Background
Acne is a chronic skin disease, is common skin disease of teenagers and young adults, is well developed at the position of rich sebaceous glands such as face, chest, back and the like, forms pimples, acnes, pustules, nodules or cysts and other lesions, is mostly developed for young men and women aged 15-30 years, and skin lesions are well developed at cheeks, forehead, chest back and shoulders. If the acne is not treated timely or thoroughly, the appearance of the patient is greatly damaged, and psychological anxiety is generated for the patient.
At present, for the treatment of acne, western medicine mainly uses antiandrogens, antibiotics, tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide and the like and topical medicines, and long-term administration can cause stimulation symptoms such as hormone level disorder, antibiotic resistance, skin redness, stinging, erythema and the like, and has poor curative effect and easy recurrence. Traditional Chinese medicine holds that: acne is usually caused by wind-heat resistance of lung channel on skin, or by overfeeding of fat, sweet, greasy and spicy food, spleen and stomach heat accumulation, damp-heat generation and fumigation on face; or the ascending of yang-heat due to the youth body, the rigid blood-qi, and the ascending of yang-heat.
