本发明涉及钢丝绞线技术领域,具体为一种铁氟龙钢丝绞线涂层及应用。
背景技术
钢绞线是由多根钢丝绞合构成的钢铁制品,可分为预应力钢绞线,无粘结钢绞线,镀锌钢绞线等。其表面可以根据需要增加镀锌层、锌铝合金层、包铝层(/>clad)、镀铜层、涂/> (epoxy coated)等;
当前市场上,有的钢丝绞线表面没有涂覆涂层,有的钢丝绞线表面涂覆有涂层,但是无论钢丝绞线表面有没有涂覆涂层,都会或多或少的存在一些缺陷:
1、无涂层钢丝绞线:储线设备长时间使用时易出现断丝的问题;车窗升降装置在使用现有产品时,在使用过程中来回摩擦时易产生断丝,造成卡顿不灵活;
2、有涂层的钢丝绞线:现有产品一般采用尼龙66生产,此种材料生产的产品使用寿命短,不耐低温,在零下30度左右就会出现涂敷层开裂的问题,因此我们需要提出一种铁氟龙钢丝绞线涂层及应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铁氟龙钢丝绞线涂层及应用,通过ETFE基层设计,采用ETFE材料作为基础涂层涂覆在铁氟龙钢丝绞线的表面,解决现有尼龙层不耐低温的问题,ETFE有较低的表面摩擦系数和优异的抗张强度涂敷后可解决钢丝绞线断丝问题;并配合耐弯折涂层、防静电层、防腐涂层和耐磨涂层,进一步提高了铁氟龙钢丝绞线的韧性,防止绞线表面产生静电,降低安全隐患,且提高了绞线的耐腐蚀性、绞线更加耐磨,进而提高了绞线的使用寿命,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种铁氟龙钢丝绞线涂层,包括依次涂覆在钢丝绞线表面的ETFE基层、耐弯折涂层、防静电层、防腐涂层和耐磨涂层,所述耐弯折涂层包括透明树脂层和纳米陶瓷涂层,所述防静电层设为有机硅涂层,所述防腐蚀层包括丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层和环氧富锌涂层;
按质量份数计,所述ETFE基层包括乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物50-70份和氧化锆2-4份;
所述透明树脂层包括水晶树脂6-8份和无色钴1-3份,所述纳米陶瓷涂层包括氧化铝5-7份和氧化铬1-3份;
所述有机硅涂层包括甲基苯基硅树脂3-5份、滑石粉1-3份、三氧化二铝0.5-1.5份、高岭土0.2-0.6份、二氧化硅0.1-0.3份以及甲苯0.5-1.5份;
所述丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层包括丙烯酸树脂6-8份、聚氨酯增塑剂2-4份和多异氰酸酯固化剂1-3份,所述环氧富锌涂层包括锌粉8-10份、石墨纤维3-5份和环氧树脂3-5份;
所述耐磨涂层包括钴粉0.4-1份、铬粉0.4-1份、碳化钨粉4-6份、聚丙烯酸脂胶2-4份。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过ETFE基层设计,采用ETFE材料作为基础涂层涂覆在铁氟龙钢丝绞线的表面,解决现有尼龙层不耐低温的问题,ETFE有较低的表面摩擦系数和优异的抗张强度涂敷后可解决钢丝绞线断丝问题;并配合耐弯折涂层、防静电层、防腐涂层和耐磨涂层,进一步提高了铁氟龙钢丝绞线的韧性,防止绞线表面产生静电,降低安全隐患,且提高了绞线的耐腐蚀性、绞线更加耐磨,进而提高了绞线的使用寿命。

