s3, pushing the thimble fixing block 6 to move forwards, so as to drive the thimble 7 to move forwards, enabling the thimble 7 to extend into the chain belt groove 311 from the thimble guide hole 51, pushing the flexible chain belt 93 and the balls 92 therein forwards, enabling the flexible chain belt 93 to penetrate through the limit holes 41 and enter the ball grooves of the sliding seat 9 with the balls 92 therein, and enabling the flexible chain belt 93 and the balls 92 therein to be assembled into a ring shape in the sliding seat 9 under the guide of the end cover 91;
s4, the sliding seat 9 is moved forwards to withdraw from the sliding seat guide rail 9a, then the balls 92 at the joint of the head and the tail of the flexible chain belt 93 are fed in, and the end cover 91 at the other end of the sliding seat 9 is installed, so that the assembly is completed.

a fixed platform (1);

four ejector pins (7) which slide back and forth in the ejector pin guide holes (51) and are fixedly arranged on the ejector pin fixing block (6);
the sliding seat guide rail (9 a) is arranged at the front side of the first guide block (4) and is fixedly arranged on the fixed platform (1);
the device also comprises a thimble guide rail (6 a), wherein the thimble guide rail (6 a) is arranged at the rear side of the second guide block (5) and fixedly arranged on the fixed platform (1), and the thimble fixed block (6) slides back and forth on the thimble guide rail (6 a);
a fool-proof arc (211) is arranged on one side of the inner side of the chain belt bin mounting groove (21), and a fool-proof part (323) matched with the fool-proof arc (211) is arranged on the outer side of the chain belt bin cover (32);
the device also comprises a fixed block limiting piece (11) which is arranged at the rear side of the thimble fixed block (6) and fixedly arranged on the fixed platform (1) and is used for limiting the position of the thimble fixed block (6) which slides furthest backwards;
the ejector pin fixing device further comprises an ejector pin limiting piece (6 b), wherein the ejector pin limiting piece (6 b) is arranged on the ejector pin fixing block (6) in a threaded mode and extends out to the front side of the ejector pin fixing block (6);
the device also comprises thimble fixing pieces (6 c) which are positioned at two sides of the thimble fixing block (6) and can enable the thimble fixing block (6) to clamp and fix the thimble (7);
a base groove (312) is formed in the chain belt bin base (31); a bin cover mounting part (322) matched with the base groove (312) is arranged on the chain belt bin cover (32); the chain belt bin cover (32) is also provided with a chain belt part (321) corresponding to the chain belt groove (311);

s2, inserting the flexible chain belt (93) into the chain belt groove (311) along the chain belt limiting groove (3111), placing the balls (92) in ball mounting holes of the flexible chain belt (93), covering the chain belt bin cover (32), and mounting the chain belt bin (3) with the flexible chain belt (93) and the balls (92) placed in the chain belt bin mounting groove (21);
s3, pushing the thimble fixing block (6) to move forwards, so as to drive the thimble (7) to move forwards, enabling the thimble (7) to extend into the chain belt groove (311) from the thimble guide hole (51), pushing the flexible chain belt (93) and balls (92) in the flexible chain belt forward, enabling the flexible chain belt (93) to penetrate through the limit hole (41) and enter a ball groove of the sliding seat (9), and enabling the flexible chain belt (93) and the balls (92) in the flexible chain belt to be assembled into a ring shape in the sliding seat (9) under the guide of the end cover (91);
s4, the sliding seat (9) is withdrawn from the sliding seat guide rail (9 a), then balls (92) at the joint of the head and the tail of the flexible chain belt (93) are fed in, and then an end cover (91) at the other end of the sliding seat (9) is installed, so that the assembly is completed.
