Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of an information generation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the information generating method may include:
step 101, receiving a user identifier sent by a first client, and searching for receiving information matched with the user identifier in a database according to the user identifier.
Before step 101, the receiver needs to register on the logistics system to obtain an account number, an account name or an ID, and fill in the receiving information, and store the corresponding relationship between the account number, the account name or the ID and the receiving information in the database.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user identification can comprise an account number, an account name or an ID and the like registered on the logistics system by the user, and has uniqueness, namely, each user can obtain the unique user identification through registration without repetition. It should be noted that each user identification may correspond to a plurality of pieces of shipping information, each piece of shipping information including a shipping address, a shipping telephone, and the like.
When the sender needs to send the express, the user identifier of the receiver can be input on a first client (such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer and a personal computer), and the user identifier of the receiver is sent to the server through the first client.
After receiving the user identifier sent by the first client, the server searches for the receiving information matched with the user identifier in a database (the corresponding relation between the user identifier and the receiving information is stored in advance) according to the user identifier.
However, since one user id may correspond to a plurality of pieces of receiving information, or a plurality of pieces of receiving information corresponding to some user ids may further have default information, the step of searching the database for receiving information matching with the user id according to the user id includes:
judging whether default information matched with the user identification exists or not;
if so, taking the default information as the receiving information matched with the user identification;
if not, searching distribution information corresponding to the user identification in a preset time period in the database, and determining receiving information matched with the user identification according to the distribution information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, default information (such as a default shipping address, a default shipping telephone, etc.) is prioritized, and if there is default information that matches the user identification, the default information is taken as the shipping information that matches the user identification. And if the default information matched with the user identification does not exist, determining the delivery information according to the delivery information corresponding to the user identification in a preset time period. For example, the receiving information of the receiver is determined according to the delivery information in the order data of the receiver within the latest 3 months or 6 months from the current time.
Optionally, searching for delivery information corresponding to the user identifier within a preset time period in the database, and determining, according to the delivery information, delivery information matched with the user identifier, includes:
searching distribution information corresponding to the user identification in a preset time period in the database, and judging whether the number of orders corresponding to the user identification is larger than zero or not;
if so, taking the delivery information with the largest occurrence frequency in the preset time period as the receiving information matched with the user identification;
if not, returning prompt information to the first client.
For example, if the number of orders of a certain receiver in the past 3 months or 6 months is larger than zero, the delivery information with the largest occurrence number is screened out from the order data to be used as the receiving information of the receiver.
And 102, generating a logistics order mark according to the receiving information, establishing a corresponding relation between the logistics order mark and the receiving information, and storing the corresponding relation into the database.
After receiving information is determined, the server side generates a logistics order identification (unique identification, which is not repeated) through a logistics system, establishes a corresponding relation between the logistics order identification and the receiving information, and stores the corresponding relation into the database. Specifically, the delivery address and the delivery telephone in the delivery information may be stored in the delivery address field and the delivery telephone field corresponding to the mail information, respectively. Optionally, the corresponding relationship between the user identifier, the logistics order identifier and the receiving information may be further stored, so as to facilitate the user to query.
And 103, returning the logistics order identification to the first client.
And after the logistics order mark is generated, the server returns the logistics order mark to the first client so as to facilitate the sender to track the logistics state. And when the first client receives the logistics order mark, printing the logistics order mark on the package. In the process, the sender cannot know the receiving information of the receiver, so that the receiving information of the receiver is prevented from being revealed.
According to the various embodiments, the technical means that the logistics order identification is generated according to the receiving information, the corresponding relation between the logistics order identification and the receiving information is established, the corresponding relation is stored in the database, and then the logistics order identification is returned to the first client side is achieved, so that the problem that personal privacy is easy to leak is solved. When the sender delivers goods, only the user identification of the receiver needs to be input, the server side determines the receiving information through the user identification of the receiver and returns the logistics order identification to the sender, and therefore the logistics order identification only needs to be displayed on the package. The embodiment of the invention effectively protects the personal information privacy of the user, improves the security of stranger transaction and the user experience of second-hand transaction, and consequently improves the market liveness of the second-hand transaction. In addition, the embodiment of the invention can play an important role in the C2C logistics industry, and the personal information safety of both parties is ensured.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of an information generation method according to a reference embodiment of the present invention, where the information generation method may specifically include:
step 201, receiving a user identifier sent by a first client, and searching for receiving information matched with the user identifier in a database according to the user identifier.
Step 202, generating a logistics order mark according to the receiving information, establishing a corresponding relation between the logistics order mark and the receiving information, and storing the corresponding relation into the database.
After receiving information is determined, the server side generates a logistics order mark through a logistics system, establishes a corresponding relation between the logistics order mark and the receiving information, and stores the corresponding relation into the database. Specifically, the delivery address and the delivery telephone in the delivery information may be stored in the delivery address field and the delivery telephone field corresponding to the mail information, respectively.
Step 203, returning the logistics order identifier to the first client.
And after the logistics order mark is generated, the server returns the logistics order mark to the first client so as to facilitate the sender to track the logistics state. And after the first client receives the logistics order mark, the logistics order mark is printed on the package, so that the receiving information of the receiver is prevented from being revealed.
Step 204, receiving a logistics order mark sent by a second client, and searching for receiving information matched with the logistics order mark in a database according to the logistics order mark; and returning the receiving information to the second client.
When the delivery personnel deliver the packages, the logistics order identification on the packages is scanned through the second client side, and then the logistics order identification is sent to the server side. The second client may be a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the distribution personnel generally carry the second client along when distributing the packages.
