上述技术方案在底漆完全固化后再进行撒点喷涂,申请人在实际试验中发现,其能够形成如图4所示的粒状撒点结构,该种涂层工艺,其实质是在底漆之上再喷涂点漆图案和面漆,从而使得点漆仅能起到美观的作用,而无法起到提高涂层性能的作用;因此需要提出一种新的方案来解决这个问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种密集化撒点陶瓷涂层工艺,在提升立体式美观性的同时,有效提高了涂层之间的连接强度,并提高涂层的整体抗震性,降低面层发生开裂的隐患。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种密集化撒点陶瓷涂层工艺,用于生产扩散式撒点陶瓷涂层,所述扩散式撒点陶瓷涂层包括底漆层、撒点以及面漆层,单个所述撒点呈盘状,其具有增厚边沿以及摊薄中心;工艺步骤包括:步骤1:打磨工件表面;步骤2:对产品进行预热,预热温度为50-60℃;步骤3:雾化均匀喷涂底漆,工件保持预热温度,于底漆之上采用喷枪撒点喷涂点漆;步骤4:对产品进行表干加热,表干加热温度为80-150℃,表干时间为5-8min;步骤5:雾化均匀喷涂面漆;步骤6:对产品进行固化加热,固化温度为260-280℃,固化时间为8-15min。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用本申请加工形成的扩散式撒点陶瓷涂层,由于撒点的外厚内薄结构,从而在底漆层和面漆层之间形成密集的环状加强结构,一方面实现面漆层的立体式附着,提高其连接强度,另一方面实现对底漆层和面漆层的间隔式支撑,提升涂层的整体抗震性,降低开裂隐患;扩散式撒点陶瓷涂层的具体工艺原理为,先对产品进行预热,并在预热状态下进行底漆的喷涂,从而提高雾化喷涂底漆时,漆料于工件表面的流动性,进而提高提升底漆层的均匀性和光滑质地;在预热温度下进行点漆的撒点喷涂,从而点漆冲击于具有流动性的底漆之上,形成一个由冲击点向外扩散的波,进而带动点漆呈现扩散状态,即形成具有摊薄中心和增厚边沿的盘状点漆,每个点漆在正视状态下呈细胞状;完成点漆的撒点喷涂后,对工件进行表干加热,降低底漆与点漆的流动性,从而避免在喷涂面漆时冲撒点漆导致点漆无法具备预定形态;进行表干加热后再进行面漆的喷涂,需要说明的是,面漆的喷涂时,底漆与点漆尚未完全固化,因此喷涂于底漆和点漆之上的面漆能够与两者产生物质渗透,进而确保面漆的附着力;完成面漆的雾化喷涂后,对工件进行固化加热,实现底漆、点漆以及面漆三者同步固化,进而确保三者的连接强度;综上所述,采用本申请提供的陶瓷涂层工艺,相较于现有技术,有效提高了涂层之间的连接强度,并提高涂层的整体抗震性,降低面层发生开裂的隐患。
本发明进一步设置为:所述步骤1采用60-80#金刚砂进行喷砂打磨,使产品表面粗糙度保持在2.5-3.5μm。
本发明进一步设置为:所述底漆的组分重量百分比为:硅溶胶:25-40;颜料:12-30;填料:20-30;去离子水:2-10;醇类溶剂:2-10;硅烷:30-34;酸性催化剂:0-2;所述点漆的组分重量百分比为:硅溶胶:25-40;颜料:12-30;填料:5-15;去离子水:2-10;醇类溶剂:10-30;硅烷:30-34;酸性催化剂:0-2;所述面漆的组分重量百分比为:硅溶胶:40-45;去离子水:2-10;醇类溶剂:2-10;硅烷:45-50;酸性催化剂:0-5;醇类溶剂:5-7;不粘助剂:1-3。
本发明进一步设置为:所述底漆硅溶胶的固含量重量百分比为:40-50,粒径为:20-25nm;所述点漆硅溶胶的固含量重量百分比为:30-35,粒径为:10-20nm;所述面漆硅溶胶的固含量重量百分比为:40-50,粒径为:10-15nm。
本发明进一步设置为:所述底漆颜料为白色,所述点漆颜料为鲜艳色彩。
本发明进一步设置为:所述填料由云母粉、气相二氧化硅、氧化铝粉、纤维素、晶须硅、沉淀硫酸钡、高岭土、膨润土、碳化硅混合。
本发明进一步设置为:所述醇类溶剂选自甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇和乙二醇单丁醚中的若干种。
本发明进一步设置为:所述硅烷选自甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、氨基硅烷、苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯中的若干种。
本发明进一步设置为:所述酸性催化剂选自甲酸、乙酸、乙二酸、盐酸、苯甲酸、水杨酸、磷酸、柠檬酸中的一种或几种。
本发明进一步设置为:所述不粘助剂选自甲基硅油、羟基硅油、苯基硅油中的若干种。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:由于撒点的外厚内薄结构,从而在底漆层和面漆层之间形成密集的环状加强结构,一方面实现面漆层的立体式附着,提高其连接强度,另一方面实现对底漆层和面漆层的间隔式支撑,提升涂层的整体抗震性,降低开裂隐患;本申请提供的陶瓷涂层工艺,相较于现有技术,有效提高了涂层之间的连接强度,并提高涂层的整体抗震性,降低面层发生开裂的隐患;通过对底漆、点漆以及面漆的组分优化,有效提高陶瓷涂层的点漆图案鲜亮程度;通过对底漆、点漆以及面漆的硅溶胶选择进行优化,提高陶瓷涂层点漆图案的立体质感。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种密集化撒点陶瓷涂层工艺,如图1、图2、图3所示,用于生产扩散式撒点陶瓷涂层,扩散式撒点陶瓷涂层包括底漆层101、撒点102以及面漆层103,单个撒点102呈盘状,其具有增厚边沿104以及摊薄中心105;该陶瓷涂层结构在外观上,呈现更为密集的立体式撒点图案,本实施例中底漆层101采用白色,撒点102采用透明基底的蓝色,整个涂层于远观状态下呈现青花瓷色彩质感;该陶瓷涂层结构在性能上,由于撒点102的外厚内薄结构,从而在底漆层101和面漆层103之间形成密集的环状加强结构,一方面实现面漆层103的立体式附着,提高其连接强度,另一方面实现对底漆层101和面漆层103的间隔式支撑,提升涂层的整体抗震性,降低开裂隐患。
一种密集化撒点陶瓷涂层工艺,工艺步骤包括:
步骤1:打磨工件表面,具体采用60-80#金刚砂进行喷砂打磨,使产品表面粗糙度保持在2.5-3.5μm。
步骤2:对产品进行预热,预热温度为50-60℃。
步骤3:雾化均匀喷涂底漆,底漆喷涂时的喷枪气压为2-3公斤,工件保持预热温度,于底漆之上采用喷枪撒点喷涂点漆,点漆喷涂时的喷枪气压为0.3-0.4公斤;采用高气压喷涂底漆以确保其致密性,从而避免底漆被点漆完全冲撒;采用低气压喷涂点漆以避免点漆完全冲散底漆或者呈点状嵌入底漆,有效确保点漆的顺利摊开,此处需要说明,单个撒点102的直径可以通过调节气压进行控制,喷涂气压越小则单个撒点102的直径越大。
步骤4:对产品进行表干加热,表干加热温度为80-150℃,表干时间为5-8min。
步骤5:雾化均匀喷涂面漆,面漆喷涂时的喷枪气压为2-3公斤,从而确保涂层表面的致密性,进而提高涂层的光滑度。
步骤6:对产品进行固化加热,固化温度为260-280℃,固化时间为8-15min。
密集化撒点陶瓷涂层工艺的具体原理为,先对产品进行预热,并在预热状态下进行底漆的喷涂,从而提高雾化喷涂底漆时,漆料于工件表面的流动性,进而提高提升底漆层的均匀性和光滑质地;在预热温度下进行点漆的撒点喷涂,从而点漆冲击于具有流动性的底漆之上,形成一个由冲击点向外扩散的波,进而带动点漆呈现扩散状态,即形成具有摊薄中心和增厚边沿的盘状点漆,每个点漆在正视状态下呈细胞状;完成点漆的撒点喷涂后,对工件进行表干加热,降低底漆与点漆的流动性,从而避免在喷涂面漆时冲撒点漆导致点漆无法具备预定形态;进行表干加热后再进行面漆的喷涂,需要说明的是,面漆的喷涂时,底漆与点漆尚未完全固化,因此喷涂于底漆和点漆之上的面漆能够与两者产生物质渗透,进而确保面漆的附着力;完成面漆的雾化喷涂后,对工件进行固化加热,实现底漆、点漆以及面漆三者同步固化,进而确保三者的连接强度;综上所述,采用本申请提供的陶瓷涂层工艺,相较于现有技术,有效提高了涂层之间的连接强度,并提高涂层的整体抗震性,降低面层发生开裂的隐患。
为提高陶瓷涂层的点漆图案鲜亮程度,本申请对底漆、点漆以及面漆的组分进行优化,具体如下:
底漆的组分重量百分比为:硅溶胶:25-40;颜料:12-30;填料:20-30;去离子水:2-10;醇类溶剂:2-10;硅烷:30-34;酸性催化剂:0-2;
点漆的组分重量百分比为:硅溶胶:25-40;颜料:12-30;填料:5-15;去离子水:2-10;醇类溶剂:10-30;硅烷:30-34;酸性催化剂:0-2;
面漆的组分重量百分比为:硅溶胶:40-45;去离子水:2-10;醇类溶剂:2-10;硅烷:45-50;酸性催化剂:0-5;醇类溶剂:5-7;不粘助剂:1-3;
