As shown in fig. 1 to 18, in this embodiment, the invention includes a magnetic ring dip-coating full-automatic production line and a production method, the magnetic ring dip-coating full-automatic production line includes an MCU control system and a feeder 1, a preheating circulation furnace 2, a magnetic ring dip-coating machine 3, a drying circulation furnace 4, and a blanking machine 5 which are sequentially connected and electrically connected with the MCU control system, the feeder 1 is used for automatically weighing and feeding the magnetic ring 1a to the preheating circulation furnace 2, the preheating circulation furnace 2 is used for preheating the magnetic ring 1a, the magnetic ring dip-coating machine 3 is used for dip-coating the preheated magnetic ring 1a, the drying circulation furnace 4 is used for drying the dip-coated magnetic ring 1a, and the blanking machine 5 is used for weighing and blanking the dried magnetic ring 1 a;
The magnetic ring dip-coating machine 3 comprises a first bracket 31, wherein a dip-coating feeding manipulator module 32 and a dip-coating discharging manipulator module 33 are arranged on the first bracket 31, a second bracket 34 is arranged at the rear of the first bracket 31, a plurality of dip-coating manipulator modules 35 are arranged on the second bracket 34, a dip-coating overturning manipulator module 36 is arranged in front of the dip-coating manipulator module 35 and below the first bracket 31, a dip-coating tank 37 is arranged below the dip-coating manipulator module 35, a dip-coating liquid circulation system 6 communicated with all the dip-coating tanks 37 is arranged at the rear of the second bracket 34, the dip-coating feeding manipulator module 32 is used for transferring the magnetic ring 1a preheated by the preheating circulation furnace 2 to the dip-coating manipulator module 35, the dip-coating manipulator module 35 is used for dip-coating the magnetic ring 1a in the dip-coating tank 37, the liquid level of the dip-coating manipulator module 37 is lower than the top surface of the magnetic ring 1a dip-coating during the dip-coating by the dip-coating manipulator module 35, the dip-coating overturning manipulator module 36 is used for dip-coating the magnetic ring 1a on the other end surface of the magnetic ring module 1a through the dip-coating manipulator module 35, and the dip-coating is carried out by the other hand manipulator module 35;
a magnetic ring scraping module 7 is arranged between the blanking machine 5 and the drying and circulating furnace 4, the dip-coating blanking manipulator module 33 is used for transferring the dip-coated and dried magnetic ring 1a to the magnetic ring scraping module 7, and the magnetic ring scraping module 7 is used for scraping dip-coating layers formed after dip-coating, drying and curing of the upper end face and the lower end face of the magnetic ring 1 a.
In this embodiment, a half-opening 371 is provided at the upper part of the dip-coating tank 37, a filter screen frame extending into the dip-coating tank 37 is suspended at the half-opening 371, a circulation gap 372 is provided at one side of the half-opening 371, and a circulation groove 373 is provided at the circulation gap 372, which can be designed such that dip-coating liquid of the dip-coating tank 37 overflows to the circulation groove 373 through the circulation gap 372; the dip coating liquid circulation system 6 comprises a circulation frame 61, a diluent tank 62 and a weighing preparation tank 63 are arranged at the top of the circulation frame 61, the weighing preparation tank 63 can automatically weigh the weight of the mixture of glass powder and adhesive which are required to be added into the circulation tank 64, a circulation tank 64 is arranged at the bottom of the circulation frame 61, a circulation pipe 374 communicated with the circulation tank 64 is arranged at the bottom of the circulation tank 373, the circulation pipe is used for returning dip coating liquid in the circulation tank 373 into the circulation tank 64, the diluent tank 62 and the weighing preparation tank 63 are both communicated with the circulation tank 64 through pipelines, a metering pump 65 is arranged between the diluent tank 62 and the circulation tank 64, the metering pump 65 can accurately control the amount of the diluent added into the diluent tank 62, a pneumatic internal thread ball valve 66 is arranged between the weighing preparation tank 63 and the circulation tank 64, the top of the circulation tank 64 is provided with a viscometer 67 and a thermal resistance sensor 68 which extend into the circulation tank 64, the viscometer 67 is used for timely detecting the viscosity of the dip coating liquid of the circulation tank 64 so as to control whether the diluent or the glass powder and adhesive mixture is required to be added, the bottom of the circulation tank 64 is provided with a liquid outlet pipe 69, the liquid outlet pipe 69 is communicated with the tops of all the dip coating tanks 37, the liquid outlet pipe 69 is provided with a pneumatic diaphragm pump 610, the pneumatic diaphragm pump 610 is used for circulating the dip coating liquid in the circulation tank 64 into the dip coating tank 37, the weighing and preparing tank 63 and the circulation tank 64 are all provided with a stirrer 375, the stirrer 375 is used for preventing the slurry in the tank from precipitating and coagulating, the dip coating tank 37 and the circulation tank 64 are all provided with a temperature sensor and a liquid level sensor 376, the liquid level sensor 376 of the dip-coating tank 37 is used for detecting whether the circulation tank 373 is blocked and the information transmission of dip-coating liquid level, a cold water machine 377 is further arranged at the side end of the circulation frame 61, the dip-coating tank 37 and the circulation tank 64 are both provided with a water cooling layer 378 connected with the cold water machine 377, the temperature sensor is used for timely detecting the temperature in the dip-coating tank 37 and the circulation tank 64, and the cold water machine 377 is used for carrying out water cooling when detecting the temperature in the dip-coating tank 37 and the circulation tank 64 is too high, so that the water of the diluent in the dip-coating tank 37 and the circulation tank 64 is prevented from being evaporated.
In this embodiment, the feeding machine 1 includes a feeding lifting bin 11, a feeding belt line 12, an electronic scale 13, a NG tray 14 and a three-axis manipulator module 15, the feeding lifting bin 11 includes a feeding lifter and a lifting frame connected with the feeding lifter, a plurality of layers of feeding conveyor belts 16 are arranged in the lifting frame, a tray 17 is adaptively placed on each layer of feeding conveyor belts 16, a plurality of magnetic rings 1a are placed in the tray 17, the feeding belt line 12 is located at the front side of the feeding lifting bin 11, the feeding belt line 12 is used for butt-connecting the tray 17 output by the feeding conveyor belts 16, two tray in-place sensors 18 are arranged at the tail end of the feeding belt line 12, the tray in-place sensors 18 are used for detecting whether the tray 17 is not forward off-set on the feeding belt line 12 and is conveyed in place, a tray guide pusher 19 is arranged at the side end of the feeding belt line 12, namely when two tray in-place sensors 18 detect the tray 17, the tray 17 is proved to be conveyed to be in place on the feeding belt line 12, if the tray 17 is not detected in place, the off-tracking tray 17 is pushed to be in front of the feeding belt line 12 through the tray guide pusher 19, the moving stroke of the triaxial manipulator module 15 is positioned between the tail end of the feeding belt line 12, the electronic scale 13 and the NG disk 14, the triaxial manipulator module 15 is used for clamping the magnetic ring 1a in the tray 17 at the tail end of the feeding belt line 12 to the electronic scale 13 for weighing, the weighing is transferred to the preheating circulation furnace 2, and the weighing is disqualified and is put into the NG disk 14; an air knife 110 is arranged above one side of the electronic scale 13, a foreign matter collecting box 111 is arranged at the other side of the electronic scale 13, the air knife 110 is used for blowing out foreign matters on the electronic scale 13 to the foreign matter collecting box 111, and the air knife 110 is used for purging the foreign matters on the electronic scale 13 regularly in order to prevent errors in actual weighing of products caused by the foreign matters on the electronic scale 13 due to high accuracy requirements of the electronic scale 13; the blanking machine 5 is identical to the feeding machine 1 in structure.
In this embodiment, the preheating circulation furnace 2 and the drying circulation furnace 4 each include an oven 21 and a furnace circulation chain line 22, a magnetic ring carrier 23 is disposed on the furnace circulation chain line 22, two sides of the front end of the oven 21 are provided with chain openings 24, the oven 21 includes a heat insulation outer cover 25 and a heating inner cover 26, a grill 27 is disposed in the heating inner cover 26, and a plurality of heating pipes 28 are disposed on the grill 27, so that the magnetic ring 1a at the preheating circulation furnace 2 can be preheated to 170-180 ℃ after entering the oven 21 through the furnace circulation chain line 22, and the preheating temperature is used for evaporating the water of the dip-coating liquid contacted by the magnetic ring 1a when the magnetic ring 1a is dip-coated, so that the magnetic ring 1a forms a dip-coating layer on the surface layer; the drying and circulating furnace 4 is used for further drying the dip-coating layer of the magnetic ring 1a after dip-coating, so that the dip-coating layer is firmly fixed on the outer layer of the magnetic ring 1 a; the inside of drying and circulating stove 4 still is provided with the air heater, the front end of drying and circulating stove 4 is provided with magnetic ring incoming material sensor 41, the side of magnetic ring incoming material sensor 41 is provided with anti-adhesion pusher 42, anti-adhesion pusher 42 is used for promoting magnetic ring 1a and moves on magnetic ring carrier 23, prevents that magnetic ring 1a from adhering on magnetic ring carrier 23 after drying, the opposite side end of magnetic ring incoming material sensor 41 is provided with carrier scraper mechanism 43, just carrier scraper mechanism 43 is used for scraping the dip-coating material of adhesion on magnetic ring carrier 23, just carrier scraper mechanism 43's front end is provided with scrapes material collection box 44, scrapes material collection box 44 and is used for collecting the dip-coating material of scraping from magnetic ring carrier 23.

In this embodiment, the magnetic ring carrier 23 is provided with a second avoidance gap 231 adapted to the dip-coating and blanking manipulator module 33, and the second avoidance gap 231 extends to the bottom of the inner ring of the magnetic ring 1a, so that the design not only provides an avoidance opening for transferring the dip-coating and blanking manipulator module 33, but also enables hot air to circulate and blow into the surface layer of the inner ring of the magnetic ring in the drying and circulating furnace 4, and the dip-coating layer of the surface layer of the inner ring of the magnetic ring can be well solidified.
In the embodiment, the invention can be suitable for dip-coating production of magnetic rings 1a with various types, and can be compatible with the magnetic rings 1a with the maximum product diameter of 70mm and the maximum product height of 60 mm.

In this embodiment, a dip-coating production method of a magnetic ring includes the following steps:
S1, conveying a tray 17 to the tail end of a feeding belt line 12 through a feeding lifting bin 11, then clamping a magnetic ring 1a from the tray 17 by a three-axis manipulator module 15, placing the magnetic ring 1a on an electronic scale 13 for weighing, transferring the unqualified magnetic ring 1a to a NG (NG) tray 14 through the three-axis manipulator module 15, and transferring the qualified magnetic ring 1a to a magnetic ring carrier 23 of a preheating circulation furnace 2 through the three-axis manipulator module 15;
s2, driving a magnetic ring carrier 23 to penetrate through a chain opening 24 at one end to enter an oven 21 through a furnace circulation chain line 22, and moving in the oven 21 to heat, so that the magnetic ring 1a penetrates out from the chain opening 24 at the other end after being heated to 170-180 ℃;
s3, the pre-heated magnetic ring 1a is clamped and transferred to a dip-coating mechanical arm module 35 by a dip-coating mechanical arm module 32, the magnetic ring 1a is driven by the dip-coating mechanical arm module 35 to extend into a dip-coating tank 37 for dip-coating, the dip-coating liquid is controlled to be lower than the top surface 2-3CM of the magnetic ring 1a, the magnetic ring 1a is turned over by a dip-coating turning mechanical arm module 36 after the dip-coating is finished, then the other surface of the magnetic ring 1a is dip-coated, and when the two surfaces of the magnetic ring 1a are dip-coated, the magnetic ring is transferred to a magnetic ring carrier 23 of a drying and circulating furnace 4 by a dip-coating blanking mechanical arm module 33;
s4, driving a magnetic ring carrier 23 to penetrate a chain opening 24 at one end through a furnace circulation chain line 22 to enter an oven 21, moving in the oven 21 to further dry, enabling water of dip coating liquid to be fully evaporated, enabling the dip coating liquid to be firmly coated on the outer surface of the magnetic ring to form a dip coating layer, transferring the magnetic ring 1a onto a magnetic ring transfer plate 711 through a triaxial manipulator module 15 of a blanking machine 5, enabling the magnetic ring 1a to be easily adhered to the magnetic ring carrier 23 after being dried through the oven 21, so that the anti-adhesion pusher 42 is used for pushing the magnetic ring 1a to transversely move on the magnetic ring carrier 23 while the triaxial manipulator module 15 of the blanking machine 5 clamps the magnetic ring 1a, enabling the magnetic ring 1a to be clamped and transferred by the triaxial manipulator module 15 of the blanking machine 5, enabling some dip coating layer residues to easily appear on the empty magnetic ring carrier 23, and enabling the dip coating layer residues to be scraped into a scraping collecting box 44 through a scraper mechanism 43 of the dip coating machine 5;
S5, the magnetic ring 1a on the magnetic ring transfer plate 711 is clamped by the first magnetic ring side clamping jaw 77, then the magnetic ring transfer plate 711 is driven to be separated from the bottom of the magnetic ring 1a through the first X-axis shifter 79, then the magnetic ring 1a is driven by the first Z-axis shifting mechanism 72 to be pressed down by the magnetic ring pressing rod 75 to be compressed to the floating spring 7162, meanwhile, the upper end face of the magnetic ring 1a is pressed by the magnetic ring pressing rod 75, the scraping motor 712 is driven by the scraping motor 717 to rotate to scrape a dip coating layer on the bottom of the magnetic ring 1a, the thickness of the dip coating layer on the bottom of the magnetic ring 1a can be completely scraped by the scraping motor 712 under the spring acting force of the floating spring 7162, after the scraping is completed, the magnetic ring 1a is turned over by the first rotary cylinder 76, the other end face of the magnetic ring 1a is scraped by repeating the action of the scraping tool 717, and the scraped magnetic ring 1a is transferred to the magnetic ring transfer plate 711 through the first magnetic ring side clamping jaw 77;
s6, the three-axis manipulator module 15 of the blanking machine 5 transfers the magnetic ring 1a on the magnetic ring transfer plate 711 to the electronic scale 13 for weighing, the unqualified magnetic ring 1a is transferred to the NG disk 14 through the three-axis manipulator module 15, the qualified magnetic ring 1a is transferred to the tray 17 through the three-axis manipulator module 15, and when the tray 17 is placed in the magnetic ring 1a, the magnetic ring is conveyed to the feeding lifting bin 11 through the feeding belt line 12, and the empty tray 17 is output through the feeding lifting bin 11.
