Because of the shape of the arc-shaped bifurcation 1605, water and fertilizer flow from right to left is not hindered, but when nutrient solution flows from left to right, the direction of the nutrient solution flowing into the arc-shaped bifurcation 1605 after flowing out is opposite to the direction of the nutrient solution flowing into the vacuum suction channel 1604, and the nutrient solution flows backward after the nutrient solution and the nutrient solution are mutually counteracted.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the water flow driving device 21 includes a spiral blade 2101, the spiral blade 2101 is disposed in the water falling tube 9, a driving shaft 2102 is connected to the middle of the spiral blade 2101 in a penetrating manner, the driving shaft 2102 is rotationally connected to the bottom of the water falling tube 9, the spiral blade 2101 is spiral, the driving shaft 2102 penetrates through the stirring blade 20 and is fixedly connected with the stirring blade 20 through a key slot, a driving disc 2103 is disposed at the upper end of the driving shaft 2102, the driving disc 2103 is communicated with the water feeding tube 13, the water feeding tube 13 is tangential to the driving disc 2103, an opening is disposed at one side of the driving disc 2103, a driving blade 2104 is disposed in the driving disc 2103, and the driving blade 2104 is fixedly connected with the driving shaft 2102, so that when water flows through the water falling tube 9 in the water quality treatment tank 4, the spiral blade 2101 in the water falling tube 9 is driven to rotate through the driving shaft 2102, and meanwhile when the water in the water feeding tube 13 enters the driving disc 2103, the driving blade 2104 is driven to rotate, so that the stirring blade 20 is driven to rotate together with the driving blade 2101.
Referring to fig. 4, the water feeding pipe 13 is tangential to the driving plate 2103, the flowing direction of the water flow in the driving plate 2103 is counterclockwise, the spiral blades 2101 also spiral counterclockwise, the stirring blade 20 is provided with three groups of blades in a spiral shape, and the inside of the stirring blade 20 is provided with the oxygenation holes 2001, so that when the stirring blade 20 rotates counterclockwise, air is pumped into the nutrient solution along the oxygenation holes 2001, and the stirring blade 20 uniformly stirs the nutrient solution and the water and fertilizer, and simultaneously increases the oxygen content of the nutrient solution.
Working principle: when the soilless culture seedling raising device is used, crops are planted in the field planting basket 202, then the field planting basket 202 is placed in the water culture tank 201, nutrient solution can provide nutrients for the crops when flowing in the water culture tank 2, the nutrient solution flows downwards along the water culture tank 2 which is arranged in a stepped mode after flowing out of the fertilizing treatment tank 14 at the uppermost part of the stepped support frame 1, when the liquid level of the nutrient solution is lower than the hollow floating ball 304 of the water level valve 3, the water level valve 3 is blocked by the rubber valve block 301 under the pushing of the pressure spring 302, so that the water level can rise, and when the water level rises to a certain height, the rubber valve block 301 is lifted through the buoyancy of the hollow floating ball 304, so that the nutrient solution flows out of the next water culture tank 2, and the water culture tank 2 is kept at a proper water level.
Nutrient solution can get into at first after flowing out from hydroponic tube groove 2 and spray in cover 5, then spray hole 504 blowout on through porous bushing 502, can drive threaded rod 508 through rotating adjusting hand wheel 509 and rotate, and then adjust the height of connecting rod 506 to regulate and control the size in the space between toper shutoff piece 505 and the hole 504 that sprays, thereby control the degree of uniformity that sprays. The nutrient solution that sprays out can get into drawer filter box 6 in, in the filtration of cotton 601 was passed through downpipe 602 inflow sedimentation tank 7, the velocity of flow slows down this moment, under the separation of crisscross baffle 8, will unable filterable impurity deposit, the nutrient solution after filtering can fall down along water drum 9, in the disinfection storehouse 10 is reentrant after the people, in the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 1001 disinfects back inflow water pump storehouse 11, get into fertilization processing tank 14 through upper water pipe 13 under the drive of water pump 12, liquid fertilizer is stored in liquid fertilizer storage tank 15, the nutrient solution can be fast increased when the water spray throat 1603 in flowing through liquid fertilizer extraction mechanism 16, because bernoulli's principle, vacuum suction channel 1604 all around can produce the negative pressure, thereby upwards suck the liquid fertilizer that stores in the liquid fertilizer storage tank 15 through the pipeline and the nutrient solution, because vacuum suction channel 1604 opening is opposite with the flow direction of nutrient solution, and the arc branch road 1605 in the vacuum suction channel 1604 has blocked nutrient solution, consequently liquid fertilizer extraction mechanism 16 can follow liquid fertilizer storage tank 15 and can not produce the liquid fertilizer storage tank 15 and the condition of pouring into the liquid fertilizer storage tank 15. And the flow regulating valve 17 can regulate the suction speed of the liquid manure, so as to regulate the fertilization speed, avoid root burning, and the filter head 18 below the flow regulating valve 17 can filter out solid impurities in the liquid manure, thereby avoiding blocking the pipeline.
When the nutrient solution is mixed with the water and fertilizer, the nutrient solution flows into the stirring bin 19, when the water flows through the water falling cylinder 9 in the water quality treatment tank 4, the spiral blade 2101 in the water falling cylinder 9 is driven to rotate, so that the driving shaft 2102 rotates, meanwhile, when the water flow in the water feeding pipe 13 enters the driving disc 2103, the driving blade 2104 is driven to rotate, so that the stirring blade 20 is driven to rotate together with the spiral blade 2101, when the stirring blade 20 rotates anticlockwise, air is pumped into the nutrient solution along the oxygenation holes 2001, so that the oxygen content of the nutrient solution is increased when the stirring blade 20 uniformly stirs the nutrient solution and the water and fertilizer, and the nutrient solution and the water and fertilizer can flow into the water culture pipe tank 2 again for circulation through a pipeline after being uniformly mixed. Thus, the soilless culture seedling device is completed.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
