Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the present invention are included to facilitate understanding, and are to be considered merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
According to one aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, a method of item management is provided.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method for managing an article according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for managing an article includes step S101 and step S102.
In step S101, in response to the first terminal device scanning the service code displayed by the second terminal device of the dispatcher, shopping page data is sent to the first terminal device, so that the first terminal device displays a shopping page; the business code is generated according to the inventory information of the target set distribution station and is used for indicating business links of shopping pages.
The terminal device may be a variety of electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, laptop and desktop computers, and the like. The second terminal device and the first terminal device may be identical, e.g. both are mobile phones; the second terminal device may also be different from the first terminal device, e.g. the second terminal device is a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant, palm computer) and the first terminal device is a cell phone.
The service code may be a service link of the shopping page, or may be an image containing a service link of the shopping page, such as a two-dimensional code. The service codes are generated according to inventory information of the set of distribution stations, and each set of distribution stations corresponds to one service code. Since the inventory items and inventory quantities of the collection and distribution stations are often different, the business codes of the different collection and distribution stations are often different. In the actual application process, the service codes can be generated according to all the inventory items in the target gathering and distribution station, or the service codes can be generated according to the items with more inventory quantity or the service codes can be generated according to the more popular items. Therefore, before the shopping page data is transmitted to the first terminal device, the candidate items can be determined according to the historical sales data of the respective items, and the business code can be generated according to the inventory information of the candidate items of the target distribution station.
The service code displayed by the second terminal device can also be obtained from the logistics background system in real time, namely, before the shopping page data is sent to the first terminal device, the service code is sent to the second terminal device of the dispatcher. For example, when a user intends to scan and order, the dispatcher requests the two-dimensional code from the logistics background through the second terminal device. The service code of the second terminal device may also be pre-stored in a local cache, for example, when the user intends to scan for ordering, the dispatcher displays the two-dimensional code locally cached by the second terminal device to the user.
In an alternative embodiment, before sending shopping page data to the first terminal device, page opening mode information is sent to the first terminal device, so that the first terminal device displays candidate opening modes corresponding to the service codes. The sending shopping page data to the first terminal device comprises the following steps: and responding to the received target opening modes selected by the user from the candidate opening modes, acquiring page data corresponding to the target opening modes and sending the page data to the first terminal equipment. The candidate opening mode can be selectively set according to actual situations, for example, opening a target APP (Application), or opening an applet of the target APP, or opening an H5 (HTML 5, a language description mode for constructing Web content) interface of the target APP.
The user scans the service code displayed by the second terminal device by using the first terminal device, and then the first terminal device displays three candidate opening modes for the user to select, which are respectively opening the target APP, opening the applet of the target APP, and opening the H5 interface of the target APP. When a user selects an applet of the opening target APP, shopping page data corresponding to the applet is acquired and sent to the first terminal equipment. And the first terminal equipment displays the shopping page in the applet after receiving the shopping page data.
Step S102, in response to receiving an article order initiated by a user on the shopping page, generating a delivery task corresponding to the article order, and sending the delivery task to a second terminal device to remind the user to get the article of the order from the target collection and distribution station or remind the dispatcher to get the article of the order from the target collection and distribution station, and delivering the article of the order to the user.
The user can select the articles to place an order in the shopping page, and the corresponding article order is generated after the user pays successfully. The first terminal device sends the article order data to the logistics background system, and the logistics background system generates a delivery task according to the information such as the articles and the delivery addresses included in the article order and sends the delivery task to the delivery personnel. After receiving the delivery task, the delivery person gets the ordered article to the target collection and distribution station and then delivers the ordered article to the user, and the user can also get the ordered article to the target collection and distribution station by himself.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the main flow of a method of item management in an alternative embodiment of the invention. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the logistics background system generates a shopping link according to the inventory information of the target collection and distribution station, generates a service code according to the shopping link, and sends the service code to a handheld terminal or terminal equipment such as a PDA of a distributor. The dispatcher presents the service code to the user. And the user opens an APP or applet or H5 interface by scanning a service code provided by a dispatcher, selects an article to pay, and then the order information is automatically sent to a logistics background system. After receiving the successful payment request, the logistics background system sends a delivery task to a handheld terminal or terminal equipment such as a PDA (personal digital assistant) of a delivery person, after receiving the delivery task, the handheld terminal or the terminal equipment such as the PDA sends an order article to a target collection and distribution station and delivers the order article, the order article is delivered to a user after being delivered from the target collection and distribution station, and after the user receives goods, the transaction is completed. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of the main process of determining business codes in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, wherein the items in the target distribution and collection station may be hot items or promotional items calculated by big data, the items are stored in the target distribution and collection station, the logistics background system records the inventory items and the stock quantity of the target distribution and collection station, and then the logistics background system generates a dedicated shopping interface of site dimension according to the inventory information of the items stored in the target distribution and collection station, so that the distribution staff can display the items to customers and select goods.
In the prior art, users order on websites or APP, and dispatch to users by a dispatcher through dispatching, sorting and transportation of a logistics background system. Therefore, the time required for the user to wait from the order to the delivery of the goods is long, and the time required for the dispatcher to wait while delivering the goods is long, and no other work is performed during the waiting process. In addition, the sales mode can only passively receive the demands of users, cannot provide some goods which are needed by the users in an urgent manner, and cannot fully mine warehouse attributes of the collection and distribution station.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the display information such as the signboards of the collection and distribution station stock can be carried in the process of distributing goods by the distribution staff, and the products can be promoted to peripheral potential customers in the process of waiting for the users to take the goods, so that the transaction is promoted, and the sinking of the channel is realized. Because the collection and distribution stations are relatively dense and are usually located at a short distance from the positions of the users, the embodiment of the invention is close to on-site selling, reduces the time for ordering and receiving goods from the users, improves the user experience, can utilize the idle time of the distributor, mobilizes the sales enthusiasm of the distributor, starts the distributor to sell on site, increases the sales amount of the goods, and improves the income of the distributor.
