技术领域
本申请涉及车辆领域,且特别地涉及一种用于车辆的混合动力系统用传动机构及包括该传动机构的混合动力系统。
背景技术
在部分现有车辆中,利用具有如下构造的混合动力系统驱动车辆行进。具体地,发动机的输出轴与电机的转子的转支架始终传动联接,转子支架经由离合器与输出轴传动联接,离合器的离合单元的外毂和内毂之间通过由压盘和摩擦片构成的摩擦离合机构受控地传动联接和解除传动联接,由此,具有上述结构的混合动力系统构建了具有所谓的P1架构的混合动力系统。
进一步地,在这种混合动力系统中,一般包括用于确定电机转子的位置的位置传感器,该位置传感器包括传感器定子和传感器转子。传感器定子通过螺栓固定于壳体的靠变速器那侧的部分,传感器转子通过过盈配合固定于转子支架。由于影响传感器定子与传感器转子之间的间隙的公差链较长,因此难以保证传感器定子和传感器转子之间的间隙具有合适的大小,这可能导致传感器的测量精度受到不良影响或者传感器转子产生不期望的磨耗。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的状态而做出本申请。本申请的一个目的在于提供一种新型的混合动力系统用传动机构,该传动机构能够减小甚至消除公差链对传感器的性能产生的不利影响。另外,本申请的另一个目的在于提供一种包括该传动机构的混合动力系统。
为了实现上述目的,本申请采用如下的技术方案。
本申请提供了一种如下的混合动力系统用传动机构,所述传动机构包括:
壳体;
电机,其包括电机定子和电机转子;
输入轴,其与所述电机转子始终传动联接,在所述输入轴的径向上,所述输入轴与所述壳体之间具有间隔;以及
位置传感器,其包括传感器定子和传感器转子,所述位置传感器位于所述间隔,所述传感器定子相对于所述壳体固定,所述传感器转子固定于所述输入轴的径向外侧且能够随着所述输入轴转动,在所述输入轴的轴向上,所述传感器转子与所述传感器定子彼此相对且两者之间具有预定的间隙。
在一种可选的方案中,所述传动机构还包括轴承,所述轴承位于所述间隔,所述壳体经由所述轴承支撑于所述输入轴,使得所述输入轴能够绕着所述壳体转动。
在另一种可选的方案中,所述传动机构还包括固定件,所述固定件安装于所述输入轴,
在所述输入轴的轴向上,所述传感器转子被夹持于所述固定件和所述轴承的内圈之间。
在另一种可选的方案中,所述固定件套装于所述输入轴的径向外侧,所述固定件与所述输入轴螺纹接合。

如图1所示,该混合动力系统用传动机构包括组装在一起的壳体1、电机定子2、电机转子3、转子支架4、离合器5、输入轴6、第一输出轴71、第二输出轴72、位置传感器8、固定件9、保持件10和轴承B,以上这些部件中具有环形结构的部件均以同轴的方式组装在一起。
在本实施例中,壳体1可以例如通过螺栓固定于发动机或变速器。如图1所示,壳体1包括形成为一体的壳体径向部分11、第一壳体轴向部分12和第二壳体轴向部分13。壳体径向部分11沿着径向R延伸,第一壳体轴向部分12从壳体径向部分11的径向外侧部分沿着轴向A朝向轴向一侧延伸,第二壳体轴向部分13从壳体径向部分11的径向内侧部分大致沿着轴向A朝向轴向一侧延伸。第一壳体轴向部分12和第二壳体轴向部分13在径向R上间隔开,这两者和壳体径向部分11之间的空间用于安装一些其它部件。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,电机定子2和电机转子3构成电机,电机转子3位于电机定子2的径向内侧且能够相对于电机定子2转动。电机定子2位于第一壳体轴向部分12的径向内侧且与第一壳体轴向部分12相对固定,电机转子3在电机定子2产生的磁场中能够相对于电机定子2转动,从而输出扭矩。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,转子支架4从径向内侧支撑电机转子3的同时传递来自电机转子3的扭矩。具体地,转子支架4包括形成为一体的外支架部分41和内支架部分42。外支架部分41与电机转子3例如通过过盈配合固定连接且位于电机转子3的径向内侧,内支架部分42从外支架部分41的轴向另一侧部分朝向径向内侧延伸,内支架部分42根据需要进行多次弯折。在本实施例中,转子支架4实际上还作为离合器外壳5h的一部分。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,离合器5包括离合器外壳5h和位于离合器外壳5h的内部的两个离合单元(第一离合单元51和第二离合单元52)。离合器外壳5h包括上述转子支架4之外还包括与转子支架4固定的另一部分支撑结构,该支撑结构与外支架部分41的轴向一侧端部固定。在离合器外壳5h的内部形成了安装空间,两个离合单元51、52均位于该安装空间的内部。对于两个离合单元51、52,概括来说,各离合单元51、52均包括外毂、内毂、活塞、多个压盘和多个摩擦片(其中压盘和摩擦片构成摩擦离合机构)。在活塞的作用下多个压盘能够与多个摩擦片接合,外毂与对应的内毂传动联接,多个压盘和多个摩擦片分离时,外毂与对应的内毂解除传动联接。两个离合单元51、52的内毂分别用于与两个输出轴71、72传动联接。具体地,第一离合单元51的外毂与输入轴6直接传动联接,第二离合单元52的外毂与第一离合单元51的外毂直接传动联接,第一离合单元51的内毂和第二离合单元52的内毂分别与第一输出轴71和第二输出轴72传动联接。由此,本申请的传动机构的两个离合单元51、52能够独立地工作,也就是说一个离合单元不必依赖于另一个离合单元就能够将来自转子支架4和输入轴6的扭矩传递到对应的输出轴。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,输入轴6可以经由减振器与混合动力系统的发动机的输出轴传动联接,并且输入轴6与离合器外壳5h(转子支架4)传动联接。为了输入轴6的顺畅运转,输入轴6与壳体1的第二壳体轴向部分13之间设置有轴承B,轴承B设置在壳体1的第二壳体轴向部分13与输入轴1之间,在径向R上第二壳体轴向部分13与输入轴1之间具有间隔G。该轴承B可以是单列球轴承,也可以是双列球轴承等。如图1和图2所示,轴承B的内圈B1与输入轴6固定,轴承B的外圈B2与第二壳体轴向部分13固定。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,第一输出轴71和第二输出轴72以同轴的方式布置。第一输出轴71和第二输出轴72均为空心轴,第一输出轴71套装于第二输出轴72的径向外侧。
在本实施例中,位置传感器8可以为霍尔型的角位置传感器,如图1和图2所示,位置传感器8位于壳体1的第二壳体轴向部分13与输入轴1之间间隔G处。该位置传感器8包括配合工作的传感器定子81和传感器转子82。传感器定子81通过固定于保持件10而相对于壳体固定。传感器转子82位于输入轴6的径向外侧且在轴向A上位于固定件9和轴承B之间,传感器转子82被固定件9的环状基体91和轴承B的内圈B1夹持而相对于输入轴6固定,从而传感器转子82能够随着输入轴6转动。在轴向A上,传感器转子82与传感器定子81之间需要具有预定的间隙(该间隙的大小可以为例如3mm±1.5mm),从而使得测量结果足够精确的同时避免传感器转子82发生不期望的磨耗。
在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,固定件9也位于上述间隔G处且安装于输入轴6。固定件9包括形成为一体的环状基体91和从环状基体91朝向径向外侧凸出的凸出部92,环状基体91和凸出部92均沿着输入轴6的周向在整周上连续地延伸。环状基体91和输入轴6可以螺纹接合,从而使得环状基体91套装于输入轴6的径向外侧并且固定于输入轴6。如图2所示,环状基体91可以形成有供工具操作的操作孔。固定件9还包括附接于凸出部92的密封唇93,密封唇93可以由例如橡胶等弹性材料制成,密封唇93可以与第二壳体轴向部分13实现接触式密封,也可以与第二壳体周向部分13实现非接触式密封。通过设置密封唇93,能够减少异物进入位置传感器8以及轴承B两者的工作区域的几率。
在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,保持件10也位于上述间隔G处且固定于壳体1的第二壳体轴向部分13。在可选的方案中,如果设置有用于轴承B的外圈B1的轴承座,也可以将保持件10固定到轴承座。保持件10可以整体形成为环形形状。保持件10包括彼此固定的保持件轴向部分101和保持件径向部分102。保持件轴向部分101沿着轴向A延伸,且与壳体1的第二壳体轴向部分13过盈配合。保持件径向部分102从保持件轴向部分101的轴向另一侧端沿着径向R朝向径向内侧延伸,且与传感器定子81固定。传感器定子81可以通过螺纹连接件与保持件径向部分102固定,或者通过粘结与保持件径向部分102和/或保持件轴向部分101固定。可以理解,保持件10的形状可以根据位置传感器8的形状而改变,例如保持件10可以形成为非环形形状。
进一步地,本申请还提供了一种混合动力系统,其包括具有以上结构的传动机构、发动机和变速器。发动机的输出轴经由传动机构能够与变速器的两根输入轴传动联接。当离合器5的第一离合单元51接合时,发动机的输出轴与变速器的第一输入轴实现传动联接;当离合器5的第二离合单元52接合时,发动机的输出轴与变速器的第二输入轴实现传动联接。变速器可以包括彼此啮合的多组挡位齿轮,以构成分别对应变速器的多个挡位的齿轮副,同步啮合机构能够与对应的挡位齿轮接合或断开接合。当需要变速器进行换挡时,对应的同步啮合机构的同步器进行动作来实现各轴之间的选择性地传动联接或断开传动联接。
应当理解,上述实施方式仅是示例性的,不用于限制本申请。本领域技术人员可以在本申请的教导下对上述实施方式做出各种变型和改变,而不脱离本申请的范围。
i.在本申请的技术方案中,显著缩短了影响位置传感器的传感器定子81和传感器转子82之间的间隙大小的公差链,由此能够使得传感器定子81和传感器转子82之间具有合适大小的间隙,由此改善位置触感器8的检测精度,避免传感器转子82发生不期望的磨耗。
ii.另外,位置传感器8安装不需要使用特殊的安装工具,因此安装作业易于实现。