底漆与点漆的组分差异主要在于填料和醇类溶剂的重量百分比,底漆提高填料的含量,并降低醇类溶剂的含量,一方面避免底漆被点漆完全击穿,另一方面降低底漆的可透视性,提高对于工件的覆盖效果,有效防止因工件的原色而导致底漆被点漆冲击位置与其与区域产生色差,主要在于确保摊薄中心105对应区域的底漆色调与整体的一致性;点漆降低了填料含量,并提高醇类溶剂的含量,一方面确保点漆的可透视性和色彩均匀性,另一方面提高点漆的可流动能力,使得点漆在冲击于底漆时能够更好的摊平展开,并具有滤镜式的透视质感;面漆取消填料和颜料的运用,使其具有最佳的通透性,并增加不粘助剂,使得涂层表面具有更好的抗污能力和光滑度。
为提高陶瓷涂层点漆图案的立体质感,本申请对底漆、点漆以及面漆的硅溶胶选择进行优化,具体如下:
底漆硅溶胶的固含量重量百分比为:40-50,粒径为:20-25nm;
点漆硅溶胶的固含量重量百分比为:30-35,粒径为:10-20nm;
面漆硅溶胶的固含量重量百分比为:40-50,粒径为:10-15nm;
底漆采用高固含量占比和大粒径的硅溶胶,进一步提高其对于工件原有颜色的遮蔽效果,从而为点漆图案提供更好的底色条件;点漆采用低固含量占比和小粒径的硅溶胶,确保其具有优秀的透视性和均匀色彩分布,使得点漆不通厚度区域均能呈现不同的可透视的色彩深度,进而提升点漆图案的立体质感;面漆采用高固含量占比和小粒径的硅溶胶,在确保陶瓷涂层表面硬度的前提下,实现面漆的可透视性。
需要说明的是,本实施例中底漆颜料为白色,点漆颜料为天蓝色。
填料的具体成为如下,填料由云母粉、气相二氧化硅、氧化铝粉、纤维素、晶须硅、沉淀硫酸钡、高岭土、膨润土、碳化硅混合。
醇类溶剂的具体成分如下,醇类溶剂选自甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇和乙二醇单丁醚中的若干种。
硅烷的具体成分如下,硅烷选自甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、氨基硅烷、苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯中的若干种。
酸性催化剂的具体成分如下,酸性催化剂选自甲酸、乙酸、乙二酸、盐酸、苯甲酸、水杨酸、磷酸、柠檬酸中的一种或几种。
不粘助剂的具体成分如下,不粘助剂选自甲基硅油、羟基硅油、苯基硅油中的若干种。

Claims (10)
1.一种密集化撒点陶瓷涂层工艺,其特征在于:
用于生产扩散式撒点陶瓷涂层,所述扩散式撒点陶瓷涂层包括底漆层(101)、撒点(102)以及面漆层(103),单个所述撒点(102)呈盘状,其具有增厚边沿(104)以及摊薄中心(105);
工艺步骤包括:
步骤1:打磨工件表面;
步骤2:对产品进行预热,预热温度为50-60℃;
步骤3:雾化均匀喷涂底漆,工件保持预热温度,于底漆之上采用喷枪撒点喷涂点漆;
步骤4:对产品进行表干加热,表干加热温度为80-150℃,表干时间为5-8min;
步骤5:雾化均匀喷涂面漆;
步骤6:对产品进行固化加热,固化温度为260-280℃,固化时间为8-15min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种密集化撒点陶瓷涂层工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤1采用60-80#金刚砂进行喷砂打磨,使产品表面粗糙度保持在2.5-3.5μm。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种密集化撒点陶瓷涂层工艺,其特征在于:所述底漆硅溶胶的固含量重量百分比为:40-50,粒径为:20-25nm;
所述点漆硅溶胶的固含量重量百分比为:30-35,粒径为:10-20nm;
所述面漆硅溶胶的固含量重量百分比为:40-50,粒径为:10-15nm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种密集化撒点陶瓷涂层工艺,其特征在于:所述底漆颜料为白色,所述点漆颜料为鲜艳色彩。

8.根据权利要求3所述的一种密集化撒点陶瓷涂层工艺,其特征在于:所述硅烷选自甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、氨基硅烷、苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯中的若干种。
