Referring to fig. 5 to 10 in combination, specifically, the cleaning body 31 includes a body housing 311, a dirt sucking component, a roller component 312, a liquid spraying component 313, a cleaning liquid component 314, a moving component 315 and an intelligent auxiliary component 316; the main body 32 further comprises a sewage tank 327, a main body housing 321, a clean water tank 322, a fan 323, a battery module 324, a handle 325 and a multi-directional connection structure 326; the sewage tank 327 is used for storing sewage, the clean water tank 322 is used for storing clean water, the battery module 324 is used for supplying power for other structures of the cleaning host machine 3, the host machine body 32 and the cleaning body 31 are structurally connected through the multi-way connecting structure 326, the liquid spraying component 313 is connected with the cleaning liquid component 314 and the clean water tank 322 and is used for spraying cleaning liquid and clean water on the working surface and/or the roller component 312, the roller component 312 is used for cleaning the working surface and provides moving assistance when rotating and cleaning, the moving assistance component 315 is matched for moving so as to clean different areas, the intelligent auxiliary component 316 provides auxiliary functions for cleaning operation of the cleaning host machine 3, for example, when the cleaning body 31 enters a narrow and dark environment, illumination can be automatically provided, cleaning convenience is improved, or whether a roller in the roller component 312 is installed in place or not is automatically detected, and the like; when the drum assembly 312 drags and washes the working surface, the working surface or the drum assembly 312 can remain with sewage, the sewage assembly is used for sucking the sewage, and then the sewage is transferred into the sewage tank 327 through the sewage connecting pipe 33 and the fan 323; for the sewage suction process, the sewage tank 327 provides a storage space, the fan 323 provides a negative pressure environment for the sewage tank 327, the sewage connection pipe 33 and the sewage suction assembly, and sewage is sequentially sucked into the sewage suction assembly, the sewage connection pipe 33 and the sewage tank 327 through negative pressure, so that the suction of sewage is completed.
In the prior art, after the cleaning operation is completed, in the process of shutting down and transferring the cleaning host 3 to the vertical base station, residual sewage on the pipe wall of the sewage loop (the pipe wall of the connecting pipeline between the sewage tank 327 and the cleaning body 31) tends to flow back and drop on the working surface, and it is to be noted that the dropped sewage is not too much, and basically remains in 3-5 drops through a large number of experiments, but this still causes secondary pollution to the cleaned working surface, and seriously affects the experience of users; in this embodiment, a plurality of water retaining structures 37 are disposed in the sewage connecting pipe 33, so as to delay the speed of sewage backflow in the sewage connecting pipe 33, and bear part of sewage, and a water stopping step 35 is disposed at one end of the sewage connecting pipe 33 connected with the sewage sucking component, so that sewage water drops bearing backflow can be temporarily stopped, and secondary pollution operation surface caused by sewage backflow and dropping can be effectively avoided; meanwhile, the sewage carried on the water blocking structure 37 and the water blocking step 35 is intercepted, and when the blower 323 is started again, the sewage can be sucked into the sewage tank 327 again; and after the cleaning main body 3 is placed on the base, the cleaning main body can be discharged into the upright base station through operation, and the sewage connection pipe 33 is not polluted for a long time.
In some embodiments, the sewage connection pipe 33 includes a main body venturi 34 and an adapter pipe 36, where the sewage suction assembly, the main body venturi 34, the adapter pipe 36 and the sewage tank 327 are sequentially connected, and when the fan 323 operates, negative pressure environments are formed in the sewage suction assembly, the main body venturi 34, the adapter pipe 36 and the sewage tank 327, and sewage enters the sewage tank 327 through the sewage suction assembly, the main body venturi 34 and the adapter pipe 36 sequentially under the action of negative pressure suction force.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, and fig. 11 to 13, the main body throat 34 includes a throat body 341, one end of the throat body 341 is connected to the sewage suction component, and the other end of the throat body 341 is connected to the sewage tank 327; further, one end of the throat body 341 away from the sewage sucking assembly is connected with the sewage tank 327 through a transfer tube 36; the throat body 341 comprises a circular pipe portion 342 and a square pipe portion 343 which are integrally formed, one end of the square pipe portion 343, which deviates from the circular pipe portion 342, is connected with the sewage suction assembly, one end of the circular pipe portion 342, which deviates from the square pipe portion 343, is connected with the sewage tank 327, the water stopping step 35 is arranged at the joint of the circular pipe portion 342 and the square pipe portion 343, the water stopping structure 37 is arranged on the inner pipe wall of the circular pipe portion 342, namely, the water stopping structure 37 is arranged on the inner pipe wall of the circular pipe portion 342, the circular pipe portion 342 is used for carrying out slow flow and partial interception on sewage flowing back in the sewage connection pipe 33, then when the sewage flowing back enters the square pipe portion 343 through the circular pipe portion 342, the water stopping step 35 at the joint of the circular pipe portion 342 and the square pipe portion 343 is stopped and stored, namely, the returned sewage cannot flow through the square pipe portion 343 and cannot flow back into the sewage suction assembly, and the sewage suction assembly is guaranteed.
When sewage is pumped, a part of solid waste is inevitably sucked into the sewage sucking assembly and then enters the throat body 341, and the throat body 341 is preferably formed into a square pipe portion 343 and a round pipe portion 342, and further preferably the square pipe portion 343 is connected with the round pipe portion 342 in an angle, so that the solid waste can be intercepted at the joint of the square pipe portion 343 and the round pipe portion 342, the solid waste stays in the square pipe portion 343 temporarily, and the blockage of the transfer pipe 36 and the sewage tank 327 can be avoided.
Along with the extension of the service time, the fixed garbage stored in the square pipe part 343 is inevitably and gradually increased, so that the square pipe part 343 is blocked, and the adsorption capacity of the cleaning host 3 to sewage is reduced; through square pipe portion 343 has seted up clean window 3431, the throat body 341 still include with clean window 3431 corresponds, and with clean window 3431 detachable connection's square pipe lid 344, and then can be at any time through tearing open square pipe lid 344 to open the clean window 3431 of throat body 341, through clean window 3431's space, under the circumstances of not carrying out the large-scale removal operation to clean body 31, can clean the solid rubbish in square pipe portion 343, promote the convenience of clean host computer 3.
In some embodiments, the square tube portion 343 includes a front wall 3432, a rear wall 3433, a top wall 3434, a bottom wall 3435, a left wall 3436 and a right wall 3437, and when the cleaning main unit 3 is in cleaning operation, the cleaning body 31 moves on the working surface and drags and washes the cleaning, the direction of the cleaning body 31 facing the working surface is taken as a lower direction, the direction of the cleaning body 31 facing away from the working surface is taken as an upper direction, i.e. the height direction is taken as the upper and lower direction; during cleaning, one side of the cleaning body 31 away from the main body 32 is a front direction, and a reverse direction of the cleaning body 31, which is close to the main body 32, is a rear direction; the left-right direction is a direction perpendicular to the front-back direction and the height direction; the front wall 3432 and the rear wall 3433 are oppositely disposed in the front-rear direction, the front wall 3432 and the rear wall 3433 are oppositely disposed in the height direction, and the left wall 3436 and the right wall 3437 are oppositely disposed in the left-right direction; the cleaning window 3431 is arranged on the top wall 3434, the back wall 3433 is provided with a liquid suction port 3438, and the liquid suction port 3438 is connected with the dirt suction component of the cleaning body 31; the circular pipe portion 342 is connected to the rear wall 3433 and the bottom wall 3435 at an angle, extends to the rear wall 3433, and is matched with the rear wall 3433 to form the water stopping step 35, so that sewage can be stopped and refluxed, and sewage can be sucked and the sewage is stopped and solid garbage can be sucked.
