本发明属于汽车充电桩领域,具体地说是一种新能源汽车充电桩。
背景技术
新能源汽车是指采用非常规的车用燃料作为动力来源,最常见的就是电动汽车,需要使用充电桩充电,充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电。
然而,在使用充电桩给新能源汽车充电时,有时候车主可能会因为疏忽而在忘记充电的情况下启动车辆,这可能会导致充电枪被拉断,甚至直接损坏充电桩和新能源汽车的充电接口,从而导致较大的损失。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种新能源汽车充电桩,以解决现有技术中在使用充电桩给新能源汽车充电时,有时候车主可能会因为疏忽而在忘记充电的情况下启动车辆,这可能会导致充电枪被拉断,甚至直接损坏充电桩和新能源汽车的充电接口,从而导致较大的损失等问题。
一种新能源汽车充电桩,包括充电桩本体和充电枪,所述充电枪安装在充电桩本体侧壁,所述充电桩本体侧壁开设有插孔和放置孔,所述插孔内固定安装有第一插座;
所述充电枪包括连接导线以及连接导线两端分别固定连接的插头和第二插座,所述第二插座上安装有枪头,所述枪头尺寸与放置孔相匹配,所述插头尺寸与第一插座相匹配,所述插头安装在所述第一插座上。
优选的,所述插头外周面开设有凹槽,所述凹槽内安装有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧另一端安装有卡块,所述插孔内周面开设有卡槽,所述卡槽位置与卡块相对应,所述卡槽尺寸大于卡块,所述卡块横截面积的形状为三角形。
优选的,所述插孔内底部开设有第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽内安装有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧另一端安装有顶板,所述插头底部开设有第二安装槽,所述第二安装槽位置与顶板相对应。

1、本发明通过在充电桩本体侧壁设置插孔以及插孔内安装第一插座,并在充电枪上安装插头,实现了充电枪的可拆卸连接,可以在车辆没有拔下充电枪而意外启动时,充电枪会因被拉拽而从第一插座上掉落,从而减少了对充电桩的损坏,并且当充电枪被拉拽时,充电枪会从充电桩上脱离,减少了充电枪与充电口之间的扭曲和张力,从而降低了漏电和其他安全隐患的风险,也可以降低维修和更换损坏部件的成本,延长充电桩的使用寿命,提供更安全可靠的充电环境,减少车主的操作失误可能带来的损害和安全风险,同时减少了充电设施的维护成本。

实施例一:如附图1至附图6所示:本发明提供一种新能源汽车充电桩,包括充电桩本体1和充电枪2,充电枪2安装在充电桩本体1侧壁,充电桩本体1侧壁开设有插孔11和放置孔13,插孔11内固定安装有第一插座12;
充电枪2包括连接导线21以及连接导线21两端分别固定连接的插头22和第二插座23,第二插座23上安装有枪头24,枪头24尺寸与放置孔13相匹配,插头22尺寸与第一插座12相匹配,插头22安装在第一插座12上。
通过在充电桩本体1侧壁设置插孔11以及插孔11内安装第一插座12,并在充电枪2上安装插头22,实现了充电枪2的可拆卸连接,可以在车辆没有拔下充电枪2而意外启动时,充电枪2会因被拉拽而从第一插座12上掉落,从而减少了对充电桩的损坏,并且当充电枪2被拉拽时,充电枪2会从充电桩上脱离,减少了充电枪2与充电口之间的扭曲和张力,从而降低了漏电和其他安全隐患的风险,也可以降低维修和更换损坏部件的成本,延长充电桩的使用寿命,提供更安全可靠的充电环境,减少车主的操作失误可能带来的损害和安全风险,同时减少了充电设施的维护成本。
实施例二:如附图6所示:在实施例一的基础上,插头22外周面开设有凹槽3,凹槽3内安装有第一弹簧31,第一弹簧31另一端安装有卡块32,插孔11内周面开设有卡槽33,卡槽33位置与卡块32相对应,卡槽33尺寸大于卡块32,卡块32横截面积的形状为三角形。
由上可知,通过设置卡块32和卡槽33,当插头22插入插孔11时,卡块32会顶在卡槽33上,借助第一弹簧31的弹性力,形成卡合连接,这样可以确保充电枪2可以牢固的安装在插孔11中,确保充电过程中的稳定连接,并且卡块32的截面形状为三角形,并且卡块32的左侧直角边相对于斜边更加靠近插孔11的内壁,也就是说,当受到拉拽力时,卡块32的斜边可以提供一个斜角,使得充电枪2能够相对容易地滑出插孔11,从而实现在受到拉拽时从充电桩上安全快速脱离。
实施例三:如附图6所示:插孔11内底部开设有第一安装槽4,第一安装槽4内安装有第二弹簧41,第二弹簧41另一端安装有顶板42,插头22底部开设有第二安装槽43,第二安装槽43位置与顶板42相对应,顶板42侧壁开设有开口,开口内固定安装有磁铁5,第二安装槽43内固定安装有铁芯51,磁铁5与铁芯51磁吸配合,顶板42可以实现当受到拉拽时,插头22从插孔11中快速脱离,而通过在顶板42侧壁开设开口,并在开口内固定安装磁铁5的设计,以及在第二安装槽43内固定安装铁芯51,磁铁5和铁芯51的磁吸配合可以配合顶部的卡块32和卡槽33,保证在充电时的稳固连接。
另外,磁铁5与铁芯51的使用,需要考虑电磁兼容、磁场对充电桩的影响,需要根据具体情况进行适应性的调整。
还包括收线机构,收线机构包括固定安装在充电桩本体1侧壁的安装板6,安装板6侧壁固定安装有外壳61,外壳61底部开设有出线口62,外壳61内部安装有回卷弹簧,回卷弹簧上安装有连接线63,连接线63另一端安装有套环64,套环64固定安装在连接导线21的外周面,收线机构的主要目的并非防止拉拽现象发生,而是由于本装置将充电枪2设计为可拆卸性的,为了防止充电枪2可拆卸后被盗,并在使用完毕后提供便利的自动收纳功能,同时,由于充电枪2与充电桩间使用连接线63连接,当遭受拉拽力时,连接线63很容易断开,可以避免充电桩的损坏。
还包括保护机构7,保护机构7包括固定安装在充电桩本体1侧壁的四个安装座75和两个滑杆71,沿充电桩本体1高度方向的每两个安装座75之间均固定安装有滑杆71,滑杆71周侧面滑动连接有滑板74,滑板74侧壁固定安装有保护板73,滑板74和上端的安装座75之间安装有第三弹簧72,保护板73尺寸大于插孔11;
插头22和第一插座12的长度之和大于插孔11长度,保护板73外侧与插头22外侧处于同一水平线,当充电枪2受到拉拽并脱离充电桩时,为了防止插孔11完全暴露在外界,保护板73会下落,为插孔11提供保护。
如附图7所示:连接导线21外侧包裹有绝缘层211,绝缘层211外侧还包裹有保护层212,绝缘层211的厚度至少为0.5毫米,保护层212的厚度至少为1毫米,绝缘层211采用橡胶材质。
