对蔬松粗糙的瓷表面,填满了瓷表面的孔隙,使瓷表面显得相对的细密平滑。氧化银浆的配方为:氧化银25-75g,蓖麻油2-10g,松香粘合剂20-60g,硼酸铅1-6g,松节油2-10g。
本发明所提供的陶瓷鎏金工艺,主要采用了较低廉的金属铺底,提高了基层的厚度,一方面可节约金的用量,另一方面可大幅度地提高产品的质量,特别适合于制作造型比较复杂的工件。
实施例:24厘米渡海观音鎏金
24厘米渡海观音瓷品,经洗涤剂或氢氧化钠加水清洗去污、烘干,在表面涂抹一层薄的氧化银浆,250℃烘干,再涂抹一次氧化银浆后送入箱式电炉,烧结温度至650℃后,保温半小时,而后冷却至常温出炉,再进行镀镍,镀铜,最后镀金,烘干即得鎏金品,用PVC热收缩膜封装出厂。氧化银浆由氧化银50g,蓖麻油6g,松香粘合剂40g,硼酸铅3g,松节油7g混合而成。镀镍、镀铜或镀钛、镀金的工艺均为常规工艺。

Claims (4)

1、一种陶瓷鎏金工艺,采用素烧或仅上一层稀释的釉烧制而成的瓷品,经过洁净处理,其特征在于经过涂银→镀镍→镀铜或镀钛→镀金而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷鎏金工艺,其特征在于涂银的工艺为:在瓷品表面均匀涂上一层薄的氧化银浆,经200-300℃温度烘干后,再重复1-2次,最后一次涂氧化银后,可直接进行烧结,烧结温度达500-800℃后,保温15分钟-3小时,而后冷却至常温即可。
3、根据权利要求1和2所述的的陶瓷鎏金工艺,其特征在于涂银工艺中的烧结过程较佳条件为:烧结温度这600-700℃,保温半小时-1小时。
4、根据权利要求1所速的陶瓷鎏金工艺,其特征在于氧化浆由氧化银25-75g,蓖麻油2-10g,松香粘合剂20-60g,硼酸铅1-6g,松节油2-10g混合而成。