An outer double-layer sinking platform 3439 and an inner single-layer sinking platform 343a are further arranged on the square pipe part 343, the outer double-layer steps are arranged at the outer surfaces of the left wall 3436, the right wall 3437 and the rear wall 3433 connected with the cleaning window 3431, the inner single-layer sinking platform 343a is arranged at the inner surfaces of the left wall 3436, the right wall 3437 and the rear wall 3433 connected with the cleaning window 3431, and the extension length of the outer double-layer sinking platform 3439 towards the bottom wall 3435 is smaller than the extension length of the inner single-layer sinking platform 343a towards the bottom wall 3435; that is, the square tube portion 343 is provided with a connection sealing structure in sealing connection with the Fang Guangai 344 at the peripheral joint of the cleaning window 3431, and by controlling the extension length of the outer double-layer sink 3439 toward the bottom wall 3435 to be smaller than the extension length of the inner single-layer sink 343a toward the bottom wall 3435, the square tube cover 344 can be extended to both sides of the cleaning window 3431, and the overlapping length of the square tube cover 344 and the square tube portion 343 outside the cleaning window 3431 is smaller than the overlapping length of the Fang Guangai 344 and the square tube portion 343 inside the cleaning window 3431, so that the connection sealing performance of the square tube cover 344 and the cleaning window 3431 is improved. Further, the left wall 3436 and the right wall 3437 are both further provided with a first connection block 343d and a second connection block 343e, and the throat body 341 is connected with the body housing 311 through the first connection block 343d and the second connection block 343 e.
In some embodiments, a water retaining wall 343b extends towards the top wall 3434 at the position of the bottom wall 3435 corresponding to the water stopping step 35, and the water retaining wall 343b cooperates with the water stopping step 35 to form a water stopping groove 343c, so as to temporarily throttle backflow of sewage drops; the square tube cover 344 includes: a tube cover body 3441, an inner seal bead 3442, and an outer seal bead 3443; the end surface of the tube cover body 3441 facing the bottom wall 3435 is a tube cover inner end surface 3444, and the tube cover body 3441 is concavely arranged facing the bottom wall 3435; the inner sealing ribs 3442 are arranged on the inner end surface 3444 of the pipe cover, are connected with the inner end surface 3444 of the pipe cover in an arc manner, and are matched with the inner single-layer sinking table 343 a; the outer sealing ribs 3443 are disposed on the inner end surface 3444 of the tube cover and cooperate with the outer double-layer sinking platform 3439.
In some embodiments, the adapter tube 36 includes an adapter tube body 361, a tubular connection 362, and a mounting flange 363; the water blocking structure 37 is further disposed on the inner wall of the adapting pipe body 361, that is, the water blocking structure 37 is disposed on the inner wall of the adapting pipe body 361 and the circular pipe portion 342; the circular pipe connecting portion 362 is disposed at one end of the adapting pipe body 361 away from the sewage tank 327, the circular pipe connecting portion 362 is detachably connected with the circular pipe portion 342, and the other end of the adapting pipe body 361 is connected with the sewage tank 327; the assembly flange 363 is disposed on the transfer pipe body 361, and the transfer pipe body 361 and the circular pipe connection portion 362 are connected to the body housing 311 through the assembly flange; specifically, the outer pipe wall of one end of the circular pipe portion 342 facing away from the square pipe portion 343 is provided with a first rib 3421, a second rib 3422 and a plurality of first buckles 3423, the inner pipe wall of the circular pipe connecting portion 362 is provided with an assembly sink 3621, a third sealing rib 3622 disposed in the assembly sink 3621, and a plurality of second buckles 3623 disposed on the outer pipe wall of the circular pipe connecting portion 362, the third sealing rib 3622 is clamped between the first rib 3421 and the second rib 3422, and the plurality of first buckles 3423 are clamped with the plurality of second buckles 3623 in one-to-one correspondence.
It can be seen that, the third sealing rib 3622 is in interference fit with the first rib 3421 and the second rib 3422, so as to ensure the air tightness between the transfer tube body 361 and the circular tube 342, and the connection stability between the transfer tube body 361 and the circular tube 342 can be improved by providing the first buckle 3423 and the second buckle 3623.
