Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, in particular to a composition with pore purifying and barrier repairing functions and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sebum has complex components, mainly containing wax fat, triglyceride and free fatty acid, and also containing phospholipid and cholesterol lipid generated after epithelial cell metabolism. Sebum is oily and has moisturizing effect on skin, thereby preventing dryness and chapping. The fatty acids in sebum kill bacteria and resist mold and viruses, which are known as the natural barrier of skin. Sebum has a certain excretion effect in view of the fact that sebum contains fat-soluble metabolic wastes which are not needed by the body. Sebum has protective and moisturizing effects on skin, but excessive sebum can form seborrheic dermatitis, such as acne, vaccinia, pimple, dandruff, etc.
The formation of mixed or oily skin is caused by excessive secretion of skin grease, the grease secretion is excessive, pores can be enlarged by accumulated grease, the skin color of most people is dark, the pores are large, the skin is greasy and bright, even orange skin appearance can appear, the pH value is between 5.6 and 6.6, dust and dirt are easy to adhere, and skin infection, acne and the like are caused. Is common in young people in adolescence. Excess grease accumulates in the pores, only the larger the pores are squeezed. The grease is wrapped in the skin to become white comedones; skin breaking and blackening due to oxidation in air can form comedones, and more serious and even worsened to form sores. The formation of acne is the grease which should be discharged from pores originally, and because the keratosis around the pores blocks the mixed product, when the acne is more, the pores are also more enlarged, and the corresponding skin diseases of the face, such as itching sores, are easy to occur. Seborrheic dermatitis, and the like. Controlling excessive secretion of sebaceous glands and alleviating oily symptoms is a key to maintaining skin health.
At present, most products for purifying pores absorb grease on the surface of skin by utilizing the adsorption effect of kaolin and bentonite, and cannot dissolve the grease, generate mixed oxidation of ash into solid acne, blackheads and the like; the acid products are used for removing in the market, mainly acids such as salicylic acid or fruit acid are used as main components, the effects of exfoliating cutin, controlling oil and removing acne are achieved, the effects of the products are obvious, but the products are large in irritation, low in pH value and easy to cause skin allergy and the like, and the skin is always in a state of water shortage or unbalanced skin barrier. After the hair follicle is stimulated by the outside world, the skin is easy to have symptoms such as burning, stinging, itching, tightness and the like, with or without symptoms such as erythema, scales, telangiectasis and the like, generally starts from a thin and tender part of the skin, gradually develops to the ear and the neck, and seriously spreads to the whole body.

2. subjects and samples: 120 volunteers were selected, with a male/female ratio of 2:1, the ages are 16-36 years, no skin history exists, the skin is oily and oily sensitive skin (which is easy to cause stinging, redness, itching and acne, and the skin is broken into 12 groups of 10 people, and the groups correspond to examples 1-5, comparative examples 1-6 and a control group respectively;
3. the experimental method comprises the following steps: the subjects smeared the experimental group products on the T area of the face (forehead, nose and chin) every 2 days, and used for 8 weeks continuously, and the grease content, the acne quantity reduction rate and the pore diameter change rate of the T area of the face are respectively tested before and after the use, and then the experimental group products are calculated by the following formulas:
lipid content decrease rate= (lipid content Front part -oil content Rear part (S) ) Fat content Front part ×100%,
Acne amount reduction rate= (acne amount) Front part Number of acne Rear part (S) ) Number of acnes Front part ×100%,
Aperture shrinkage= (aperture Front part -pore size Rear part (S) ) Aperture/diameter Front part ×100%
4. Experimental results:
compared with the commercial skin care products, the composition prepared by the invention has better effect of purifying pores, effectively inhibits sebum secretion of pores, has the lipid content reduction rate of 50.1-52.9%, inhibits propionibacterium acnes from growing, reduces acnes from growing, has the acne quantity reduction rate of 82.3-88.9%, has obvious acne removal effect, and plays a role in deeply cleaning the pores, thereby achieving the effect of shrinking the pores, and has the aperture shrinkage rate of 63.8-69.8%, so that skin is more thoroughly cleaned.
The comparison of the present example with comparative example 1 shows that the raw materials act synergistically under specific proportion, and effectively achieve the effect of pore purification, and compared with comparative example 2, the present invention prepares the compound acid according to proportion, selects the liposoluble acid, can enter skin deep layer to dissolve grease, dredge pores, accelerate skin metabolism, exfoliate aging cutin, ellagic acid can astringe sweat glands to reduce sweat secretion, salicylic acid can permeate skin, balance skin oil-water balance, and control grease secretion; glycolic acid not only helps to clear dirt and dead skin from the face, but also has the ability to penetrate deep into the hair follicle, loosening accumulated sebum or protein; retinol promotes cell proliferation, maintains normal circulation of skin, and also promotes cell proliferation and maintains normal circulation of skin; complex acids can also help skin to better absorb skin care products;
compared with comparative example 3, the prebiotics and the organic acid added into the medicinal layer porus extract can solve the problem of skin grease transitional secretion, reduce the blockage of follicular orifice, and have the effects of astringing skin, shrinking pores and smoothing and tightening skin;
compared with comparative example 4, the fermentation product extract of the soybeans and the almonds is added with the astringents, and trace living bacteria can effectively inhibit propionibacterium acnes causing acnes in pores, so that the effect of bacterial treatment is achieved.
5. The repairing effect is as follows:
comparative example 7 was set: 10 oil-sensitive muscle volunteers were selected as comparative example 7, who had developed reddening, burning, and acne;
the above results show that the purification effect of example 3 is optimal, and that the skin pores are deeply purified, and the conditions such as burning, stinging, redness, itching, popping and the like are caused by irritation, and the values of a reddish area a of forehead skin, the water loss value of the epidermis of TEWL and the skin heme value are measured for examples 3, comparative examples 5, 6 and 7.
TEWL refers to facial transcutaneous moisture loss and stratum corneum moisture content, the lower the value, the higher the stratum corneum moisture content value, the better the skin barrier function; the worse the reverse is.
TEWL value: health status (0-15), sub-health status (15-25), disease status (> 25);
heme content: the normal value of adult males is 120-160g/L, and the normal value of adult females is 110-150g/L;
the test results were as follows:
from the results, the composition plays a role in repairing barriers while controlling oil and purifying pores, and from comparative example 7, the composition can achieve a certain repairing effect on the conditions of redness, burning and acne; example 3 compared to comparative example 5 shows that the addition of cornflower extract can rapidly extinguish the agitation factor from the source; compared with the opposite 6, the plankton extract inhibits the expression of capsaicin receptor TRPV1, reduces skin discomfort reaction and makes the skin barrier function more stable.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
