Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method for determining an ex-warehouse list according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including:
step S101, obtaining an order message queue of a user;
step S102, generating a pre-occupation list of the warehouse-out corresponding to the article according to the article in the order message queue;
and S103, determining a warehouse-out list corresponding to the warehouse-out warehouse according to the pre-occupation list.
The order message queue of the user comprises the items and the related information of the order which are needed to be obtained from the warehouse by the user, and the order can be placed on an e-commerce platform by the user in the e-commerce field.
Since there may be multiple types of items in the order message queue, and there may be a difference in the warehouse location for each item, items may be delivered to the user from different warehouses.
The time of delivery of the items selected by the user is immediate delivery, or may be delivery within a predetermined time period, and thus there may be a large difference in the time of delivery of the items from the warehouse.
For example, the order delivery time set by the user is 20 days before the user arrives at the preset place, the order message queue is stored in the cache in the prior art, and the ex-warehouse list is generated by using the order message queue when the delivery time is close. Due to the long time interval, the warehouse may not have the stock of a certain item in the order, and then needs to be taken out from other warehouses, thereby causing the increase of time cost and possibly reducing the satisfaction degree of users.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, a technical means for generating a pre-occupation list of the warehouse-out corresponding to the article according to the article in the order information list can pre-occupy the article in the warehouse, so as to avoid a technical defect that the warehouse-out efficiency is reduced due to stock loss when generating the warehouse-out list corresponding to the order message queue, thereby achieving a technical effect of improving user satisfaction and improving the efficiency of generating the article warehouse-out list.
By means of the technical means of setting the pre-spread list, the articles can be taken out from the warehouse which is maintained in a preference mode as much as possible.
For example, item a is in stock in both warehouse a, which is the primary maintenance warehouse, and warehouse b, which may be associated with corresponding logistics services. The method and the device for ordering the goods in the order message queue can generate the pre-occupation list of the first warehouse corresponding to the goods, and then pre-occupation is carried out on the first warehouse, so that the order of the user can be delivered from the first warehouse to the greatest extent, and the profit of the first warehouse is improved. The first warehouse has associated logistics service, and the technical effect of further improving the income can be conveniently achieved by selecting the first warehouse for delivery. When the application alternatives are combined with the e-commerce platform, the benefits of the e-commerce platform and the e-commerce platform can be improved.
The delivery list is a picking order which is provided for picking personnel or picking equipment to pick goods in the delivery warehouse.
Optionally, generating a pre-occupied list of the warehouse out of which the item corresponds to according to the item in the order message queue, where the pre-occupied list includes:
generating at least one sorting message queue according to the articles in the order message queue;
aiming at a sorting message queue, determining an ex-warehouse corresponding to the articles in the sorting message queue;
and generating a pre-occupation list corresponding to the warehouse-out warehouse according to the warehouse-out warehouse and the articles in the sorting message queue.
Since the number of the articles in the order message queue may be multiple, and the articles may be distributed in different warehouses, and the sorting message queues corresponding to each warehouse are different, a corresponding sorting message queue needs to be generated for the warehouse corresponding to the article in the order message queue.
The pre-occupation means that the articles in the order message queue are occupied in the stock in advance, so that the articles cannot be completely consumed when other orders are generated, and the technical defect that in the prior art, the articles are delivered when the orders are placed, but the articles are not delivered when the articles are delivered is overcome.
Optionally, generating at least one sorting message queue according to the items in the order message queue includes:
judging whether the order message queue needs to be split or not according to the articles in the order message queue;
if the order message queue does not need to be split, determining the order message queue as a sorting message queue;
if the order message queues need to be split, splitting the order message queues according to the warehouse for storing the articles in the order message queues to generate at least two sorting message queues;
wherein an article can only correspond to one sort message queue.
Since the storage locations of the items in the same order message queue may be different as described above, it may be determined whether the order message queue (MQ may be used to represent the message queue) is split, and a plurality of sorted message queues are generated. In practical application, the same article may be stored in different warehouses, and if the article in the same order message queue is split into a plurality of sorting message queues, unnecessary increase of transportation cost is brought, so that one article (SKU) can be limited to only correspond to one sorting message queue, and the technical effect of saving cost is achieved.
The sorting message queue, the SKU and the corresponding warehouse can be bound, and the pre-occupation operation is convenient to carry out. In the e-commerce domain, the order message queue may be considered a top parent and the sort message queue may be considered a direct parent.
In practical applications, a merchant may have stores on multiple platforms, and the percentage of each store in inventory may be set according to the needs of the merchant. After the warehouse is pre-occupied, the proportion modification lower limit of the shop inventory modification by the merchant can be restrained, namely the reserved proportion of the shop to the platform inventory which is issued can not be smaller than the pre-occupied available inventory.
