Abstract
The application relates to the field of pet food processing, and in particular discloses a pet food capable of reducing tear marks of pets and a preparation method thereof, wherein the pet food comprises the following raw materials: 18-26 parts of duck meat powder, 10-12 parts of rice protein powder, 1-2 parts of freeze-dried pear, 28-30 parts of potato, 20-25 parts of tapioca starch, 2-4 parts of purple sweet potato particles, 4-8 parts of mixed fruit and vegetable juice, 0.2-0.7 part of auxiliary materials, 0.1-0.5 part of choline chloride, 0.02-0.06 part of chicory root powder, 0.1-0.3 part of yucca extract, 0.05-0.12 part of yeast extract, 8-12 parts of chicken oil and taste enhancer; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials except the mixed fruit and vegetable juice, chicken oil and taste enhancer to obtain a mixture; adding mixed fruit and vegetable juice in the puffing treatment to obtain granule materials; spraying chicken oil and taste enhancer on the granule to obtain the final product; not only can reduce the generation of tear marks of pets, but also has the effect of removing the tear marks.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of pet food processing, in particular to a pet food capable of reducing tear marks of pets and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pet food is specially provided for pets and small animals, is a high-grade pet food between human food and traditional livestock feed, has the advantages of comprehensive nutrition and good digestion and absorption, can supply the nutrition requirement for the pets, and can promote the growth of the pets and improve the immunity of the pets.
The tear marks of the pets are the tear marks which are brown or dark brown and remain for a long time due to the fact that excessive tear water of the pets wets hair to grow bacteria; under normal conditions, lacrimal glands secrete tears to moisten the eyes and then enter the nasal cavity through the lacrimal ducts, and the tears cannot flow out from the corners of the eyes, but when lacrimal glands secrete tears too much to be discharged from the nasal ducts, the tears can flow out from the corners of the eyes.
The reason for forming tear marks is many, if the pet is not careful in normal diet, people often eat food, excessive salt or too greasy diet is ingested, so that the excessive salt and grease in the pet body are easy to cause the tear marks to be secreted and exuberant, and meanwhile, harmful bacteria in intestinal tracts can be fermented abnormally, so that the tear marks are generated by the pet; if the lacrimal gland of the pet is developed and discharges too much tears in a short time or the nasolacrimal duct is blocked, tears cannot be discharged from the lacrimal duct, tears only flow out from the canthus, and tear marks are formed at the places where tears flow over time; in addition, when the pets are infected with ocular inflammation or excessive internal heat, red and swollen eyes and increased secretion of eyes are easily caused, and tear marks are generated.
Under the general circumstances, after the tear marks appear on the pet, the owner generally eats special eye drops or cleaning agents for the pet to clean, but the special cleaning agents for the tear marks disclosed in the prior art are less, and the common cleaning agents have poor tear mark removing capability and strong irritation and are not suitable for sensitive positions of eyes, or can only temporarily clean the tear marks, so that the generation of the tear marks of the pet cannot be fundamentally reduced.
Therefore, how to prepare a pet food capable of reducing the tear marks of pets, which not only can reduce the generation of the tear marks of the pets, but also has better tear mark removing effect is a problem to be solved.

s2, adding mixed fruit and vegetable juice and water into the mixture in the high-temperature high-pressure puffing process, and then cutting and drying to obtain granules;
s3, uniformly spraying chicken oil on the surfaces of the granules, cooling, uniformly spraying taste enhancer, and packaging to obtain the finished product.

Preferably, in the puffing process, the temperature is 120-140 ℃ and the pressure is 0.5-1.1MPa.
By adopting the technical scheme, the pet food has better puffing effect and less nutrition loss.
In summary, the application has the following beneficial effects:

Preparation example 1: the rice protein powder is prepared by the following method:

Preparation example of acacia envelope lipase
The lipases in the following raw materials were purchased from food grade lipases manufactured by zheng Futai chemical products limited; acacia gum was purchased from food grade acacia gum manufactured by Yan Hua Biotechnology Co., ltd; other raw materials and equipment are all commonly and commercially available.
Preparation example 2: the Arabic gum envelope lipase is prepared by the following method:
uniformly spraying 300g of acacia gum solution on the surface of 100g of lipase, sieving the lipase with a 80-mesh sieve, uniformly spraying 200g of acacia gum solution again, continuously stirring, wherein the acacia gum solution is 1% of acacia gum water solution by mass fraction, the spraying speed is 20g/min, the lipase is sprayed while stirring under the condition of 200r/min, after the spraying is finished, drying and scattering are carried out to obtain acacia gum coated lipase, and the acacia gum coated lipase is sieved with a 20-mesh sieve.
Preparation example of citrus fiber
Citrus fiber powder was purchased from hebei lime biotechnology limited; lactic acid bacteria were purchased from eastern Xinjiang chemical industry limited; polylysine was purchased from Shandong Gu Shuo Biotechnology Co.Ltd; other raw materials and equipment are all commonly and commercially available.
Preparation example 3: the citrus fiber is prepared by the following steps:
mixing and stirring the citrus fiber powder and the lactobacillus uniformly according to the weight ratio of 1:0.1, then adding a polylysine solution, wherein the mass ratio of the citrus fiber powder to the polylysine solution is 1:0.05, and the polylysine solution is a polylysine water solution with the mass fraction of 1%, and scattering to prepare the citrus fiber.
Preparation examples of taste potentiators
Preparation example 4: the taste enhancer is prepared by the following method:

uniformly spraying glutathione solution on the surface of the commercially available chicory root powder according to the mass ratio of 1:0.4, wherein the glutathione solution is glutathione water solution with the mass fraction of 1%, air-drying for 5min at 70 ℃, and dispersing to obtain the finished chicory root powder.
Preparation example of Yucca extract
The Yucca extract is purchased from Yucca extract for feed, 60% saponin, produced by Shaanxi Shengyuan biotechnology Co., ltd; glutathione is purchased from Shandong Duckweed Biotechnology Co., ltd; other raw materials and equipment are all commonly and commercially available.
Preparation example 6: the yucca extract is prepared by the following method:
uniformly spraying glutathione solution on the surface of a commercially available yucca extract according to the mass ratio of 1:0.2, wherein the glutathione solution is glutathione water solution with the mass fraction of 1%, air-drying for 5min at 70 ℃, and dispersing to obtain the finished yucca extract.
Examples
Inulin from the following raw materials is purchased from Hebei Tuohai biotechnology limited company; the other raw materials are food-grade or feed-grade raw materials.
Example 1: a pet food product for reducing tear stains in pets:

The preparation methods of examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-3 are respectively adopted to prepare finished pet foods, 55 gold wool with certain tear mark problem is selected, the average of the gold wool is divided into 11 groups, the pet foods prepared in examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-3 are respectively corresponding to healthy and active gold wool dogs with ages of 12-14 months, the weight difference of all the gold wool dogs is less than 0.5kg, and the sex is male; in the experimental process, feeding is carried out twice a day, and the consumption of each time is 400g; schirmer Tear Test (STT) was performed once a week and observed for tear change, with a period of 4 weeks, recording tear fluid volume and tear change for 0, 2, 4 weeks; rating according to tear mark change condition, the rating standard is as follows:
stage I: the color of the tear mark is dark, the periphery of the eye socket is moist, and the unpleasant smell is heavy;
stage II: the color of the tear mark is darker, the moist ratio of the periphery of the eye socket is less than 60%, and the bad smell is weakened;
III grade: the color of the tear mark is lighter, the wetting ratio around the eye socket is less than 40%, and the unpleasant smell is weaker;
grade IV: the color of the tear mark is obviously lightened, the surrounding of the eye socket is dry, and the unpleasant smell is obviously weakened;
v level: has no tear mark, dry orbit and no foreign smell.
And for the gold hair without tear marks, the prepared pet food was fed, and after 4 weeks of feeding, the tear mark generation was observed, and rated and recorded according to the bottle grade standard.

As can be seen by combining example 1 and examples 2-3 and combining tables 1 and 2, the bamboo powder, the citrus fiber and the acacia film coated lipase are matched, and the water-soluble dietary fiber of the inulin can bind water-absorbing substances in the pet food to form gel, adsorb harmful gastric bacteria and cholesterol, ensure that lacrimal glands secrete tears normally and are not easy to generate tear marks; the non-water-soluble dietary fiber of the citrus fiber is utilized to promote intestinal peristalsis and discharge harmful substances in the stomach into the body of the pet, so that the pet food has the effects of reducing tear marks and removing the tear marks; the lipase is utilized to carry out enzymolysis on the grease in the pet food, and the lipase is matched with the adsorption and loading effects of the water-insoluble dietary fiber in the citrus fiber on the redundant grease, so that the redundant grease can be conveniently discharged through intestinal peristalsis, and the tear marks are avoided as much as possible.

