Abstract
本发明涉及精华水技术领域,具体公开一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水及制备方法。本发明的多重护肤精华水包括亲肤性功能油脂、多重护肤功效成分、低酰结冷胶、电解质、电解质辅助成分、增稠剂、螯合剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、电解质为碳酸钙、氯化钠、氯化钙、硫酸镁中的一种或多种;电解质辅助成分为亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、六偏磷酸钠中的一种或多种;多重护肤功效成分含有保湿剂和多肽或茶多酚中的一种或两种。本发明的精华水以亲肤性功能油脂作为油相,通过组分调配获得稳定的悬浮油脂效果,而且具有轻盈、好吸收、不粘腻的肤感,具有提高皮肤角质层含水量、增强肌肤弹性和淡化细纹、保湿、抗衰老等多重功效。

本发明涉及精华水技术领域,具体涉及一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水及制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对美的追求越来越高,皮肤衰老问题正受到极大的关注。皮肤衰老是一个不可逆的过程,目前还没有方法可以逆转衰老的过程,但可以在一定程度上缓解这个过程。护肤精华水能深入肌底层迅速补水,帮助重整肌理,调理肌肤状态,让肌肤细腻恢复活力,是理想的肌肤妆前保养品。目前市场上较受欢迎的精华水主要是非乳化油水混合类的水剂产品以及O/W乳化型产品以及水油分层产品。水剂产品中因含有大量的水性保湿剂,基本不含油份,导致肤感粘腻、保湿差及容易搓泥,并容易引起后续上妆不服帖,效果差,易脱妆等现象。O/W乳化型因含有油份,可避免水性保湿剂引起的不足,但需加入乳化剂以保持油水体系稳定,乳化剂容易引起皮肤刺激性,存在不适宜人群。因而开发油份含量高且不含乳化剂的精华水不仅会受到普通消费者的青睐,对敏感皮肤人群来说也是一大福音。而制备关键之一是如何在避免使用乳化剂同时保持水-油体系的良好稳定性。
中国专利申请CN107595761A公开了一种悬浮油珠化妆水,包括悬浮剂、油性成分、中和剂、化妆水基料,通过各组分及含量的协调配合,获得了油珠悬浮化妆水,不需要添加乳化剂也能保持稳定性,不出现挂壁,而且因油份含量高,消除了肤感粘腻等使用感。但该化妆水为实现悬浮油珠在水中的稳定性,选择与水相相近的密度硅油类油脂作为油相。硅油类油脂的护肤效果一般,这限制了其他具有护肤功能型油脂如植物油脂等的选用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中需采用与水密度相近的特定硅油作为油相制备悬浮油珠化妆水,但硅油护肤效果一般,限制了其他功能型油脂使用的问题,本发明的目的为提供一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水及其制备方法,使用亲肤性功能油脂,通过选择和调配各组分的种类及用量,在使用非硅油类油脂为油相的情况下实现稳定悬浮油珠效果,且赋予精华水多重护肤功能。
本发明提供如下的技术方案:
一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水,包括水和以下质量百分含量的各组分:
电解质为碳酸钙、氯化钠、氯化钙、硫酸镁中的一种或多种;
电解质辅助成分为亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、六偏磷酸钠中的一种或多种;
多重护肤功效成分含有保湿剂和多肽或茶多酚中的一种或多种。
本发明的多重护肤精华水使用亲肤性功能油脂作为油相,并结合多重护肤功效成分,相比硅油作为油相,具有多重护肤效果。在实现精华水稳定的悬浮油脂效果研究中,本发明小组意外发现,使用低酰结冷胶作为悬浮剂构建悬浮体系,同时以氯化钙、氯化钠或硫酸镁作为电解质,并以亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠或六偏磷酸钠作为辅助成分,结合增稠剂、螯合剂等的使用,可以获得高稳定性的悬浮油脂精华水,尤其是可提高精华水在低温(-10℃)时的稳定性,避免存放时间内出现油珠上浮分层现象,这可能是因为辅助成分以及电解质中的离子对低酰基结冷胶的悬浮体系起到了协同增效作用,减缓了油珠的上浮速度。而且亚硫酸钠等电解质辅助成分具有一定的抗氧化性,不需额外添加抗氧化剂。总之,本申请的悬浮油脂精华水在不使用硅油作为油相的情况下实现了稳定悬浮效果,并避免乳化剂的使用,油份含量高,具有肤感轻盈、好吸收、不粘腻的肤感、温和不刺激的优点,可以实现保湿、紧致皮肤和改善皮肤皱纹等多重护肤功效。

作为本发明的优选,亲肤性功能油脂选择山茶油、高油酸向日葵籽油、亚麻籽油和角鲨烷中的一种或多种。山茶油、高油酸向日葵籽油和亚麻籽油的不饱和脂肪酸含量高,含有皮肤必需的但自身不能合成的Omega-6、Omega-3不饱和脂肪酸,与皮肤的亲和性好,能有效渗透皮肤,具有滋润皮肤,维持皮肤正常生理功能的作用。角鲨烷与人体皮脂的亲和力强,能在皮肤表面形成天然的保护屏障,还能抑制皮肤脂质过氧化,有效渗透皮肤,促进皮肤基底细胞增殖,对延缓皮肤衰老、改善和消除黄褐斑有明显的生理作用,还能打开皮肤毛孔,促进血液微循环,促进细胞新陈代谢,帮助修复受损细胞。这四种油脂在亲肤性,渗透性上都具有优异的效果。
作为本发明的优选,亲肤性功能油脂选择山茶油、角鲨烷中的一种或两种与高油酸向日葵籽油、亚麻籽油中的一种或两种的复配,质量比为3~4:6~7。
在研究中发现,使用山茶油或角鲨烷中一种或两种,与高油酸向日葵籽油或亚麻籽油中的一种或两种复配,并保持后者的用量过半,可相对如山茶油与角鲨烷复配,或者亚麻籽油与高油酸向日葵籽油复配,或者单一油品等具有更高的稳定性,这可能是因为山茶油和角鲨烷的密度均接近0.8g/mL,而高油酸向日葵籽油与亚麻籽油的密度均稍过0.9g/mL,这样选用不同密度的油脂与水混合时,与水形成密度梯度差,油相可以更均匀、稳定的分布在水中。优选的山茶油、角鲨烷中的一种或两种,与高油酸向日葵籽油、亚麻籽油中的一种或两种的质量比为3~4:6~7。
作为本发明的优选,
多重护肤功效成分包括茶多酚、多肽和保湿剂,三者的质量比为:0.01~1.0:0.1~5.0:0.8~10。多肽对皮肤渗透力强,可透过角质层与皮肤上皮组织结合,参与和改善皮肤细胞代谢,使皮肤中的胶原蛋白活性增强,保持角质层水分及纤维结构完整性,增强血液循环,为细胞提供营养,达到滋养皮肤之效果,并且还能渗透到真皮层中补充流失的胶原蛋白,重整皮肤纤维组织结构,恢复皮肤弹性,促进细胞新陈代谢,延缓细胞衰老,使皮肤柔润光滑、细小皱纹得以舒展。而茶多酚中儿茶素类的表儿茶素/EC、表没食子儿茶素/EGC、表儿茶素没食子酸酯/ECG和表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯/EGCG占茶多酚重量的60-80%,具有防止皮肤衰老和皱纹形成等效果。本申请研究中发现,在本申请的亲肤性油相体系下,将茶多酚和多肽在一定用量范围内复配使用可发挥协同增效作用,赋予精华水更强的改善细纹、增强皮肤弹性,促进皮肤保湿功效。

多重护肤功效成分包括茶多酚、多肽和保湿剂,三者的质量比为:0.01~0.5:0.1~4:4~8。

多肽为乙酰基六肽-8、棕榈酰三肽-1、乙酰基四肽-5、棕榈酰四肽-7中的一种或多种;
和/或,保湿剂为甘油、甘油聚醚-26、1,3-丁二醇、PEG-400、二丙二醇、甲基聚糖聚醚-10、甲基聚糖聚醚-20中的一种或多种。
作为本发明的优选,增稠剂选自黄原胶、卡波姆、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、丙烯酸(酯)类/共聚物、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸交联聚合物、羟乙基纤维素、小核菌胶中一种或多种;和/或,螯合剂选自EDTA-2Na、植酸钠、柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种;
和/或,防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮、戊二醇、1,2-己二醇、苯氧乙醇、辛甘醇、氯苯甘醚、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、羟基苯丙酮中的一种或多种;
和/或,pH调节剂选自精氨酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、乳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾中一种或多种。
本发明还提供了上述多重护肤精华水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将螯合剂溶解完全后,加入低酰结冷胶和增稠剂,搅拌加热到70~80℃,溶解完后搅拌降温到50~60℃,加入电解质溶解,搅拌均匀,搅拌降温;
2)待温度降到45~48℃,冷却静置至出现凝胶结胶时,低速均质将凝胶打散均匀,缓慢搅拌下加入亲肤性功能油脂;
3)搅拌下继续加入防腐剂、多重护肤功效成分和电解质辅助成分,并加入pH调节剂,至油滴粒径为0.6mm±0.3时得到悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明提供了一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水,以山茶油、高油酸向日葵籽油、亚麻籽油和角鲨烷等亲肤性功能油脂作为油相替代硅油类,通过组分调配保持稳定的悬浮油脂效果,尤其具有很好的低温稳定性。而且本发明的悬浮油脂精华水与皮肤亲和性好,促进活性成分的渗透,相比于传统的纯水剂精华水,具有肤感轻盈、好吸收、不粘腻的肤感,且不搓泥,增强后续护肤产品及彩妆产品使用的贴肤性,提高了精华水的使用愉悦感,具有提高皮肤角质层含水量、增强肌肤弹性和淡化细纹、保湿、抗衰老等多重功效。

如无特别说明,本发明中所采用的原料均可从市场上购得或是本领域常用的;如无特别说明,下述实施例中的方法均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水,含有如下质量百分含量的各组分:
亲肤性功能油脂(山茶油)3%、多重护肤功效成分(茶多酚0.2%、棕榈酰三肽-12%、甘油6%)8.2%、低酰结冷胶0.1%、电解质(氯化钠)0.7%、电解质辅助成分(焦亚硫酸钠)0.12%、增稠剂(黄原胶)0.2%、螯合剂(柠檬酸钠)0.1%、防腐剂(苯氧乙醇0.6%、乙基己基甘油0.1%)0.7%、pH调节剂(柠檬酸0.03%、精氨酸0.2%)0.23%,余量为水。
上述悬浮油脂精华水的制备方法如下:
1)将柠檬酸钠溶解完全后,加入低酰结冷胶和黄原胶,搅拌加热到70℃,溶解完后搅拌降温到50℃,加入电解质溶解,搅拌均匀,搅拌降温;
2)待温度降到45℃,冷却静置至出现凝胶结胶时,低速均质将凝胶打散均匀,缓慢搅拌下加入山茶油;
3)搅拌下继续加入防腐剂、多重护肤功效成分和电解质辅助成分,并加入pH调节剂,至油滴粒径为0.6mm±0.3时得到悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水。
实施例2
一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水,与实施例1不同之处为,含有如下质量百分含量的各组分:亲肤性功能油脂(高油酸向日葵籽油)1%、多重护肤功效成分(茶多酚0.02%、棕榈酰四肽-7 10%、PEG-400 19.98%)30%、低酰结冷胶0.05%、电解质(氯化钙)0.01%、电解质辅助成分(亚硫酸钠)0.01%、增稠剂(小核菌胶)0.01%、螯合剂(植酸钠)0.01%、防腐剂(山梨酸钾1.5%、1,2-己二醇1.5%)3%、pH调节剂(乳酸0.05%、精氨酸0.95%)1%,余量为水。

一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水,与实施例1不同之处为,含有如下质量百分含量的各组分:亲肤性功能油脂(亚麻籽油)10%、多重护肤功效成分(茶多酚0.01%、棕榈酰四肽-7 0.11%、PEG-400 0.88%)1%、低酰结冷胶0.2%、电解质(氯化钙)5%、电解质辅助成分(六偏磷酸钠)0.04%、增稠剂(羟乙基纤维素)3%、螯合剂(EDTA-2Na)0.5%、防腐剂(戊二醇0.7%、对羟基苯乙酮0.5%)1.2%、pH调节剂(乳酸0.05%、精氨酸0.15%)0.2%,余量为水。

一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水,与实施例1不同之处为,含有如下质量百分含量的各组分:亲肤性功能油脂(角鲨烷)8%、多重护肤功效成分(茶多酚0.31%、乙酰基四肽-51.56%、PEG-400 3.13%)5%、低酰结冷胶0.15%、电解质(硫酸镁)2%、电解质辅助成分(焦硫酸钠)0.04%、增稠剂(聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6)1%、螯合剂(柠檬酸钠)0.15%、防腐剂(1,2-己二醇)0.2%、pH调节剂(柠檬酸)0.3%,余量为水。
实施例5

亲肤性功能油脂(角鲨烷)3%、多重护肤功效成分(茶多酚0.1%、棕榈酰三肽-13%、二丙二醇7%)10.1%、低酰结冷胶0.09%、电解质(氯化钙)0.5%、电解质辅助成分(亚硫酸钠)0.08%、增稠剂(聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6)0.6%、螯合剂(EDTA-2Na)0.08%、防腐剂(辛甘醇0.2%、1,2-己二醇0.5%)0.7%、pH调节剂(柠檬酸)0.02%,余量为水。
上述悬浮油脂精华水的制备方法如下:
1)将螯合剂溶解完全后,加入低酰结冷胶和增稠剂,搅拌加热到80℃,溶解完后搅拌降温到60℃,加入电解质溶解,搅拌均匀,搅拌降温;
2)待温度降到48℃,冷却静置至出现凝胶结胶时,低速均质将凝胶打散均匀,缓慢搅拌下加入亲肤性功能油脂;
3)搅拌下继续加入防腐剂、多重护肤功效成分和电解质辅助成分,并加入pH调节剂,至油滴粒径为0.6mm±0.3时得到悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水。
实施例12
一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水,含有如下质量百分含量的各组分:
亲肤性功能油脂(角鲨烷)3%、多重护肤功效成分(茶多酚0.03%、乙酰基六肽-83%、甘油6%)9.03%、低酰结冷胶0.1%、电解质(硫酸镁)0.05%、电解质辅助成分(亚硫酸钠)0.04%、增稠剂(黄原胶)0.2%、螯合剂(柠檬酸钠)0.06%、防腐剂(对羟基苯乙酮0.4%、1,2-己二醇0.5%)0.9%、pH调节剂(柠檬酸)0.015%,余量为水。
上述悬浮油脂精华水的制备方法如下:
1)将螯合剂溶解完全后,加入低酰结冷胶和增稠剂,搅拌加热到70-80℃,溶解完后搅拌降温到55℃,加入电解质溶解,搅拌均匀,搅拌降温;
2)待温度降到46℃,冷却静置至出现凝胶结胶时,低速均质将凝胶打散均匀,缓慢搅拌下加入亲肤性功能油脂;
3)搅拌下继续加入防腐剂、多重护肤功效成分和电解质辅助成分,并加入pH调节剂,至油滴粒径为0.6mm±0.3时得到悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水。
实施例13
一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水,与实施例12不同之处为,含有如下质量百分含量的各组分:亲肤性功能油脂(角鲨烷1%、山茶油2%)3%、多重护肤功效成分(茶多酚0.1%、乙酰基六肽-8 3%、甘油8%)11.1%、低酰结冷胶0.1%、电解质(氯化钠)0.5%、电解质辅助成分(亚硫酸钠)0.1%、增稠剂(黄原胶0.2%、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸交联聚合物0.2%)0.4%、螯合剂(植酸钠)0.06%、防腐剂(对羟基苯乙酮0.4%、1,2-己二醇0.5%)0.9%、pH调节剂(柠檬酸)0.03%,余量为水。
(一)稳定性测试
将上述各实施例的多重护肤精华水分别置于-10℃、5℃、25℃和45℃下存放,取出后恢复至室温(25℃)观察外观变化,记录有无出现油珠上浮、分层、挂壁等现象,并以如下的对比例1~8制备的产品作为对照,对比例1-8如下所示。
对比例1
与实施例1的不同之处为,未添加电解质辅助成分。
对比例2
与实施例1的不同之处为,采用维生素E替代电解质辅助成分。
对比例3
与实施例1的不同之处为,电解质辅助成分用量为1%。
对比例4
与实施例1的不同之处为,电解质用量为10%。
对比例5
与实施例1的不同之处为,采用高酰结冷胶替代低酰结冷胶。
对比例6
与实施例1的不同之处为,螯合剂用量达到1%。
对比例7
与实施例1的不同之处为,使用山茶油和角鲨烷的混合油脂作为亲肤性功能油脂,山茶油占比0.9%、角鲨烷占比2.1%。
对比例8
与实施例8的不同之处为,山茶油用量占比2.1%、亚麻籽油占比0.9%。
上述各实施例和对比例的多重护肤精华水的稳定性测试结果见下表1所示。实施例1和对比例1的多重护肤精华水在-10℃储存1个月后的情况如图1所示。

从上表1和图1可以看出,本发明提供的多重护肤精华水具有良好的稳定性,尤其是低温稳定性。如实施例1-13所示,本发明的多重护肤精华水在低温-10℃下存放1个月后均稳定无油珠上浮、未出现挂壁和油水分层现象。当存放3个月后,如实施例8~10所示的多重护肤精华水仍保持良好的稳定性,而其余实施例制备的多重护肤精华水仅出现轻微挂壁或者轻微的油珠上浮,稳定性处于可接受范围内。而当改变多重护肤精华水的组成时,如对比例1-3所示,当省略电解质辅助成分,或者以同样具有抗氧化功能的维生素E替代时,或者电解质辅助成分用量过大时,试验时间范围内,护肤精华水的稳定性受到明显影响。上述结果表明本发明产品具有很好的稳定性,特别是低温下的稳定性。
(二)渗透性测试
采用实施例1的产品进行渗透性测试,并以对比例9的产品作为对照。
对比例9
与实施例1不同之处为,使用聚二甲基硅氧烷硅氧烷替代山茶油作为油相。
测试方法:
采用乳猪皮为介质,乳猪皮-Franz cell扩散池体系,将样品涂抹在乳猪背部皮肤上,保留16小时后,清除残留在乳猪皮肤表面的样品,测试接收池及乳猪皮肤中残留的茶多酚活性成分的量,评估渗透情况。

从表2可以看出,茶多酚的渗透率为实施例1>对比例9,说明与皮肤亲和度高的油脂,能有效改善皮肤的水合能力,促进活性成分的渗透,一方面降低活性成分的添加量,降低产品的成本和改善过量添加导致的刺激性的风险;另一方面可补充皮肤的脂质,起到长效保湿作用。
(三)安全性测试
采用实施例12制备的多重护肤精华水进行安全性测试,测试方法如下:
选择面积不超过50mm2,深度约1mm的合适斑贴器,以封闭式斑贴实验办法,将受试物约0.02-0.025ml加于斑试器内。将斑试器贴于受试者前臂内侧,24h后去除受试物,分别于去除后0.5h,24h,48h观察皮肤反应,按照《化妆品安全技术规范2015版》中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果,结果如表3所示。

0级:阴性反应
1级:可疑反应;仅有微弱红斑
2级:弱阳性反应(红斑反应);红斑,浸润,红肿,可有丘疹
3级:强阳性反应(疱疹反应);红斑,浸润,红肿,丘疹,疱疹,反应可超出受试区4级:极强阳性反应(融合性疱疹反应);明显红斑,严重浸润,水肿,融合性疱疹,反应超出受试区。
从上表可见,本品无刺激,通过安全性测试。
(四)肤感评价测试
采用实施例12和实施例13制备的多重护肤精华水进行肤感评价测试,并以市售的娇兰帝皇蜂姿蜜润修护精粹水作为对照,其中娇兰帝皇蜂姿蜜润修护精粹水成分为:
水、1,3-丙二醇、甘油、丁二醇、聚甘油-3、卵磷脂、氯苯甘醚、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、甘草酸二钾、蜂蜜、辛甘醇、1,2-己二醇、乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠、蜂王浆、香精、柠檬酸、生育酚、滨海当归提取物和向日葵籽油。
测试方法:招募60名志愿者,使用实施例12、实施例13样品和娇兰帝皇蜂姿蜜润精粹水产品,肤感轻盈度、吸收速度、粘腻感,是否搓泥,贴肤性维度的满意度及整体满意度来进行评价测试,评价的等级分为4个等级:非常满意、满意、一般和不满意,统计各等级的人数,满意度(%)=(非常满意+满意)人数/总测试人数*100%,结果如表4所示。

从表4可以看出,实施例12和实施例13在轻盈度、吸收速度、粘腻感、搓泥、贴肤性和整体满意度方面都优于传统水剂产品。本发明在使用愉悦性方面效果更佳。
(五)人体功效性评价测试
采用实施例12制备的产品进行人体功效性评价测试,并以实施例14、15的产品作为对照,测试内容包括:1)保湿效果测试、2)皮肤弹性功效测试、3)抗皱功效测试。
实施例14
与实施例12不同之处为,省略乙酰基六肽-8的添加。
实施例15
与实施例12不同之处为,省略茶多酚的添加。
1)保湿效果测试:
将样品分发给志愿者进行脸部试用,志愿者是90名年龄从25岁到50岁的女性,随机分为三组,每组各30人,在使用的第0天、1周、2周和4周测试志愿者的皮肤角质层水分含量。
参见图2,相比第0天,使用实施例12的志愿者的皮肤角质层水分含量平均值,在1周提高29.9%,在2周提高58.0%,在4周提高78.1%;使用实施例14的志愿者的皮肤角质层水分含量平均值,在1周提高19.5%,在2周提高36.5%,在4周提高50.7%;使用实施例15的志愿者的皮肤角质层水分含量平均值,在1周提高13.3%,在2周提高26.9%,在4周提高49.5%。可见本发明制备的多重护肤精华水具有良好的保湿效果,茶多酚和多肽在皮肤保湿方面可起到协同增效的作用。
2)皮肤弹性功效测试:
将样品分发给志愿者进行脸部试用,志愿者是90名年龄从25岁到50岁的女性,随机分为三组,每组各30人,在使用的第0天、1周、2周和4周使用Cutometer仪器测试志愿者的皮肤弹性,参见图3,相比第0天,相比第0天,使用实施例12的志愿者的皮肤弹性平均值,在1周提高6.3%,在2周提高13.8%,在4周提高16.7%;使用实施例14的志愿者的皮肤弹性平均值,在1周提高1.7%,在2周提高6.2%,在4周提高8.9%;使用实施例15的志愿者的皮肤弹性平均值,在1周提高2.0%,在2周提高5.2%,在4周提高8.0%。
可见本发明制备的多重护肤水具增强皮肤弹性的功效,茶多酚和多肽在增强皮肤弹性上可起到协同增效的作用。
3)抗皱功效测试:
将样品分发给志愿者进行脸部试用,志愿者是90名年龄从25岁到50岁的女性,随机分为三组,每组各30人,在使用的第0天、1周、2周和4周测试志愿者脸部部鱼尾纹的数量和长度。参见图4和图5可见,相比第0天,使用实施例12的志愿者的鱼尾纹数量平均值在1周减少51.0%,在2周减少57.9%,在4周减少59.1%,鱼尾纹长度平均值在1周减少1.4%,在2周减少5.2%,在4周减少6.7%;使用实施例14的志愿者的鱼尾纹数量平均值在1周减少6.9%,在2周减少8.6%,在4周减少11.4%,鱼尾纹长度平均值在1周减少0.8%,在2周减少1.7%,在4周减少2.0%;使用实施例15的志愿者的鱼尾纹数量平均值在1周减少36.1%,在2周减少41.6%,在4周减少42.0%,鱼尾纹长度平均值在1周减少1.2%,在2周减少3.2%,在4周减少4.3%。
可见本发明制备的多重护肤精华水具有良好的明显改善细纹的效果,茶多酚和多肽在祛皱方面可起到协同增效的作用。可见本发明制备的样品具即时和长效抗皱功效。
Claims (10)
1.一种悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水,其特征在于,包括水和以下质量百分含量的各组分:
亲肤性功能油脂: 1%~10%;
多重护肤功效成分:1%~30%;
低酰结冷胶: 0.05%~0.2%;
电解质: 0.01%~5%;
电解质辅助成分: 0.01%~0.15%;
增稠剂: 0.01%~3%;
螯合剂 0.01%~0.5%;
防腐剂: 0.01%~5%;
pH调节剂: 0.01%~1%;
电解质为碳酸钙、氯化钠、氯化钙、硫酸镁中的一种或多种;
电解质辅助成分为亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、六偏磷酸钠中的一种或多种;
多重护肤功效成分含有保湿剂和多肽或茶多酚中的一种或两种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多重护肤精华水,其特征在于,各组分的质量百分含量如下:
亲肤性功能油脂: 1%~8%;
多重护肤功效成分:3%~25%;
低酰结冷胶: 0.05%~0.15%;
电解质: 0.01%~3%;
电解质辅助成分: 0.01%~0.12%;
增稠剂: 0.01%~2%;
螯合剂 0.01%~0.35%;
防腐剂: 0.2%~3%;
pH调节剂: 0.015%~0.3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多重护肤精华水,其特征在于,各组分的质量百分含量如下:
亲肤性功能油脂: 1%~5%;
多重护肤功效成分:5%~20%;
低酰结冷胶: 0.05%~0.1%;
电解质: 0.04%~2%;
电解质辅助成分: 0.04%~0.1%;
增稠剂: 0.05%~1%;
螯合剂 0.02%~0.15%;
防腐剂: 0.2%~1.2%;
pH调节剂: 0.03%~0.2%。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的多重护肤精华水,其特征在于,
亲肤性功能油脂选择山茶油、高油酸向日葵籽油、亚麻籽油和角鲨烷中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多重护肤精华水,其特征在于,
亲肤性功能油脂选择山茶油、角鲨烷中的一种或两种与高油酸向日葵籽油、亚麻籽油中的一种或两种的复配,质量比为3~4:6~7。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的多重护肤精华水,其特征在于,
多重护肤功效成分包括茶多酚、多肽和保湿剂,三者的质量比为:0.01~1.0:0.1~5.0:0.8~10。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多重护肤精华水,其特征在于,
多重护肤功效成分包括茶多酚、多肽和保湿剂,三者的质量比为:0.01~0.5:0.1~4:4~8。
8.根据权利要求6所述的多重护肤精华水,其特征在于,
多肽为乙酰基六肽-8、棕榈酰三肽-1、乙酰基四肽-5、棕榈酰四肽-7中的一种或多种;
和/或,保湿剂为甘油、甘油聚醚-26、1,3-丁二醇、PEG-400、二丙二醇、甲基聚糖聚醚-10、甲基聚糖聚醚-20中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的多重护肤精华水,其特征在于,
增稠剂选自黄原胶、卡波姆、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、丙烯酸(酯)类/共聚物、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸交联聚合物、羟乙基纤维素、小核菌胶中一种或多种;
和/或,螯合剂选自EDTA-2Na、植酸钠、柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种;
和/或,防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮、戊二醇、1,2 -己二醇、苯氧乙醇、辛甘醇、氯苯甘醚、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、羟基苯丙酮中的一种或多种;
和/或,pH调节剂选自精氨酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、乳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾中一种或多种。
10.如权利要求1至9任一所述的多重护肤精华水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将螯合剂溶解完全后,加入低酰结冷胶和增稠剂,搅拌加热到70~80℃,溶解完后搅拌降温到50~60℃,加入电解质溶解,搅拌均匀,搅拌降温;
2)待温度降到45~48℃,冷却静置至出现凝胶结胶时,低速均质将凝胶打散均匀,缓慢搅拌下加入亲肤性功能油脂;
3)搅拌下继续加入防腐剂、多重护肤功效成分和电解质辅助成分,并加入pH调节剂,至油滴粒径为0.6mm±0.3时得到悬浮油脂的多重护肤精华水。