In some embodiments, the water blocking structure 37 is configured as a water blocking rib 371 or a water blocking groove; the water retaining structures 37 on the switching pipe body 361 and the circular pipe portion 342 are provided with multiple layers at intervals along the height direction, and the water retaining structures 37 on adjacent layers are arranged in a staggered manner, that is, the water retaining structures 37 between adjacent layers are arranged in a staggered manner, for example, the water retaining structure 37 on the upper layer is arranged at the gap of the water retaining structure 37 on the adjacent lower layer; further, the upper end surface of the water blocking structure 37 is disposed at an included angle with the walls of the transfer pipe body 361 and the circular pipe portion 342, and the height of the water blocking structure 37 at one side of the walls of the transfer pipe body 361 and the circular pipe portion 342 is lower than the height of the water blocking structure 37 at one side of the walls of the transfer pipe body 361 and the circular pipe portion 342, that is, a smaller accommodating space is formed between the water blocking structure 37 and the wall where the water blocking structure is located, and resistance to sewage flow can be reduced as much as possible.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7 in combination, in some embodiments, the intelligent auxiliary assembly 316 includes an induction illumination lamp 3161 and an in-place detection member, wherein the induction illumination lamp 3161 is disposed at a front end of the body housing 311 along a front-rear direction, so as to illuminate a working surface; the assembly-to-bit assembly is disposed at the roller assembly 312 for detecting whether the roller assembly 312 is properly installed.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10 in combination, the handle 325 is connected to the bottom plate of the main body casing 321 along the height direction, that is, when the main body 32 and the cleaning body 31 are arranged in a straight line, the main body casing 321 is located at one side of the handle 325, and when the cleaning body 31 needs to be stretched into a narrow space, the main body 32 and the cleaning body 31 can be adjusted to be in a straight line with the cleaning body 31, and by arranging the handle casing at one side of the handle 325 along the height direction instead of connecting the handle 325 at the middle position of the main body casing 321 along the height direction, the main body casing 321 can effectively avoid interference with the position of the main body 32 when the narrow space is cleaned; further, the main body 32 is provided with a handle 325, the handle 325 is hinged with the main body casing 321, that is, a handle hinge 328 is provided between the handle 325 and the main body casing 321 and can further set the main body casing 321 and the cleaning body 31 at 180 degrees, and the handle 325 is set at an angle, such as 45 degrees, with respect to the main body casing 321, so that a user can complete the cleaning of a narrow space without bending; still further still be provided with auxiliary wheel 3217 in host computer casing 321 and the junction of handle, specifically, auxiliary wheel 3217 set up in the bottom of host computer casing 321, when being 180 degrees setting up host computer casing 321 and cleaning body 31, auxiliary wheel 3217 is located host computer casing 321 is on the terminal surface of working face, just auxiliary wheel part card is gone into in host computer casing 321, and then reduces the removal resistance of host computer casing 321 and working face, still further promotes the simple operation and the comfort level of cleaning host computer 3.
Further, the clean water tank 322 and the sewage tank 327 are arranged in the main body casing 321 side by side along the width direction, the fan 323 is arranged at one side of the clean water tank 322 away from the cleaning body 31, an air inlet of the fan 323 is communicated with the sewage tank 327, and a noise reduction structure 3231, such as a silica gel pad or a plastic pad, is arranged in the fan 323; the battery module 324 includes a battery core 3241, and is configured to protect an explosion-proof shell 3242 of the battery core 3241, improve safety performance of the adherence module, and the battery is disposed on a side of the sewage tank 327 away from the cleaning body and is disposed side by side with the blower 323, so as to further balance left and right mating of the host body 32, and improve comfort of operation; the multi-directional connection structure 326 is disposed between the main body casing 321 and the cleaning body 31, the multi-directional connection structure 326 includes a first steering connection member 3261 and a second steering connection member 3262, and the first steering connection member 3261 and the second steering connection member 3262 can form a universal joint structure, so that an angle between the main body 32 and the cleaning body 31 can be adjusted, and cleaning operation is facilitated.
Referring further to fig. 7, 8 and 14, in some embodiments, the roller assembly 312 includes: motor 3121, gear box 3122, drive shaft 3123, primary drum 3124, secondary drum 3129, and primary drum mount 3120; the body shell 311 comprises a cleaning bottom shell 3111 and a cleaning surface shell 3112 which are detachably connected, a motor 3121, a tooth box 3122, a transmission shaft 3123 and a main roller fixing piece 3120 are all arranged on the bottom shell, the motor 3121 and the tooth box 3122 are used for providing power for a main roller 3124 and a secondary roller 3129, and the main roller 3124 and the secondary roller 3129 are driven by the motor 3121 and the pressing box to rotationally drag and wash a working surface; a drum groove 3113 is concavely formed in the end surface of the cleaning bottom case 3111 facing away from the cleaning surface case 3112 in the left-right direction, the driving shaft 3123 is disposed in the drum groove 3113 and is located at a region away from both end portions of the drum groove 3113, that is, both end portions of the drum groove 3113 in the left-right direction extend to the left end edge and the right end edge of the main body surface, the driving shaft 3123 is disposed in the drum groove 3113, and both end portions are principally known that the driving shaft 3123 is in driving connection with the press box; further, the driving shaft 3123 includes a main driving shaft 3125 and a sub driving shaft 3126 which are disposed opposite to each other in an extending direction, that is, a junction of the main driving shaft 3125 and the sub driving shaft 3126 is connected with the pressing box, the main driving shaft 3125 is used for driving the main drum 3124, and the sub driving shaft 3126 is used for driving the sub drum 3129; when the inner surface of the main drum 3124 and the outer surface of the main transmission shaft 3125 are both provided with a screwing part 3127, the surface of the main transmission shaft 3125 is also provided with a screwing key 3128 matched with the screwing part 3127, and the screwing key 3128 and the screwing part 3127 are screwed when the main transmission shaft 3125 drives the main drum 3124 to rotate synchronously, so as to fix the main drum 3124 and the main transmission shaft 3125; the auxiliary drum 3129 is connected with the auxiliary transmission shaft 3126, and an end of the auxiliary drum 3129 facing away from the main drum 3124 is disposed flush with an end of the drum groove 3113; the main drum holder 3120 is disposed at an end of the main drum 3124 facing away from the sub drum 3129, and the main drum holder 3120 includes a housing connection part 312a and a main drum bearing part 312b, the housing connection part 312a being connected with the cleaning bottom chassis 3111, and the main drum bearing part 312b being connected with an end of the main drum 3124 facing away from the main driving shaft 3125.
It should be noted that, the induction illumination lamp 3161 is disposed at the front end of the body housing 311 in the front-rear direction, and the assembly-to-bit assembly is disposed at the drum assembly 312; and furthermore, illumination service can be provided for cleaning operation, so that the cleaning operation is convenient.
Referring to fig. 8 to fig. 10 in combination, in some real-time modes, the host casing 321 includes a host surface casing 3211 and a host bottom casing 3212 that are detachably connected, the host bottom casing 3212 is provided with a first air outlet 3213 and a second air outlet 3214, the first air outlet 3213 is disposed on the host bottom casing 3212 in a region of the fan 323 facing away from the clean water tank 322, and the second air outlet 3214 is disposed on the host bottom casing 3212 in a region of the bottom of the sewage tank 327; an end surface of the clean water tank 322 facing the sewage tank 327 is provided with a ventilation groove 3221, and an exhaust gap 3271 is formed between the bottom of the sewage tank 327 and the host bottom shell 3212; as can be seen, the power source for recycling the sewage in the sewage tank 327 is negative pressure, the fan 323 keeps the sewage tank 327 in a negative pressure state, the air sucked by the fan 323 is discharged through the first air outlet 3213 and the second air outlet 3214, wherein the air flow discharged through the second air outlet 3214 sequentially passes through the fan 323, the ventilation groove 3221, the exhaust gap 3271 and the second air outlet 3214; during the cleaning operation, the user needs to hold the handle 325 to operate, and at this time, the first air outlet 3213 is closer to the user than the second air outlet 3214, and by setting the first air outlet 3213 and the second air outlet 3214, the air flow discharged from the first air outlet 3213 can be further split, and discharged through the second air outlet 3214, so that the noise of the host during the operation can be reduced.
