Abstract

用于展开卫星上的太阳能发电机的两块铰接镶板(2、3)的装置(1),该镶板设有铰轴(4)并且通过配有缆绳滑轮的挠性传动机构与其他镶板的展开装置相连,该展开装置还包括释放机构。在可绕铰轴(4)转动的镶板(3)展开后,铰轴(4)可以利用该释放机构脱离挠性传动机构,并且当展开的镶板(3)转动时,平行于铰轴(4)布置的销钉(8)可进入槽(12、12a)中。通过这种方式可使转动的镶板(3)追踪太阳位置。

Description

太阳能发电机的两块镶板的展开装置
本发明涉及一种用于太阳能发电机的两块铰接镶板的展开装置,该镶板装有铰轴并且通过配有缆绳滑轮的挠性传动机构与其他镶板的展开装置相连。
已知的太阳能发电机在镶板展开后形成固定面。例如根据DE-PS2021580,镶板展开是通过挠性传动机构实现的。此外,铰链在完全展开后锁住,这就不可能有附加转动。例如可从DE3215431C2中知道这种铰链。但是,非常值得追求的是:能够使镶板或至少是镶板的一部分在预定位置处追踪太阳位置。
本发明的任务在于提供一种镶板展开装置。对太阳能发电机来说,该展开装置可使镶板总面积的一部分追踪太阳位置。
上述任务是这样解决的:该展开装置包括释放机构,铰轴在可绕铰轴转动的镶板展开后可利用该释放机构脱离挠性传动机构,并可实现可展开的镶板的转动和由挠性传动机构相连的其他镶板的转动。
本发明的有利结构已在从属权利要求中给出。
本发明的主要优点是:两块镶板的展开装置与释放机构相连。铰轴在镶板展开后可利用该释放机构脱离挠性传动机构,并可实现与铰轴直接相连的镶板的转动和由挠性传动机构与铰轴相连的其他镶板的转动。对太阳能发电机而言,通过这种方式能够有选择地使所有镶板或部分镶板连续追踪太阳位置。此外在与该装置相连的镶板展开后,借助安在转轴上的伺服电机通过送达该伺服电机的脉冲实现了镶板转动。
以下根据附图进一步描述本发明。其中:
图1表示的是处于折叠状态下的、用于展开太阳能发电机的两块镶板的装置;
图2表示的是在镶板半展开情况下的如图1所示的装置。
图3表示的是在镶板完全展开情况下的如图1所示的装置。
图4表示的是如图3所示的镶板完全展开时的装置的立体图;
图5和6表示的是当右镶板在两个不同位置上追踪太阳位置时的装置的视图。
图1示出了一种处于折叠状态下的、太阳能发电机的两块镶板2、3的展开装置1。带镶板2、3的装置1是卫星上的太阳能发电机的一部分。该装置1具有与镶板3固定相连的轴承座5可绕其转动的中心铰轴4。该轴承座5具有指形杆7的安装轴6,指形杆7铰接在安装轴6上并在杆端上装有平行于铰轴4布置的并可活动安装的销钉8。凸轮9用其弯曲边缘9a与镶板2相连。销钉8伸入在此仅示意表示的圆盘11切口10中,该圆盘与缆绳滑轮11a相连。切口10逐渐终止于槽12中。在凸轮9上面设有带同样的槽12a的短切口10a。缆绳13绕在缆绳滑轮11a上,缆绳作为挠性传动机构的一部分连到太阳能发电机的另一个缆绳滑轮上。图2描述的是处于半展开状态下的镶板3,其中销钉8一直伸到弯曲边缘9a上并通过切口10带动圆盘11。图3示出了处于完全展开状态下的镶板3,其中销钉8已经从切口10、10a进入槽12、12a中。
从如图4所示的立体图中可清楚看到装置1的其他机构。为了更好地理解,在此去掉了镶板2。借助安装销钉14和支承安装销钉14的横臂15将装置1粘结和螺接到镶板2和3中。弹簧16可装在安装轴6上,该弹簧用其一端伸入销钉8的切口8a中,并且最后该弹簧可沿箭头17方向压下。当镶板3展开时,弹簧16因而将销钉8压向凸轮9的弯曲边缘9a,而最终弹簧16在终点经切口10、10a将销钉8压入槽12、12a中。当销钉8位于槽12、12a中时,装置1与挠性传动机构脱离并出现这样一种可能,即为了使镶板3和另一块通过挠性传动机构相连的镶板追踪太阳位置,通过如借助伺服电机转动铰轴4使镶板3自由进入槽12、12a中。图5和图6示出了镶板3可能的最终固定状态。

Claims (3)

1、用于展开卫星上的太阳能发电机的两块铰接镶板(2、3)的装置(1),该镶板装有铰轴(4)并且通过配有缆绳滑轮(11)的挠性传动机构与其他镶板的展开装置相连,其特征在于,该展开装置包括释放机构,铰轴(4)在可绕铰轴(4)转动的镶板(3)展开后可利用该释放机构脱离挠性传动机构,并可实现可展开的镶板(3)的转动和由挠性传动机构相连的其他镶板的转动。
2、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,安装有通过轴承座(5)与铰轴(4)相连的安装轴(6),指形杆(7)铰装在该安装轴上;在指形杆(7)端装有平行于铰轴(4)布置的并可活动安装的销钉(8);当镶板(3)利用其靠近缆绳滑轮(11)那端绕铰轴(4)转动时,销钉(8)可通过弹簧(16)压向与缆绳滑轮(11)相连的凸轮(9)的弯曲边缘(9a);
在镶板(3)展开结束后,通过弹簧(16)将销钉(8)压入不仅在弯曲边缘(9a)中也在缆绳滑轮(11)中的槽(12);
通过转动铰轴(4),使展开的镶板(3)相对另一块镶板(2)成一种与槽(12)长度相应的角度。
3、如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,通过伺服电机实现了铰轴(4)的转动,并且由脉冲引起铰轴(4)转动。
