Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of medicines for preventing or treating skin seborrheic dermatitis, in particular to a selenium disulfide lotion composition and a preparation method thereof. Compared with the prior art, the selenium sulfide lotion composition prepared by the invention solves the defects that the selenium sulfide lotion is not easy to clean and damage hair after use, and the hair is not easy to comb after use, has fine paste, strong stability and low toxic and side effects, has the functions of hair care, hair nourishing and easy carding, and simultaneously fully plays the treatment roles of the selenium sulfide medicine in removing dandruff, resisting fungi and resisting scalp seborrheic dermatitis.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicines for preventing or treating skin seborrheic dermatitis, in particular to a selenium disulfide lotion composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Seborrheic dermatitis is a skin disease which is common in clinic and is easy to repeatedly attack, the incidence rate is about 2% -5%, the abnormal sebum component and excessive sebum secretion are the basis of the incidence, the number of malassezia is increased, local inflammation is promoted, the dermatitis is especially easy to occur on scalp, and the local external medicine is widely applied clinically with safe and convenient use, reliable curative effect and the like.
The selenium disulfide lotion is used as a dermatological medicine, has the function of resisting seborrhea, has a certain antifungal function, is used for removing dandruff and scalp seborrheic dermatitis, is in a suspension state in an external lotion product because the selenium disulfide is almost insoluble in water and organic solvents, and is used for solving the problems that local medicine aggregation, adhesion, difficult cleaning and the like occur in the use process of the product, propylene glycol is basically used as a wetting agent for preparing selenium disulfide superfine powder in the market, and the dosage of the propylene glycol is relatively high in order to achieve the state of finer particle size, and the skin, the mucous membrane and the skin can be red, erythra, itching and roughness are possibly caused due to the fact that the propylene glycol has irritation to the skin and the mucous membrane and the irritation is large when the concentration is large. The long-term use of large amounts of propylene glycol can affect the epidermis and sebum structures of the skin. The product itself can increase the stimulus to the seborrheic dermatitis during the use process of the product, and the treatment effect can not be achieved. Therefore, developing a selenium sulphide lotion which is less irritating, easy to clean and easy to comb is a technical problem which one skilled in the art wants to solve.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the technology, the invention provides the selenium sulfide lotion composition and the preparation method thereof, and the composition has the advantages of small irritation, good stability, convenient cleaning, easy carding and the like.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
in one aspect, the invention provides a selenium sulfide lotion composition, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 5-12% of selenium sulfide superfine powder, 1-5% of bentonite, 8-15% of alkyl ether sulfate, 2-8% of N-acyl amino acid salt, 0.1-1% of phosphonated polysaccharide and the balance of water and pH regulator; according to the scheme, selenium disulfide superfine powder with the particle size of 1-20 mu m is used as a main medicine, the defects of greasiness and large irritation of a surfactant or an additive in the traditional formula lotion are abandoned, the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis accompanied by obvious oily dandruff is improved by adding a mild amino acid surfactant, the use compliance of selenium disulfide is improved, and the wet comb property and dry comb property of hair are improved by adding cationic hydroxyethyl guar gum, so that the dispersion uniformity and suspension stability of main medicine selenium disulfide powder in an auxiliary material matrix are achieved, the drug effect function of a product is improved, and the side effect of hair damage caused by uneven medicine and local aggregation of the medicine is reduced; the anti-dandruff lotion has the advantages of reducing the toxic and side effects of selenium disulfide while playing the anti-dandruff effect, caring hair, and solving the defects of adhesion and difficult combing of the hair of the lotion of the original product.
Further, according to mass percentage, 6-10% of selenium sulfide superfine powder, 2-5% of bentonite, 8-12% of alkyl ether sulfate, 2-5% of N-acyl amino acid salt, 0.1-0.5% of phosphonated polysaccharide, and the balance of water and pH regulator. Wherein the pH regulator can be sodium dihydrogen phosphate, citric acid, or other pH value of the acid-base substance regulating system, and will not be described herein.
Further, the alkyl ether sulfate salt is selected from one of triethanolamine lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, and monoethanolamine lauryl sulfate salt or a combination thereof.
Further, the alkyl ether sulfate salt is selected from lauryl sulfate monoethanolamine salt.