Referring further to fig. 9 and 15 in combination, in some embodiments, the clean water tank 322 includes: clean water tank 3222, ionization 3223, outlet valve 3224, clean water tank lock 3225, and inlet valve 3226; an ionization piece 3223 and a water outlet valve 3224 are provided at the bottom of the clean water tank 3222, and a clean water tank locking piece 3225 and a water inlet valve 3226 are provided at the top of the clean water tank 3222; it can be seen that the clean water tank 322 can ionize clean water, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the mop.
Referring further to fig. 9, 16 and 17 in combination, in some embodiments, the tank 327 includes: a sewage tank 3272, a unidirectional water inlet 3273, a steady flow baffle 3275 and a water-vapor separator 3274; the unidirectional water inlet 3273 is arranged at the bottom of the sewage tank body 3272, and can prevent sewage in the water tank body from flowing back while ensuring that sewage can normally flow into the sewage tank body 3272; the water-vapor separation member 3274 is arranged at the top of the sewage tank body 3272, so that the dryness of the air entering the fan 323 is ensured, and the fan 323 is prevented from being damaged by water vapor; the steady flow baffle 3275 and the water level detection member 3276 are arranged in the sewage tank 3272, and the warm flow baffle prevents sewage entering the sewage tank 3272 from the unidirectional water inlet 3273 from directly rushing into the fan 323 to damage the structure of the tank; or, when the user is put on the main machine body 32 (namely, the cleaning body and the main machine body 32 are arranged at 180 degrees), the sewage instantaneously shakes and flows, directly rushes into the fan 323, and damages the structure of the box body; the water level detecting member 3276 is for detecting the amount of sewage in the sewage tank 3272.
Specifically, the steady flow baffle 3275 includes a plurality of flow separation plates 3277 disposed at intervals, and the plurality of flow separation plates 3277 are disposed at intervals along a height direction and are located on a wall of the sewage tank 3272 close to the handle 325, that is, on a lower end surface of the sewage tank 3272 when the main body 32 is laid flat, and are disposed at intervals from a wall of the sewage tank 3272 away from the handle 325, wherein the approaching and departing are defined in the height direction after the main body 32 is laid flat; moreover, the size of the interval is gradually decreased along the direction away from the unidirectional water inlet 3273, so that the possibility that the sewage in the sewage tank 327 enters the fan 323 can be effectively reduced; the water level detecting member 3276 is provided on a wall of the sewage tank 3272 adjacent to the handle 325.
Referring to fig. 8 and 10 in combination, in some embodiments, the handle 325 includes a telescopic rod 3251, the telescopic rod 3251 is hinged to the main body casing 321, a holding portion 3252 is disposed at an end of the telescopic rod 3251 facing away from the main body casing 321, and a plurality of control buttons 3253 are disposed on the holding portion 3252; it can be seen that the user can control the operation of the cleaning main body 3 by operating the grip portion 3252.
Further, the end of the main chassis 3212 facing the cleaning body 31 is further provided with a main charging electrode 3215 and a main charging auxiliary positioning member 3216, and the main charging auxiliary positioning member 3216 provides a precise guiding function when the cleaning main chassis 3 is placed on the base to be charged, so that the main charging electrode 3215 is electrically connected with the corresponding motor 3121 on the base, and the battery module 324 is charged.
There is also provided in a second embodiment of the application a floor scrubber comprising a cleaning mainframe 3 as provided in the first embodiment of the application. It can be seen that the floor scrubber provided in this embodiment can avoid sewage from flowing back to the working surface when cleaning is completed.
It is to be understood that the application is not limited in its application to the examples described above, but is capable of modification and variation in light of the above teachings by those skilled in the art, and that all such modifications and variations are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims.

1. A cleaning main machine for a floor scrubber, comprising:
