When a user views multimedia content played by a display device, if a requirement of channel recommendation exists, an operation for the display device is input, and after receiving the operation for the display device input by the user, a controller of the display device responds to the operation, and a channel recommendation request containing request parameter information can be generated.
S520, a channel recommendation request is sent to the server, so that the server obtains a corresponding live channel list from a preset database based on the request parameter information, the live channel list comprises a recommended channel list, multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel in the recommended channel list is obtained based on a preset trigger condition, and the live channel list, the recommended channel list and the multimedia content information are fed back to the display device.
The preset database may be a preset database storing a plurality of channels and multimedia content information corresponding to each channel, and the database may be configured in a server. The multimedia content information may be understood as related information of multimedia content played on a channel, such as play back picture information, identification information (e.g., title information and/or tag information), profile information, and the like. The triggering condition may be to acquire the multimedia content information based on a preset period, or may also be to acquire the multimedia content information after receiving a request sent by the display device, and acquire the multimedia content information after judging that the time of the last feedback information exceeds a threshold value, which is not limited in this embodiment. The preset period may be predetermined, for example, 30 minutes, or may be as the case may be, and the embodiment is not limited thereto. The threshold may be predetermined, for example, 20 minutes, or may be determined as the case may be, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
After the controller generates a channel recommendation request containing request parameter information, the channel recommendation request is transmitted to the server. After receiving the channel recommendation request, the server analyzes the channel recommendation request to obtain request parameter information, and based on the request parameter information, a corresponding live broadcast channel list can be obtained from a preset database, wherein the live broadcast channel list comprises a recommended channel list, and based on a preset trigger condition, the server can obtain multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel contained in the recommended channel list based on a preset period; or after receiving the request sent by the display device, the server obtains the multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel contained in the recommended channel list; and after judging that the time of the last feedback information exceeds the threshold value, the server can acquire the multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel contained in the recommended channel list, and feed the acquired live channel list, recommended channel list and multimedia content information back to the display equipment. The server acquires the multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel in the recommended channel list based on the preset trigger condition, so that the multimedia content information can be updated, and the display equipment can display the multimedia content information based on the updated multimedia content information when displaying the multimedia content information, thereby avoiding the situation that the multimedia content information of a certain recommended channel displayed in the display is inconsistent with the multimedia content information actually being played by the recommended channel.
For example, the controller may obtain, from a preset database, a live channel list corresponding to the user according to the identification of the user (for example, login information of the user); the live channel list corresponding to the user may also be obtained from a preset database according to the identifier of the display device and the region code (for example, the display device a and the region code 0025), which is not limited in this embodiment.
And S530, controlling the display to display the multimedia content information at different positions based on the current display interface of the display.
After the display equipment receives the live channel list, the recommended channel list and the multimedia content information sent by the server, the live channel list, the recommended channel list and the multimedia content information need to be displayed on the display, so that a user can intuitively see the recommended channel and the corresponding multimedia content information, at the moment, a specific display position needs to be determined according to the current display interface of the display, and the live channel list, the recommended channel list and the multimedia content information are displayed at different positions, thereby realizing the recommendation of the channel.
In some embodiments, the plurality of channels stored in the preset database and the multimedia content information corresponding to each channel may be generated in advance according to the request parameter information; the multimedia content information corresponding to each channel may be updated in the case of channel determination, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment. The recommended channel list may be a list formed by a part of channels determined from the live channel list, and the specific determining rule may be: and acquiring the historical viewing data of the current user based on the request parameter information, carrying out the description arrangement on the historical viewing data according to the playing time length (wherein the playing time length is less than 1 minute and is not counted), and determining the recommended channel according to the arrangement result. The arrangement rule may be: if the watching time length is the same, the method is described and arranged according to the watching times; if the watching time length and the watching times are the same, the channels are arranged in ascending order according to the serial numbers of the channels.
It should be noted that: in the process of reverse arrangement, the play time length is less than the non-counting of the preset time (such as 5 minutes), so that interference is avoided.
It will be appreciated that: the recommended channel list acquired based on different request parameter information can be different, so that the personalized recommendation function can be realized, and different channel recommendations can be performed for different users.
The recommended channels included in the recommended channel list may be names corresponding to each recommended channel, such as XX satellite, or numbers corresponding to each recommended channel, such as 001, which is not limited in this embodiment.
After the server acquires the recommended channel list, the server can acquire the multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel according to the name or number and the like corresponding to each recommended channel in the recommended channel list.
In some embodiments, the channel recommendation function supports real-time shutdown operations based on protection requirements for user privacy.
In some embodiments, if the live channel list acquired by the server is empty or fails, the display device side does not make channel recommendation.
Fig. 5B is a schematic diagram of an interaction process between a display device and a server according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The steps shown in fig. 5B have been explained in detail in the above embodiments, and are not repeated here.
In some embodiments, the navigation interface is an interface when the focus is located on a first navigation control (i.e. a cable television control) in a navigation bar of the main page, the navigation bar includes a first area and a recommendation bar area, the first area is used for displaying a live channel list, the recommendation bar area is used for recommending channels, and when the current display interface is the navigation interface, the display is controlled to display multimedia content information at different positions based on the current display interface of the display, and the method may specifically include:
based on the live channel list sent by the server, controlling the live channel list to be displayed in the first area;
and receiving a recommended channel list and multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel sent by the server based on a preset trigger condition, and controlling the display of the multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel in a recommended column area.
The first navigation control may be a cable television control. The first area and the recommended column area are areas set in the navigation column, and specific positions of the first area and the recommended column area are not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, when the current display interface is a navigation interface, the display device controls to display the live channel list in the first area in the navigation bar based on the live channel list sent by the server, and specifically may be that the controller sends a multimedia content information acquisition request of each live channel to the server after receiving the live channel list. After receiving the request for obtaining the multimedia content information of each live channel, the server obtains the multimedia content information corresponding to each live channel from the corresponding program list according to the identification of each live channel, and displays the multimedia content information corresponding to each live channel in the display column corresponding to the first area. Meanwhile, the display equipment receives a recommended channel list and multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel sent by the server based on a preset trigger condition, and controls the display of the multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel in a recommended column area.
In this embodiment, the live channel list and the multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel are respectively and intuitively displayed by the method, so that a user can conveniently and quickly select favorite multimedia content from the multimedia content information corresponding to the recommended channel for watching.
Fig. 5C is a schematic diagram of an interaction process between another display device and a server according to an embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 5C may be applicable to a case where channel recommendation is performed based on the first region and the recommendation field region of the navigation interface on the display device side. The steps shown in fig. 5C have been described in the above embodiments, and are not repeated here.
In some embodiments, the presentation field comprises: the target picture display area and the target identification display area respectively display the multimedia content information corresponding to each live channel in the display column corresponding to the first area, which may specifically include:

The recommendation field may be understood as a field included in the recommendation field area that enables channel recommendation.
In this embodiment, the display device displays the display screen information through the screen display area of the recommendation column corresponding to the recommended channel in the recommendation column area, and identifies the display area to display the identification information, so that the multimedia content information corresponding to the recommended channel can be displayed more clearly and intuitively, which is convenient for the user to select the favorite channel quickly, and saves time.
Fig. 6A is a schematic diagram of an interaction process between a display device and a server according to another embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 6A may be applicable to a case where, on the display device side, corresponding information presentation is performed based on a picture presentation area and an identification presentation area included in the recommendation field. The steps shown in fig. 6A have been described in the above embodiments, and are not repeated here.
Fig. 6B is a schematic diagram of a first display interface for performing channel recommendation under a navigation interface according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6B, a channel a, a channel B, a local channel, a tv show, a movie, and a variety are shown below the cable control in the navigation interface, and the submenu bar corresponding to the channel a includes: 001A one, 002A two, 003A three, 004A four, 005A five and 006A six, wherein 006A six are playing: program 1.
There are 4 recommendation fields below the recommendation field area (i.e., where the recommended channel is located), where the recommendation field 1 shows multimedia content 1 playing screen information, the recommendation field 1 shows multimedia content 1 title below, the recommendation field 2 shows multimedia content 2 playing screen information, the recommendation field 2 shows multimedia content 2 title below, the recommendation field 4 shows multimedia content 4 playing screen information, and the recommendation field 4 shows multimedia content 4 title below. The playing screen information displayed in each recommendation field generally contains the identification of the corresponding recommended channel. Among them, the recommended channel may be understood as a recommended column configured by the display device in the navigation page, and the recommended channel may be added in the navigation page through the content management system (Content Management System, CMS).
There are 8 display fields below the first area (i.e., the location of the live channel), where the display field 1 displays the multimedia content 5 playing screen information, the display field 1 displays the multimedia content 5 title, the display field 2 displays the multimedia content 6 playing screen information, the display field 2 displays the multimedia content 6 title, the display field 5 displays the multimedia content 9 playing screen information, the display field 5 displays the multimedia content 9 title, the display field 8 displays the multimedia content 3 playing screen information, and the display field 8 displays the multimedia content 3 title. The broadcast picture information displayed in each display column generally contains the identification of the corresponding live channel.
It should be noted that: the number of recommended fields, the number of display fields, the content in the recommended fields (picture display area), the content below the recommended fields (mark display area), the content in the display fields (picture display area) and the content below the display fields (mark display area) are only for illustrative purposes, and are not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, for each recommended channel, playing picture information and identification information corresponding to the recommended channel are obtained from multimedia content information corresponding to the recommended channel, and a picture display area of a recommendation column corresponding to the recommended channel in a recommendation column area is controlled to display the playing picture information, and the identification display area displays the identification information, which may specifically include:
determining a target channel according to the size relation between the number of recommended columns contained in the recommended column region and the number of recommended channels contained in the recommended channel list;
for each target channel, acquiring playing picture information and identification information corresponding to the target channel from multimedia content information corresponding to the target channel, controlling a picture display area of a target recommendation column corresponding to the target channel in a recommendation column area to display the playing picture information corresponding to the target channel, and identifying the identification information corresponding to the display target channel in the display area.
The number of recommended fields may be predetermined, for example, 4, or may be determined according to circumstances, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, since there may be more than one recommended channel number included in the recommended channel list, when the current display interface of the display is an interface, the controller needs to determine which recommended channels included in the recommended channel list can be displayed in the corresponding recommended columns according to the size relationship between the number of recommended columns in the navigation interface and the number of recommended channels included in the recommended channel list, that is: a target channel is determined. After determining the target channels, the controller acquires playing picture information and identification information corresponding to the target channels from multimedia content information corresponding to the target channels, controls a picture display area of a target recommendation field corresponding to the target channels in the recommendation field area to display the playing picture information corresponding to the target channels, and controls an identification display area of the target recommendation field corresponding to the target channels in the recommendation field area to display the identification information corresponding to the target channels.
In this embodiment, the display device determines the target channel, and displays the playing picture information and the presentation information corresponding to the target channel in the display area corresponding to the recommendation field, which is clear and intuitive and is convenient for the user to select.
In some embodiments, if a certain recommended channel does not currently play any multimedia content, a "pause play content" may be displayed in a picture display area of a corresponding recommended field, and the name of the recommended channel is displayed below the recommended field (i.e., the identification display area).
Fig. 6C is a schematic diagram of a process for displaying playing frame information and identification information corresponding to a target channel according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The steps shown in fig. 6C have been described in the above embodiments, and are not repeated here.
In some embodiments, the method may further specifically include:
after determining the target channel according to the size relation between the number of recommended columns contained in the recommended column area and the number of recommended channels contained in the recommended channel list, sending a multimedia content information update request based on the target channel to a server, so that the server obtains target playing picture information and target identification information corresponding to the target channel based on the multimedia content information update request, and feeding back the target playing picture information and the target identification information to a display device.
In this embodiment, after determining the target channel, the controller sends a multimedia content information update request based on the target channel to the server, and after receiving the multimedia content information update request based on the target channel, the server obtains target play picture information and target identification information corresponding to the target channel based on the multimedia content information update request, and feeds back the target play picture information and the target identification information to the display device, so that the display device can display the target play picture information corresponding to the target channel in a picture display area of the target recommendation field after receiving the target play picture information and the target identification information, and display the target identification information corresponding to the target channel in an identification display area of the target recommendation field.
In some embodiments, if the navigation control in the navigation bar is switched from another navigation control to the first navigation control, a multimedia content information update request based on the target channel is sent to the server based on the steps in the embodiments above, so as to update the multimedia content information of the target channel displayed in the recommendation bar in the navigation interface, thereby ensuring that the content displayed in the recommendation bar corresponds to the content of the media being played in the recommendation channel, and avoiding the inaccuracy of the content displayed in the recommendation bar caused by the synchronization of the two.
In some embodiments, the playback interface is a page that evokes a program menu in the floating layer when the player plays a live channel full screen, and when the current display interface is the playback interface,

In this embodiment, when the current display interface is a playing interface, the display device calls a floating layer to display a program menu option when the player plays a live channel in full screen according to a recommended channel list sent by the server, controls the live channel list to be displayed in the program menu based on the live channel list sent by the server, adds a recommended channel item in the program menu according to the recommended channel contained in the recommended channel list, and displays each recommended channel and identification information corresponding to each recommended channel in a submenu column corresponding to the recommended channel item when the focus is located at the recommended channel item.
Fig. 7A is a schematic diagram of an interaction process between a display device and a server according to another embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 7A is applicable to a case where multimedia content information presentation is performed based on a playback interface on the display device side. The steps shown in fig. 7A have been described in the above embodiments, and are not repeated here.
Fig. 7B is a schematic diagram of a first display interface for performing channel recommendation under a playing interface according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7B: when the current display interface of the display device is a playing interface, the left side is a program menu option, wherein recommended channel items are added, and submenus corresponding to the recommended channel items are displayed: 053 Set 1 of C toilet XX concubine, 005A-5 XX ski match, set 24 of 031D toilet X love, set 3 of 032E XX years, set 33 of 008A-8X, the XX concubine 1 set is being played on the right side of the playing interface.
Fig. 8A is a flowchart of a channel recommendation method applied to a server according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment is applicable to the case of performing channel recommendation based on a channel recommendation request at a server side. As shown in fig. 8A, the method specifically includes the following steps:

In some embodiments, the channel recommendation request further includes time parameter information, where the time parameter information characterizes a time difference between the multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel sent by the server and the current time of the display device;
The acquiring the multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel in the recommended channel list based on the preset triggering condition may specifically include:
and determining that the time difference exceeds a preset threshold value, and acquiring target multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel in the recommended channel list based on the current time of the display equipment.
The preset threshold may be predetermined, for example, 25 minutes, or may be determined according to circumstances, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, if the server determines that the time difference between the multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel sent by the server and the current time of the display device is greater than the preset threshold, the server obtains the target multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel in the recommended channel list based on the current time of the display device, and sends the target multimedia content information to the display device, so that the display device can update the originally displayed multimedia content information into the target multimedia content information, thereby updating the multimedia content information, and enabling the content displayed on the current display interface to be synchronized with the media content corresponding to the recommended channel.
Fig. 8B is a schematic diagram of an interaction process between a display device and a server according to another embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 8B is applicable to a case where the update of the multimedia content information is performed based on the time parameter information at the server side. The steps shown in fig. 8B have been described in the above embodiments, and are not repeated here.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of an interaction process between a display device and a subsystem included in a server according to an embodiment of the disclosure. By way of example, online subsystems, carousel subsystems, recommendation subsystems, content subsystems, and screenshot services may be included in the server. The carousel subsystem can continuously capture multimedia content information (cable television data is acquired) of channels, such as the name, the online and offline state, the third party id, the playing picture and the like of the multimedia content, and synchronizes to the content subsystem when the multimedia content information is changed, and the content subsystem synchronizes the multimedia content information to the recommendation subsystem, so that the recommendation subsystem can conveniently determine a live channel list corresponding to the request parameter information.

7. the online subsystem sends a live channel list, a recommended channel list and multimedia content information to the controller and feeds the live channel list, the recommended channel list and the multimedia content information back to the display device;
8. the controller controls the display to display the multimedia content information at different positions based on the current display interface of the display.
In summary, the present disclosure implements the above-mentioned channel recommendation method through interaction between a display device and a server, where a controller of the display device first receives an operation for the display device input by a user, generates a channel recommendation request including request parameter information in response to the operation, and then sends the channel recommendation request to the server; after receiving the channel recommendation request, the server acquires a corresponding live channel list from a preset database based on request parameter information contained in the channel recommendation request, wherein the live channel list comprises a recommended channel list, acquires multimedia content information corresponding to each recommended channel in the recommended channel list based on a preset trigger condition, and feeds the live channel list, the recommended channel list and the multimedia content information back to the display equipment; finally, after receiving the multimedia content information, the display device controls the display to display the multimedia content information at different positions based on the current display interface of the display device, the determined recommended channels are related to the request parameter information of the user through the interaction process of the display device and the server, the requirements of the user are met better, and the user can select favorite channels quickly by displaying the multimedia content information corresponding to the recommended channels at different positions of the current display interface, so that the use experience of the user is improved, and the functions of the display device are expanded.
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program when executed by a processor implements each process executed by the channel recommendation method described above, and the same technical effects can be achieved, and for avoiding repetition, a detailed description is omitted herein.

and controlling the display to display the multimedia content information at different positions based on the current display interface of the display.
