The invention relates to a functional protective glove and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a novel low-cost anti-cutting protective glove and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hand is the part of the human body which is most contacted with the articles during the labor and work. In various accidents, the hand injury accident accounts for 2%, and the anti-cutting glove can better protect hands from scratch and cut. In recent years, the use amount of the global anti-cutting glove rises year by year, and the use field is more and more increased. The glove with the anti-cutting effect reaching the American standard grade in the market at present is made of high-strength high-modulus polyethylene fiber, aramid fiber, glass fiber, carbon fiber and the like, and has high cost and stiff hand feeling. The glass fiber is easy to break and generate powder, has a certain harm to the respiratory system of a user, and can cause allergy to some people. Therefore, there is a need to develop a protective glove with good cutting resistance, soft hand feeling, no use of glass fiber, especially low cost and high cost performance, which can resist cutting and achieve the second grade of American standard.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for preparing a cut-resistant protective glove, wherein the method comprises: step 1, selecting a low-cost fiber material with cutting resistance to prepare yarns; step 2, preparing graphene composite fibers; step 3, preparing graphene composite yarns by adopting the graphene composite fibers obtained in the step 2; step 4, mixing the yarn obtained in the step 1 with the graphene composite yarn obtained in the step 3, and weaving a glove blank; and 5, dipping the glove blank obtained in the step 4 in a glove dipping sizing material, and then drying to obtain the anti-cutting protective glove.
In the preparation method of the anti-cutting protective glove, in the step 1, the selected fiber material is high-strength terylene and/or high-strength chinlon.
In the preparation method of the anti-cutting protective glove, in the step 2, the graphene composite fiber is graphene composite polyester and/or graphene composite nylon.
In the step 2, graphene and other hard materials are mixed and extruded to prepare master batches, and then the master batches are uniformly mixed with polyester chips and/or nylon chips, and the graphene composite fibers are obtained through melt spinning.
The preparation method of the anti-cutting protective glove comprises the step of preparing the hard material, wherein the hard material comprises silica powder or alumina powder, glass fiber powder and carbon fiber powder.
According to the preparation method of the anti-cutting protective glove, the graphene composite fiber comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.1-0.5% of graphene powder, 0.1-1% of silica powder or alumina powder, 0.1-0.5% of glass fiber powder and carbon fiber powder, and the balance of polyester chips and/or nylon chips.
In the step 4, two yarns are mixed, and a glove blank is woven on a glove knitting machine by adopting a compact weaving method and a U2 weaving method; the mass ratio of the graphene composite yarn to the other yarn is (1-4): 1.
in the step 5, the glove blank is placed on a hand film, dipped in a dipping glue material, dried, finished and packaged to prepare the anti-cutting protective glove.
The preparation method of the anti-cutting protective glove comprises the step of impregnating the rubber material with one or more of natural latex, nitrile latex, PU resin and PVC resin.
The invention also provides the anti-cutting protective glove prepared by the method, wherein the anti-cutting of the glove reaches the American standard second level.
The anti-cutting protective glove and the preparation method thereof have the following advantages:
the gum dipping glove prepared by the method can reach the American standard secondary level in the anti-cutting process, has the advantages of simple preparation method, low cost, soft hand feeling, comfort and durability and wide application field, can provide novel hand protection glove with high cost performance for labor and other operators, and has the cost 30-40 percent lower than that of similar secondary anti-cutting gloves made of other anti-cutting fibers.
Detailed Description
The following describes the present invention in more detail.
The preparation method of the anti-cutting protective glove provided by the invention can be used for preparing the protective glove which has high cost performance, is soft and comfortable, and has anti-cutting effect and can reach the second grade of American standard.
The method comprises the following steps: step 1, selecting a low-cost fiber material with cutting resistance to prepare yarns; step 2, preparing graphene composite fibers; step 3, preparing graphene composite yarns by adopting the graphene composite fibers obtained in the step 2; step 4, mixing the yarn obtained in the step 1 with the graphene composite yarn obtained in the step 3, weaving a glove blank, and finishing the woven glove blank to be impregnated; and 5, dipping the glove blank obtained in the step 4 in a glove dipping sizing material, and then drying to obtain the anti-cutting protective glove.
In the step 1, the selected fiber material has certain cutting resistance, low cost, preferably high-strength terylene and/or high-strength nylon, and is prepared into low-cost yarn with certain cutting resistance.
In the step 2, the graphene composite fiber is graphene composite polyester and/or graphene composite nylon.