iii.本申请的方案不限于应用于具有上述P1架构的混合动力系统,也可以应用于具有其它结构的P1架构的混合动力系统,还可以应用于其它架构的混合动力系统。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力系统用传动机构,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括:
壳体(1);
电机,其包括电机定子(2)和电机转子(3);
输入轴(6),其与所述电机转子(3)始终传动联接,在所述输入轴(6)的径向(R)上,所述输入轴(6)与所述壳体(1)之间具有间隔(G);以及
位置传感器(8),其包括传感器定子(81)和传感器转子(82),所述位置传感器(8)位于所述间隔(G),所述传感器定子(81)相对于所述壳体(1)固定,所述传感器转子(82)固定于所述输入轴(6)的径向外侧且能够随着所述输入轴(6)转动,在所述输入轴(6)的轴向(A)上,所述传感器转子(82)与所述传感器定子(81)彼此相对且两者之间具有预定的间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统用传动机构,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括轴承(B),所述轴承(B)位于所述间隔(G),所述壳体(1)经由所述轴承(B)支撑于所述输入轴(6),使得所述输入轴(6)能够绕着所述壳体(1)转动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力系统用传动机构,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括固定件(9),所述固定件(9)安装于所述输入轴(6),
在所述输入轴(6)的轴向(A)上,所述传感器转子(82)被夹持于所述固定件(9)和所述轴承(B)的内圈(B1)之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统用传动机构,其特征在于,所述固定件(9)套装于所述输入轴(6)的径向外侧,所述固定件(9)与所述输入轴(6)螺纹接合。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的混合动力系统用传动机构,其特征在于,所述固定件(9)包括环状基体(91)、凸出部(92)和密封唇(93),所述环状基体(91)与所述输入轴(6)螺纹接合,所述凸出部(92)从所述环状基体(91)朝向径向外侧凸出,所述密封唇(93)附接于所述凸出部(92),使得所述固定件(9)能够封闭所述间隔(G)。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的混合动力系统用传动机构,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括保持件(10),所述保持件(10)固定于所述壳体(1),所述传感器定子(81)固定于所述保持件(10)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力系统用传动机构,其特征在于,所述保持件(10)形成为环形形状,所述保持件(10)包括彼此固定的保持件轴向部分(101)和保持件径向部分(102),所述保持件轴向部分(101)沿着所述轴向(A)延伸且与所述壳体(1)过盈配合,所述保持件径向部分(102)从所述保持件轴向部分(101)沿着所述径向(R)朝向径向内侧延伸且与所述传感器定子(81)固定。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的混合动力系统用传动机构,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括转子支架(4),所述转子支架(4)与所述电机转子(3)固定且与所述输入轴(6)始终传动联接。
9.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的混合动力系统用传动机构,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括第一输出轴(71)、第二输出轴(72)和离合器(5),所述离合器(5)位于所述转子的径向内侧,所述离合器(5)包括第一离合单元(51)和第二离合单元(52),所述第一离合单元(51)用于控制所述电机和所述输入轴(6)与所述第一输出轴(71)的传动联接,所述第二离合单元(52)用于控制所述电机和所述输入轴(6)与所述第二输出轴(72)的传动联接。
10.一种混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统包括发动机和权利要求1至9中任一项所述的混合动力系统用传动机构,所述发动机与所述输入轴(6)传动联接。