The logistics service can also monitor the sorting message queue, so as to realize the advance pre-occupation of the warehouse. A sorted message queue can be generated based on the pre-emption and the preemption list.
Optionally, before determining the ex-warehouse list corresponding to the ex-warehouse according to the pre-occupation list, the method includes:
determining that the pre-occupation list does not exist in the ex-warehouse, wherein the ex-warehouse list corresponds to the order message queue;
determining that the articles in the pre-occupation list do not have information for canceling ex-warehouse; that is, when the user cancels the order or the items in the order, the cancelled items are prevented from being discharged from the warehouse, so that the loss of time and economic cost is avoided.
And pre-occupying the articles in the pre-occupied list in the warehouse-out warehouse corresponding to the articles.
By judging that the ex-warehouse list corresponding to the order message queue does not exist before determining the ex-warehouse list corresponding to the ex-warehouse, the technical defect that the ex-warehouse list is repeatedly generated for the same order message queue can be avoided, and the technical effect of reducing unnecessary production cost is achieved.
The user may select when to deliver the order when placing the order. Specifically, the time of ex-warehouse can be controlled by the time of generating the ex-warehouse list.
Optionally, determining, according to the preemption list, an ex-warehouse list corresponding to the ex-warehouse, including:
judging whether the preemption list is immediately downloaded to the ex-warehouse;
if so, in order to ensure the ex-warehouse timeliness, the pre-occupied list is immediately converted into an ex-warehouse list corresponding to the ex-warehouse or is converted into an ex-warehouse list after preset cool-still time (in the prior art, ten minutes are set in many cases);
if not, determining that the pre-occupation list is issued to a preset time node of the warehouse-out; and converting the pre-occupied list into an ex-warehouse list corresponding to the ex-warehouse when the time node is preset. Through the preset time node, the technical defect that the storage space of the warehouse out is always occupied in the prior art is overcome, the technical defect that goods in an order are out of stock in the warehouse after a certain time interval exists in the prior art can be overcome, and the technical means of reducing the cost of generating the warehouse out list and improving the efficiency of delivering the order is achieved.
Optionally, before determining the ex-warehouse list corresponding to the ex-warehouse according to the pre-occupation list, the method includes:
judging whether the articles in the pre-occupation list have the condition of updating the warehouse-out;
if so, taking the updated warehouse as a new warehouse-out warehouse according to the modification message queue;
and updating the preset list according to the new warehouse-out.
Because a long time interval may exist between the time when the user places the order and the time when the article is delivered out of the warehouse, and the change of the position of the article delivered out of the warehouse may exist in the time interval, whether the condition of updating the delivery warehouse exists or not is judged before the delivery list is generated, and the technical defect that the cost for generating the delivery list is high when the delivery list of the article is obtained after the delivery list is determined is overcome.
Optionally, after determining the ex-warehouse list corresponding to the ex-warehouse according to the pre-occupation list, the method further includes:
judging whether order message queue revocation information exists or not;
and if so, synchronously canceling the pre-occupation list and the ex-warehouse list.
In practical application, a user may cancel an order message queue that has been generated, and to reduce the cost of the entire order, the loss may be reduced by canceling the preemption list and the ex-warehouse list synchronously.
The first embodiment,
The following describes in detail the flow of the steps of generating the ex-warehouse list through the interaction steps between the mall transaction system and the Order Management System (OMS). Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a specific flow of a specific implementation according to an embodiment of the present invention, as described in fig. 2, including:
step S201, dynamically displaying the stock proportion of a merchant at the side of a trading system of a mall; in this embodiment, the warehouses corresponding to the merchants include a first warehouse and a second warehouse.
Step S202, generating an order message queue of a user;
step S203, splitting the order message queue according to actual conditions to generate a sorting message queue;
step S204, determining a corresponding ex-warehouse according to the articles in the sorting message queue, and generating a pre-occupation list corresponding to the ex-warehouse; in this embodiment, the warehouse-out warehouse is a first warehouse;
step S205, the order management system preempts the first warehouse according to the preempt list;
step S206, judging whether information for converting the warehouse-out warehouse into a second warehouse exists; if yes, executing step S207 to generate a warehouse-out list according to the second warehouse;
if not, executing step S208 to generate a warehouse-out list corresponding to the first warehouse according to the pre-occupation list;
step S209, positioning according to the ex-warehouse list, judging whether the corresponding warehouse is successfully positioned, if so, executing step S210 to perform order abnormity processing flow; if not, step S211 is executed to send the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to produce according to the ex-warehouse list.
In this embodiment, if the mall transaction system receives a situation that the user cancels the order, the pre-occupied list and the ex-warehouse list in the order management system need to be cancelled synchronously.
If the stock proportion is adjusted by the merchant, the pre-occupation list needs to be referred to.
