Specifically, the system comprises three subsystems: a data acquisition subsystem, a fee settlement subsystem and a data storage subsystem. The data acquisition subsystem is mainly used for monitoring the driving behavior of the target vehicle on the high-speed road section, acquiring a high-speed violation detection result, a high-speed road section starting point and a high-speed road section ending point of the target vehicle, and transmitting the high-speed violation detection result, the high-speed road section starting point and the high-speed road section ending point of the target vehicle to the data storage subsystem. The expense settlement subsystem can acquire the high-speed violation detection result, the high-speed road section starting point and the high-speed road section ending point of the target vehicle from the data storage subsystem, further determine the high-speed road cost of the target vehicle based on the high-speed road section starting point and the high-speed road section ending point, and summarize the violation fine and the high-speed road cost based on the high-speed violation detection result and the high-speed road cost to determine the comprehensive expense.
The expressway toll collection system provided by the invention monitors the behavior of a target vehicle on an expressway road section through the data acquisition subsystem, acquires an expressway violation detection result, a road section starting point and a road section ending point, determines the expressway toll through the toll collection subsystem, collects the violation fine and the toll, determines the comprehensive cost, stores the violation detection result, road section information and toll information through the data storage subsystem, collects the expressway toll and the expressway violation fine, realizes one-time payment, can finish various money settlement related to the expressway vehicle, and can improve the settlement efficiency.
Optionally, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a fee junction subsystem provided by the present invention, and according to an expressway toll collection system provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the fee junction subsystem 102 includes an expressway toll analysis module 1021 and a plurality of toll terminals 1022, where the toll terminals 1022 are disposed at a turn port of an expressway toll station;
the expressway cost analysis module 1021 is configured to determine an expressway cost of the target vehicle based on the expressway section start point and the expressway section end point;
the charging end 1022 is configured to determine the comprehensive fee based on the expressway fee, the expressway violation detection result, and the violation charging indication information, and collect the comprehensive fee in an electronic payment manner, where the violation charging indication information is configured to indicate whether to collect the violation fine corresponding to each expressway violation at the turn port of the expressway toll station;
The data storage subsystem is also used for storing payment records of the target vehicle.
Specifically, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the operation of the fee-binding subsystem according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the workflow of the fee-binding subsystem may include steps 301 to 303.
In step 301, a highway toll for the target vehicle is determined based on the highway section start point and the highway section end point.
Specifically, the highway toll standard table may be used to determine the highway toll of the target vehicle according to the provided starting point and ending point. The specific cost depends on factors such as the type of vehicle, the number of axles of the vehicle, and the mileage.
Step 302, determining the comprehensive cost based on the high-speed road cost, the high-speed violation detection result and the violation charge indication information.
Specifically, the high-speed violation detection result refers to fine generated when the vehicle is detected to violate the rules on the expressway; the rule-breaking charge indication information is used for indicating whether to charge rule-breaking fine corresponding to each high-speed rule-breaking action at the turn mouth of the high-speed toll station, for example, the rule-breaking fine corresponding to each high-speed rule-breaking action can be indicated to be charged at the turn mouth of the high-speed toll station, for example, part of rule-breaking fine corresponding to the high-speed rule-breaking action can be indicated to be charged at the turn mouth of the high-speed toll station, for example, the rule-breaking fine corresponding to the high-speed rule-breaking action can be indicated not to be charged at the turn mouth of the high-speed toll station. The comprehensive cost calculation comprises two parts of high-speed road fees and violation fine, and if the violation charge indication information indicates that all or part of the violation fine corresponding to the high-speed violation behavior needs to be paid, the comprehensive cost also comprises the high-speed road fees and all or part of the violation fine corresponding to the high-speed violation behavior.
Step 303, collecting comprehensive fees by an electronic payment mode, and sending transaction records to a data storage subsystem.
Specifically, the collection of the integrated fee by means of electronic payment means that the payment is made using an electronic payment platform. After receipt, the transaction records need to be sent to the data storage subsystem for subsequent querying and management. This process requires ensuring the security of the paymate and the accuracy of the data storage.
Therefore, whether the violation fine corresponding to each high-speed violation is collected at the turn port of the high-speed toll station or not is indicated by the violation charge indication information, and the high-speed road fee and the high-speed violation fine can be summarized according to service requirements or user requirements, so that the flexibility of payment settlement is improved.
Optionally, according to the highway toll collection system provided by the invention, the toll collection terminal comprises a display terminal, and the display terminal is used for:
displaying a violation image, a violation fine and a violation charging single box corresponding to each high-speed violation behavior under the condition that one or more high-speed violation behaviors exist in the target vehicle at a road section between the starting point of the high-speed road section and the ending point of the high-speed road section;
Receiving a first input for determining the status of a violation charging box corresponding to each high-speed violation, wherein the first input is used for determining the state of the violation charging box, and when the state of the violation charging box is determined to be a selected state, the violation fine is charged at a turn port of a high-speed toll station, and when the state of the violation charging box is determined to be an unselected state, the violation fine is not charged at the turn port of the high-speed toll station;
and responding to the first input, and determining the rule-breaking charge indication information based on the state of a rule-breaking charge single box corresponding to each high-speed rule-breaking action.
Specifically, the system displays a violation image, a violation fine and a violation charging single box corresponding to each high-speed violation if one or more high-speed violations exist in the target vehicle on a road section between a high-speed road section starting point and a high-speed road section ending point. If the rule-breaking charging single option frame is in a selected state, the system indicates to collect rule-breaking fine at the turn mouth of the high-speed toll station; if the violation charge box is in an unselected state, the system will indicate that no violation fine is to be charged at the toll gate. The first input is used to determine the status of the violation charge box corresponding to each high-speed violation. Based on the status of the violation charge single box corresponding to each high-speed violation behavior, the system will determine violation charge indication information.
Therefore, through a man-machine interaction mode, whether the violation fine corresponding to each high-speed violation is collected at the turn mouth of the high-speed toll station or not can be determined according to the first input by the driver of the target vehicle, the high-speed road fee and the high-speed violation fine are summarized and processed according to the requirement, and the flexibility of payment settlement is improved.
Optionally, according to the highway toll collection system provided by the present invention, the display terminal is further configured to:
displaying the violation deduction and the violation deduction single selection frame corresponding to each high-speed violation behavior under the condition that one or more high-speed violations exist in the target vehicle at the road section between the starting point of the high-speed road section and the ending point of the high-speed road section;
receiving a second input, wherein the second input is used for determining the state of a violation score single box corresponding to each high-speed violation behavior, and the method is used for indicating that the violation score is processed at a turn port of a high-speed toll station when the state of the violation score single box is determined to be a selected state and indicating that the violation score is not processed at the turn port of the high-speed toll station when the state of the violation score single box is determined to be an unselected state;
And responding to the second input, and if the violation deduction of one or more target high-speed violations is determined to be processed, processing the violation deduction of each target high-speed violation by a person evidence comparison method.
Specifically, if one or more high-speed violations exist in the target vehicle at a road segment between the starting point and the ending point of the high-speed road segment, the system displays the violation points and the violation point single boxes corresponding to the high-speed violations. If the violation deduction single selection frame is in a selected state, the system instructs to process the violation deduction at the turn port of the high-speed toll station; if the violation score radio box is in an unselected state, the system will indicate that no violation score is to be processed at the high speed toll gate turn. After receiving the second input, the system determines the state of the violation score box corresponding to each high-speed violation. If the violation deduction of one or more target high-speed violations is to be processed, the system processes the violation deduction of each target high-speed violation by a person and certificate comparison method.
Therefore, the violation deduction can be processed through the display terminal, and the processing efficiency of related matters of the high-speed driving is further improved. And whether the violation points corresponding to each high-speed violation behavior are processed at the turn opening of the high-speed toll station can be determined according to the second input by the driver of the target vehicle in a man-machine interaction mode, the violation points of one or more target high-speed violation behaviors can be processed as required, and the flexibility of the violation point processing is improved.
Optionally, according to the expressway charging system provided by the invention, the expressway charging system further includes a vehicle-mounted highway information interaction terminal, the vehicle-mounted highway information interaction terminal is arranged on the target vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted highway information interaction terminal is used for:
receiving a high-speed violation detection result sent by the data acquisition subsystem;
outputting violation information corresponding to each high-speed violation by a voice broadcasting mode under the condition that the high-speed violation detection result indicates that the target vehicle has high-speed violation;
receiving a third input in a voice interaction mode, wherein the third input is used for determining a first default state of a violation charging single box corresponding to each high-speed violation, and the first default state is a state in which the violation charging single box is displayed on the display terminal for the first time;
and responding to the third input, and sending a first default state of the rule-breaking charge single box corresponding to each high-speed rule-breaking action to the data storage subsystem.
Specifically, the vehicle-mounted highway information interaction terminal can be a terminal for providing navigation service on a target vehicle, and in the process of providing the navigation service, the vehicle-mounted highway information interaction terminal can receive a high-speed violation detection result sent by the data acquisition subsystem, and when the detection result finds that the target vehicle has high-speed violation behaviors, the vehicle-mounted highway information interaction terminal outputs the violation information corresponding to each high-speed violation behavior in a voice broadcasting mode. In addition, the system also supports a voice interaction mode to receive a third input, wherein the third input is used for determining a first default state of a violation charging single box corresponding to each high-speed violation behavior. The first default state refers to the state of the violation charging radio box when the violation charging radio box is displayed on the display terminal for the first time. After receiving the third input, the system sends the first default state of the rule-breaking charge single box corresponding to the high-speed rule-breaking behavior to the data storage subsystem, and the display terminal can obtain the first default state of the rule-breaking charge single box corresponding to each high-speed rule-breaking behavior from the data storage subsystem so as to display the rule-breaking charge single box for the first time according to the first default state.
Therefore, through a man-machine interaction mode, the first default state of the rule-breaking charge single selection frame can be determined according to the third input by the driver of the target vehicle, the rule-breaking charge single selection frame is displayed for the first time according to the first default state, the driver of the target vehicle directly adopts the default state when inputting the first input at the display terminal, the input duration of the first input is reduced, the settlement duration at the display terminal is further reduced, and the settlement efficiency is improved.
Optionally, according to the expressway toll collection system provided by the invention, after receiving the third input, the vehicle-mounted highway information interaction terminal is further configured to:
judging whether the violation deduction corresponding to the high-speed violation behavior is greater than 0;
if the rule breaking score corresponding to the high-speed rule breaking behavior is determined to be greater than 0, receiving a fourth input in a voice interaction mode, wherein the fourth input is used for determining a second default state of the rule breaking score single selection frame corresponding to each high-speed rule breaking behavior, and the second default state is a state in which the rule breaking score single selection frame is displayed on the display terminal for the first time;
and responding to the fourth input, and sending a second default state of the violation allocation single box corresponding to each high-speed violation to the data storage subsystem.
Specifically, the vehicle-mounted highway information interaction terminal can judge whether the violation score corresponding to the high-speed violation is greater than 0, and if so, can receive a fourth input for determining a second default state of the violation score single box corresponding to each high-speed violation. The second default state refers to a state in which it is first displayed on the display terminal. After receiving the fourth input, the vehicle-mounted highway information interaction terminal can send the second default state of the rule breaking and sorting box corresponding to each high-speed rule breaking action to the data storage subsystem, and then the display terminal can obtain the second default state of the rule breaking and sorting box corresponding to each high-speed rule breaking action from the data storage subsystem so as to display the rule breaking and sorting box for the first time according to the second default state.
Therefore, through a man-machine interaction mode, the second default state of the violation score single selection frame can be determined according to the fourth input by the driver of the target vehicle, the violation score single selection frame is displayed for the first time according to the second default state, the driver of the target vehicle directly adopts the default state when inputting the second input at the display terminal, the input duration of the second input is reduced, the violation score processing duration at the display terminal is further reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
Optionally, according to the expressway toll collection system provided by the invention, the vehicle-mounted highway information interaction terminal is further used for:
acquiring a vehicle navigation path and historical high-speed violation data of the target vehicle;
judging whether a historical high-speed violation exists at a target position in front of the running direction of the target vehicle based on a preset early warning distance, the vehicle navigation path and the historical high-speed violation data, wherein the distance between the target position and the target vehicle is the preset early warning distance;
if the historical high-speed violation exists at the target position, outputting violation information corresponding to the historical high-speed violation in a voice broadcasting mode.
Specifically, the vehicle-mounted highway information interaction terminal can acquire a vehicle navigation path and historical high-speed violation data of the target vehicle from the data storage subsystem, and judge whether historical high-speed violation behaviors exist at the target position based on a preset early warning distance, the vehicle navigation path and the historical high-speed violation data.
