Abstract
The invention relates to a dried meat and bone staple food added with insect proteins and a production process thereof, wherein the dried meat and bone staple food comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of meat, 7-9 parts of drumstick meat with bones, 7-9 parts of fruits and vegetables, 8-11 parts of viscera, 4-6 parts of egg yolk, 2-4 parts of bread worm, 1-2 parts of grease, 1.5-3 parts of extract and 1.5-2.5 parts of premix. The invention has the advantages that: solves the problems of unbalanced nutritive value and single nutritive source of the existing cat food products in the market, which results in the generation of a series of health problems for cats. The components such as meat, viscera, bones, grease and the like are added to help to maintain the intestinal health of the cat.

The amount of exercise of the cat raised indoors is small, and the cat food with high calorie, high energy and unbalanced nutrition is frequently eaten to cause various problems of excessive obesity, food retention, constipation, lithangiuria, dry hair, chapped skin and the like.

The extract is prepared by mixing one or more of radix Sophorae Flavescentis, herba Taraxaci, herba Violae, fructus Gardeniae, poria, alismatis rhizoma, corni fructus, radix astragali, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix et rhizoma Rhei, natrii sulfas, atractylodis rhizoma, fructus kaki extract or Ascophyllum nodosum extract according to any proportion.
The premix is prepared by mixing one or more of taurine, vitamin B1, riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, nicotinic acid, folic acid, vitamin E, vitamin D3, choline chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, calcium hydrophosphate, an amino acid zinc complex, an amino acid iron complex, an amino acid manganese complex, an amino acid copper complex, yeast selenium, calcium iodate or bacillus coagulans according to any proportion, wherein the quantity of the bacillus coagulans is not less than 5 x 109CFU/KG.
A process for producing a bone and meat staple food with insect protein added thereto, comprising the steps of:
(1) Weighing the components according to the weight parts of the raw materials;
(2) Pulverizing drumstick meat with bone with superfine pulverizer into powder until there is no granule;
(3) Chopping, rolling, beating and dicing the meat;
(4) Grinding the bread worm and viscera into powder respectively, sun drying fruits and vegetables, and cutting into particles;
(5) Mixing the raw materials processed in the steps (2) to (4), sequentially adding grease, egg yolk, an extract and premix, and uniformly stirring;
(6) Preparing the stirred material in the step (5) into a cylinder, and fixing the shape at the ultralow temperature of-50 ℃ and the ultralow pressure of 350MPa, wherein the freezing time is 0.5-6h;
(7) After the finished product is prepared, radiation sterilization is carried out.

60 cats with basically same nutrition condition and body weight and body shape are selected for feeding experiments, and are divided into 3 groups of 20 cats respectively fed with the prepared staple food freeze-dried (experiment group 1), the staple food freeze-dried (experiment group 2) and the puffed cat food (experiment group 3) for three months.
Experimental results:
