The sun cream is a cosmetic which is added with a sun screening agent capable of blocking or absorbing ultraviolet rays to prevent skin from being sunburned. The sun-proof product obtained by the preparation method has good formula stability, and the SPF value and the waterproof and sweat-proof effects of the product are superior to those of a blank product without the beta-folded fibroin.

Example 1 and comparative example 1
Example 1 and comparative example 1 provide physical sunscreens comprising the components in the mass percentages shown in the following table, respectively, example 1 being supplemented with beta-sheet fibroin as compared to comparative example 1.
The preparation method of example 1 and comparative example 1 comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing cyclopentadimethicone, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide and silica according to a proportion, mixing, and uniformly grinding the materials by using a three-roller grinder to obtain a first mixed solution;
s2, obtaining a 0.5% beta-sheet fibroin solution, adding the solution into the first mixed solution according to a proportion, and uniformly mixing to obtain a second mixed solution;
s3, weighing PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane according to a proportion, adding the PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane into the second mixed solution, stirring for 1min under the condition of 2000rpm by using a homogenizer, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain a third mixed solution;
s4, weighing water and phenoxyethanol according to a proportion, sequentially adding the water and the phenoxyethanol into the third mixed solution, and homogenizing for 5min under the condition of 6000rpm by using a homogenizer to obtain a target product.
Example 2
Example 2 provides a physical and chemical combination sunscreen comprising the components in the mass percentages indicated in the following table.
The preparation method of example 2 comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the phase A raw materials in proportion, and uniformly grinding the phase A raw materials by using a three-roller grinder to obtain a first mixed solution;
s2, weighing the B-phase raw material according to a proportion, adding the B-phase raw material into the first mixed solution, and homogenizing uniformly at a rotating speed of 6000rpm by using a homogenizer to obtain a second mixed solution;
s3, weighing and mixing the C-phase raw materials in proportion, heating at 65-75 ℃ until the C-phase raw materials are completely dissolved, adding the completely dissolved C-phase into the second mixed solution, and uniformly mixing;
weighing the phase D raw materials according to a proportion, adding the phase D raw materials into the mixed solution, and homogenizing the mixed solution uniformly under the condition of 6000rpm by using a homogenizer to obtain a third mixed solution;
s4, weighing the F-phase raw materials according to a proportion, uniformly mixing, adding the F-phase raw materials into the third mixed solution, uniformly homogenizing under the condition of 6000rpm, and cooling;
and (3) weighing the E-phase raw materials according to a proportion, adding the E-phase raw materials into the mixed solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain a target product.
Test comparison:
the sunscreens obtained in example 1 and comparative example 1 were left to stand in an incubator at 45 ℃ for 8 weeks, and the stability of both in high temperature storage was observed, and the sunscreens of example 1 were free from abnormal phenomenon and slightly leaked oil in comparative example 1.
The two are sent to a third party detection mechanism for in-vitro SPF value test, specifically, equal amount of the example 1 and the comparative example 1 are smeared on the base materials with the same area, the base materials are placed in an oscillating water bath for 20min, taken out, kept stand for 20min, placed in the oscillating water bath again for 20min, taken out, dried and tested for SPF values. The results are shown in the following table:
comparing the difference in SPF values before and after the water bath, the water repellency of example 1 was higher than that of comparative example 1, and the SPF value of example 1 was also higher than that of comparative example 1.

It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. The fibroin sun cream is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
0.001-1% of beta-folded fibroin, 10-70% of grease, 10-40% of powder raw materials, 1-10% of emulsifying agent, 0.5-30% of auxiliary raw materials and the balance of water;
wherein the powder raw materials comprise a physical sun-screening agent and functional powder.
2. The fibroin sunscreen cream of claim 1, wherein: chemical sunscreens are also included.
3. The fibroin sunscreen cream of claim 1, wherein: the mass percentage of the beta-sheet fibroin is 0.001-0.05%.
4. The fibroin sunscreen cream of claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the beta-folded fibroin to the powder raw material is 1:12-1:15000.
5. The fibroin sunscreen according to claim 4, wherein: the mass ratio of the beta-folded fibroin to the powder raw material is 1:300-1:14000.
6. The fibroin sunscreen cream of claim 1, wherein: the functional powder comprises at least one of coloring powder, constitution powder and pearl powder, and the auxiliary raw materials comprise one or more of preservative, active ingredient, inorganic salt, silicon elastomer, film forming agent, humectant, thickening agent, skin feel regulator, chelating agent, solubilizer and essence.
7. A method for preparing a fibroin sunscreen according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s1, obtaining grease and powder raw materials, and adding the powder raw materials into the grease to be uniformly dispersed to obtain a first mixed solution;
s2, obtaining a beta-sheet fibroin solution, and adding the beta-sheet fibroin solution into the first mixed solution to be uniformly mixed to obtain a second mixed solution;
s3, obtaining an emulsifying agent, adding the emulsifying agent into the second mixed solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain a third mixed solution;
s4, obtaining auxiliary raw materials, sequentially adding water and the auxiliary raw materials into the third mixed solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain a target product.
8. The method for preparing the fibroin sunscreen cream according to claim 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the concentration of the beta-sheet fibroin solution is 0.2-10%.
9. The method for preparing the fibroin sunscreen cream according to claim 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the S3 further comprises heating and dissolving the emulsifier, wherein the heating temperature is 65-85 ℃;
and S4, cooling after uniformly mixing.
10. The method for preparing the fibroin sunscreen cream according to claim 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in S1, the powder raw material is dispersed by grinding with a three-roll mill or a ball mill.