实施例1
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种铁氟龙钢丝绞线涂层,应用于汽车车窗升降装置,线缆设备储线架拉力线等,包括依次涂覆在钢丝绞线1表面的ETFE基层2、耐弯折涂层3、防静电层4、防腐涂层5和耐磨涂层6,所述耐弯折涂3层包括透明树脂层和纳米陶瓷涂层,所述防静电层4设为有机硅涂层,所述防腐蚀层5包括丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层和环氧富锌涂层;
按质量份数计,所述ETFE基层2包括乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物50-70份和氧化锆2-4份;
所述透明树脂层包括水晶树脂6-8份和无色钴1-3份,所述纳米陶瓷涂层包括氧化铝5-7份和氧化铬1-3份;
所述有机硅涂层包括甲基苯基硅树脂3-5份、滑石粉1-3份、三氧化二铝0.5-1.5份、高岭土0.2-0.6份、二氧化硅0.1-0.3份以及甲苯0.5-1.5份;
所述丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层包括丙烯酸树脂6-8份、聚氨酯增塑剂2-4份和多异氰酸酯固化剂1-3份,所述环氧富锌涂层包括锌粉8-10份、石墨纤维3-5份和环氧树脂3-5份;
乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE原料)通过挤出机溶解挤出后均匀涂敷在钢丝绞线表面,从而对钢丝形成保护层。
环氧富锌涂层的制备流程如下:将石墨纤维、锌粉以及包含环氧树脂的浆料(简称为环氧浆料)按比例均匀混合后抽真空,得到涂料,并喷涂在铁氟龙钢丝绞线的表面。
所述耐磨涂层包括钴粉0.4-1份、铬粉0.4-1份、碳化钨粉4-6份、聚丙烯酸脂胶2-4份。
耐磨涂层6的制备流程如下,将钴粉、铬粉和碳化钨粉末混合,加入聚丙烯酸脂胶与水后搅拌得到固含量为70%的料浆;将所得料浆喷雾干燥、过筛后得到钴铬碳化钨复合粉末;将所得钴铬碳化钨复合粉末与镍粉按照比例加入球磨机进行干磨,球磨15分钟后加入真空炉烧成;烧成后筛分;筛分后加入气流破碎机进行进一步破碎,破碎后再筛分得到涂层粉末;得到涂层粉末的平均粒径d50为100微米;采用等离子喷涂工艺将涂层粉末均匀地喷涂在铁氟龙钢丝绞线的表面。
为提高透明树脂层的粘接力,所述水晶树脂中含有(甲基)丙烯酸系低聚物,所述(甲基)丙烯酸系低聚物为甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)与甲基丙烯酸异丁酯(IBMA)的共聚物、甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)与甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBXMA)的共聚物、甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)与丙烯酰基吗啉(ACMO)的共聚物、甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)与二乙基丙烯酰胺(DEAA)的共聚物、中的任意一种。
所述甲基苯基硅树脂为涂层成膜物,滑石粉具备良好的助流、耐火性,可抑制无机成分的沉降,使涂层平滑,还可提高涂层的硬度,三氧化二铝可涂料提高涂层的耐热性,降低热膨胀系数,高岭土具有良好的可塑性、高的粘结性及较好的耐火性,可增加涂层与基材的粘接性能及耐热性,二氧化硅用于增加涂层的强度。

所述聚氨酯增塑剂设为带羟基的聚氨酯增塑剂,所述氨酯增塑剂由聚醚多元醇或聚酯多元醇与二异氰酸酯反应而成,聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇、四氢呋喃-氧化丙烯共聚醚二醇中的至少一种;
所述多异氰酸酯固化剂官能度大于2的TDI加成物、HDI三聚体、HDI缩二脲、HDI加成物、MDI预聚物、IPDI三聚体中的至少一种。

所述耐磨涂层6包括钴粉0.7份、铬粉0.7份、碳化钨粉5份、聚丙烯酸脂胶3份。

1.一种铁氟龙钢丝绞线涂层,其特征在于:包括依次涂覆在钢丝绞线表面的ETFE基层、耐弯折涂层、防静电层、防腐涂层和耐磨涂层,所述耐弯折涂层包括透明树脂层和纳米陶瓷涂层,所述防静电层设为有机硅涂层,所述防腐蚀层包括丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层和环氧富锌涂层;
按质量份数计,所述ETFE基层包括乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物50-70份和氧化锆2-4份;
所述透明树脂层包括水晶树脂6-8份和无色钴1-3份,所述纳米陶瓷涂层包括氧化铝5-7份和氧化铬1-3份;
所述有机硅涂层包括甲基苯基硅树脂3-5份、滑石粉1-3份、三氧化二铝0.5-1.5份、高岭土0.2-0.6份、二氧化硅0.1-0.3份以及甲苯0.5-1.5份;
所述丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层包括丙烯酸树脂6-8份、聚氨酯增塑剂2-4份和多异氰酸酯固化剂1-3份,所述环氧富锌涂层包括锌粉8-10份、石墨纤维3-5份和环氧树脂3-5份;
所述耐磨涂层包括钴粉0.4-1份、铬粉0.4-1份、碳化钨粉4-6份、聚丙烯酸脂胶2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铁氟龙钢丝绞线涂层,其特征在于:为提高透明树脂层的粘接力,所述水晶树脂中含有(甲基)丙烯酸系低聚物,所述(甲基)丙烯酸系低聚物为甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)与甲基丙烯酸异丁酯(IBMA)的共聚物、甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)与甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBXMA)的共聚物、甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)与丙烯酰基吗啉(ACMO)的共聚物、甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)与二乙基丙烯酰胺(DEAA)的共聚物、中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铁氟龙钢丝绞线涂层,其特征在于:所述甲基苯基硅树脂为涂层成膜物,滑石粉具备良好的助流、耐火性,可抑制无机成分的沉降,使涂层平滑,还可提高涂层的硬度,三氧化二铝可涂料提高涂层的耐热性,降低热膨胀系数,高岭土具有良好的可塑性、高的粘结性及较好的耐火性,可增加涂层与基材的粘接性能及耐热性,二氧化硅用于增加涂层的强度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铁氟龙钢丝绞线涂层,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸树脂设为带羟基的丙烯酸树脂,所述丙烯酸树脂由丙烯酸酯单体通过游离基聚合反应制得,丙烯酸酯单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸、羟基丙烯酸酯中至少两种的混合物;
所述聚氨酯增塑剂设为带羟基的聚氨酯增塑剂,所述氨酯增塑剂由聚醚多元醇或聚酯多元醇与二异氰酸酯反应而成,聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇、四氢呋喃-氧化丙烯共聚醚二醇中的至少一种;