In example 6, the raw material is water-soluble inulin to replace citrus fiber, and in example 7, polylysine solution is not added in the preparation process of the citrus fiber, compared with example 1, the pet food prepared in examples 6 and 7 has a tear fluid amount of 4 weeks which is greater than that of example 2, and the digestibility of crude protein and crude fat is less than that of example 2; the method has the advantages that the citrus fiber powder, the lactobacillus and the polylysine solution are matched, the hydroxyl in the citrus fiber powder is matched with the amino and carboxyl in the polylysine, so that the connection is convenient, the lactobacillus is bound on the surface of the citrus fiber powder, the lactobacillus is anaerobic, and the anaerobic environment can be maintained as much as possible by covering the surface of the citrus fiber powder with the chicken oil, the inulin, the acacia coating lipase and the taste enhancer; after entering the gastrointestinal tract, the lactobacillus can promote the digestion and absorption of the pet food, thereby achieving the effect of removing tear marks.
Example 8 the pet food product prepared in example 8 was sprayed with chicken oil, citrus fiber, inulin, gum arabic coated lipase and taste enhancer on the surface of the pellet material at a time, and compared to example 2, the amount of tear fluid was greater for 4 weeks than for example 2, and the digestibility of crude protein and crude fat was lower than for example 2; the method is characterized in that the method is added in batches, firstly, the pet food is quickly disintegrated, then, the lipase is used for decomposing grease, finally, substances such as redundant grease, toxins and the like are carried out of the body, so that tear secretion is reduced, and tear marks are avoided as much as possible.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 1 and comparative examples 1-3 and the combination of tables 1 and 2, the raw material of comparative example 1 is not added with freeze-dried pears, the raw material of comparative example 2 is replaced by the same quality of duck meat meal as that of chicory root meal and yucca extract, the raw material of comparative example 3 is not added with mixed fruit and vegetable juice, and compared with examples 1, 2 and 3, the tear quantity of the pet food prepared by comparative examples 1, 2 and 3 for 4 weeks is greater than that of example 1, the tear stain removing effect for 4 weeks is worse than that of example 1, and the digestibility of crude protein and crude fat is smaller than that of example 1; the method has the advantages that freeze-dried pears, inulin, citrus fibers, yucca extract, chicory root powder and mixed fruit and vegetable juice are matched, firstly, inulin and citrus fibers are quickly absorbed on the surface of pet food to be separated from the surface of granules, then, the high pores of the freeze-dried pears are matched with the network pore structure of yucca extract and chicory root powder, so that the quick absorption of water of the pet food is promoted, after the granules are disintegrated, the effect of clearing fire and improving eyesight of the freeze-dried pears, inulin and citrus fibers is utilized, the generation of tear marks is further controlled, the tear marks are removed, meanwhile, inulin and citrus fibers can promote intestinal peristalsis, the detoxification effect is improved, and meanwhile, the retention time of substances such as salt, grease and the like in the body of a pet is reduced, so that the generation of the tear marks is inhibited; the chicory root powder, the inulin, the yucca extract and the chicory root powder are matched with the mixed fruit and vegetable juice, so that salt and grease can be carried out of the body, and the tear mark can be prevented from being generated and the tear mark removing effect can be achieved.

A pet food product for reducing tear stains in a pet, the pet food product comprising the following ingredients in parts by weight: 18-26 parts of duck meat powder, 10-12 parts of rice protein powder, 1-2 parts of freeze-dried pear, 28-30 parts of potato, 20-25 parts of tapioca starch, 2-4 parts of purple sweet potato particles, 4-8 parts of mixed fruit and vegetable juice, 0.2-0.7 part of auxiliary materials, 0.1-0.5 part of choline chloride, 0.02-0.06 part of chicory root powder, 0.1-0.3 part of yucca extract, 0.05-0.12 part of yeast extract, 8-12 parts of chicken oil and 4-6 parts of taste enhancer.
2. A pet food product for reducing tear in a pet according to claim 1, wherein: the rice protein powder is prepared from commercial rice protein powder through enzymolysis treatment of bromelain, enzyme deactivation and spray drying.
3. The pet food product of claim 1 wherein the mixed juice is prepared by squeezing one or more of celery, tomato, yam, lily, apple.
4. The pet food for reducing tear stains in pets according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1-0.3 part of vitamin, 0.09-0.3 part of mineral substance and 0.01-0.1 part of amino acid chelated zinc.
5. The pet food product for reducing tear stains in pets of claim 1, wherein the pet food product further comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: inulin 0.2-0.8 parts, citrus fiber 0.4-1.2 parts, and acacia gum coated lipase 0.1-0.5 parts.
6. A method of preparing a pet food product for reducing tear in a pet as defined in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
s1, uniformly mixing duck meat powder, rice protein powder, potatoes, purple potato granules, tapioca starch, freeze-dried pears, chicory root powder, yucca extract, auxiliary materials, choline chloride and yeast extract, crushing, and sieving with a 20-40-mesh sieve to obtain a mixture;
s2, adding mixed fruit and vegetable juice and water into the mixture in the high-temperature high-pressure puffing process, and then cutting and drying to obtain granules;
s3, uniformly spraying chicken oil on the surfaces of the granules, cooling, uniformly spraying taste enhancer, and packaging to obtain the finished product.
7.
