the rotating piece (20) comprises a fixing piece (21) fixed in the driving pipe (4), a plurality of groups of through grooves (22) are formed in the fixing piece (21), a rotating shaft (23) fixedly connected with the reciprocating screw rod (17) is rotatably connected to the fixing piece (21), a rotating block (24) is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (23), a plurality of groups of blades (25) are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the rotating block (24), and an air blast piece (26) is connected to the driving pipe (4);
three groups of moving plates (38) which are arranged circumferentially are embedded on the outer surface of the outer tube (6), grooves (39) which are matched with the moving plates (38) are formed on the outer surface of the outer tube (6), a plurality of groups of sealing blocks (40) are fixedly connected to the moving plates (38), air outlet holes (41) which are matched with the sealing blocks (40) are formed in the outer tube (6), and connecting pieces (42) which are arranged in the outer tube (6) are connected to the sealing blocks (40);
the connecting piece (42) comprises three groups of first fixing seats (43) fixed in the outer tube (6), a sliding column (45) is connected to the first fixing seats (43) in a sliding mode, a second fixing seat (44) fixed in the outer tube (6) is connected to the sliding column (45) in a sliding mode, and a second tension spring (46) sleeved on the outer surface of the sliding column (45) is fixedly connected between the first fixing seats (43) and the second fixing seats (44);
the top end of the cutting blade (10) is provided with an oblique angle, and the oblique angle is attached to the outer surface of the conical block (12).
