s7, when the sensor (2-3) on the intelligent suspension device (2) is used for tunneling or stoping on a working surface, the temperature and the concentration of dust and gas in the section (3-2) of the roadway are monitored and collected in real time, when fire disaster or dust and gas concentration exceeding occurs in the section (3-2) of the roadway, the sensor (2-3) synchronously transmits the monitored and collected signals to the linkage hook (2-4 c) through the converter (2-4 c 4), and the automatic rotation of the hook (2-4 c 3) on the linkage hook (2-4 c) and the unhooking of the semicircular ring (1-9) are controlled;
s8, the self weight of the folding sectional communicating water bag (1) is utilized, the folding sectional communicating water bag (1) can be rapidly fallen and opened in the section (3-2) of the roadway, meanwhile, the sealing film (1-6) is reversely stuck and fixed on the back of the folding sectional communicating water bag (1), the sealing film (1-6) covering the water spraying hole (1-3) is synchronously removed in the falling and opening process of the folding sectional communicating water bag (1), water flow is rapidly sprayed towards the direction of a tunneling working face or a stoping working face, the fire disaster, the diluted dust and the gas concentration are blocked in the section (3-2) of the roadway (3), and the occurrence and the spreading of mine disasters are restrained.
The intelligent disaster-isolation folding curtain type water bag for the coal mine tunnel can be folded in an inner roll, is hung on a tunnel roof when no disaster occurs, does not influence ventilation, pedestrians and transportation of the tunnel, can be rapidly and intelligently opened to form a water curtain when the disaster occurs, and can prevent further spreading of fire, gas and dust explosion in the tunnel in a full-section mode.
Meanwhile, the sealing film is covered on the front surface of the folding sectional communicating water bag by utilizing the atmospheric pressure principle and the water surface tension principle, and is combined with the sensor, so that the traditional disaster-isolation water bag is converted into an active disaster-isolation mode by the combined action of the two, water in the disaster-isolation water bag is released and is actively sprayed by the water spraying hole due to side turning or damage of the disaster-isolation water bag, and water can be continuously fed by the water inlet pipe after the folding sectional communicating water bag is used up, so that the water bag can continuously isolate disasters and spray water to reduce dust.

An intelligent disaster-isolation folding curtain type water bag for a coal mine tunnel comprises a folding sectional communicating water bag (1), an intelligent hanging device (2) and a tunnel (3); the intelligent roadway is characterized in that the folding sectional water bag (1) comprises a sectional water bag (1-1), a folding belt (1-2), a water spraying hole (1-3), a communication hole (1-4), a counterweight cross rod (1-5), a sealing film (1-6), an automatic valve (1-7), a water inlet pipe (1-8), a semicircular ring (1-9) and a hanging hole (1-10), the intelligent hanging device (2) comprises a cross beam (2-1), a power supply (2-2), a sensor (2-3) and an intelligent hook (2-4), and the roadway (3) comprises a top plate (3-1), a section (3-2) and an anchor rod (3-3). The cross beam (2-1) is fixedly arranged on the roadway top plate (3-1) through an anchor rod (3-3); the intelligent hook (2-4) comprises a connecting plate (2-4 a), a fixed hook (2-4 b) and a linkage hook (2-4 c), and is arranged below the cross beam (2-1); the hanging holes (1-10) and the semicircular rings (1-9) are respectively positioned at the top end and the middle part of the back of the folding sectional communicated water bag (1); after the water-filled inner roll of the folding sectional communicating water bag (1) is folded, the top end of the folding sectional communicating water bag is hung on the fixed hook (2-4 b) through the hanging hole (1-10), and the middle part of the back surface is hung on the linkage hook (2-4 c) through the semicircular ring (1-9).

The intelligent disaster-isolation folding curtain type water bag for the coal mine tunnel according to claim 1, wherein the folding sectional communication water bag (1) is composed of a sectional water bag (1-1) and a folding belt (1-2) which are mutually arranged side by side, the communication holes (1-4) are positioned on two sides of the folding belt (1-2), and the sectional water bags (1-1) are mutually communicated through the communication holes (1-4); the water spraying holes (1-3) are uniformly formed in the front face of the segmented water bag (1-1), the sealing film (1-6) covers the water spraying holes (1-3), and the sealing of the water spraying holes (1-3) on the segmented water bag (1) can be realized by utilizing the atmospheric pressure and water surface tension effects under the full water state; the counterweight cross rod (1-5) is positioned at the bottom end of the folding subsection communication water bag (1), and the folding subsection communication water bag (1) plays a role in counterweight balance and quick tiling and falling.

The intelligent disaster-isolation folding curtain type water bag for the coal mine tunnel is characterized in that the water inlet pipe (1-8) is positioned at one side of the uppermost segment water bag (1-1) of the folding segment communication water bag (1) and can be connected with a water pipe in the tunnel (3); the automatic valve (1-7) is arranged on the water inlet pipe (1-8), and automatic water supply in the folding and sectional communicated water bag (1) can be realized by setting the parameters of the controller on the automatic valve (1-7).

The intelligent disaster-isolation folding curtain water bag for the coal mine tunnel is characterized in that the intelligent hanging device (2) is fixedly arranged on a tunnel top plate (3-1) through a cross beam (2-1); the connecting plate (2-4 a) is positioned below the center of the cross beam (2-1), and the fixed hook (2-4 b) and the linkage hook (2-4 c) are positioned below the connecting plate (2-4 a); the linkage hooks (2-4 c) are arranged on the same side of the tunnel section (3-2) as the tunneling working surface or the stoping working surface, the number of the fixed hooks (2-4 b) is two, the number of the linkage hooks (2-4 c) is one, and the two fixed hooks (2-4 b) and the linkage hooks (2-4 c) are arranged inwards in a triangular manner in a space structure; the power supply (2-2) and the sensor (2-3) are arranged above the connecting plate (2-4 a) towards the direction of the tunneling working face or the stoping working face and are arranged on the same side as the linkage hook (2-4 c).

The intelligent disaster-isolation folding curtain water bag for the coal mine tunnel according to claim 1, wherein the linkage hook (2-4 c) comprises an automatic telescopic push rod (2-4 c 1), a middle belly clamp plate (2-4 c 2), a hook (2-4 c 3), a converter (2-4 c 4), a wire (2-4 c 5), a hinge pin (2-4 c 6), a rotating pin (2-4 c 7) and a fixing pin (2-4 c 8); the sensor (2-3) is connected with the linkage hook (2-4 c) through a lead (2-4 c 5) and a power supply (2-2) and a converter (2-4 c 4); the automatic telescopic push rod (2-4 c 1) is fixedly arranged at the upper end inside the middle abdominal splint (2-4 c 2) through a fixing pin (2-4 c 8), the hook (2-4 c 3) is connected with the top end of the automatic telescopic push rod (2-4 c 1) through a hinge pin (2-4 c 6) in a hinge manner, and the hook (2-4 c 3) is connected with the lower end inside the middle abdominal splint (2-4 c 2) through a rotating pin (2-4 c 7); the converter (2-4 c 4) is fixedly arranged at the upper end inside the middle abdominal splint (2-4 c 2) and is used for converting signals collected by monitoring of the sensor (2-3), intelligent extension of the automatic extension push rod (2-4 c 1) and automatic rotation of the hook (2-4 c 3) are controlled, and then unhooking of the semicircular ring (1-9) is achieved, and the folding sectional communication water bag (1) rapidly falls down and is tiled in the roadway section (3-2) to be opened under the action of dead weight.

An intelligent disaster-isolation folding curtain water bag for a coal mine tunnel and an operation method thereof, which are executed according to the intelligent disaster-isolation folding curtain water bag for the coal mine tunnel of claims 1-6, and are characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, a cross beam (2-1) is fixedly arranged on a roadway top plate (3-1) through an anchor rod (3-3), a power supply (2-2) and a sensor (2-3) are arranged on a connecting plate (2-4 a) below the cross beam (2-1), two fixed hooks (2-4 b) and a linkage hook (2-4 c) are arranged below the connecting plate (2-4 a), and the linkage hook (2-4 c) is arranged on the same side of the roadway (3) as a tunneling working surface or a stoping working surface in a triangular inward opposite manner with the two fixed hooks (2-4 b) in a space structure;

s3, covering the sealing film (1-6) on the water spraying hole (1-3) by utilizing the atmospheric pressure and the water surface tension effect, and sealing the water spraying hole (1-3) on the water bag (1) by folding and sectionally communicating under the full water state;
s4, utilizing a folding belt (1-2) on the folding section communicating water bag (1), inwards winding the folding section communicating water bag (1) covered with a sealing film (1-6) in a full water state from the position of a counterweight cross rod (1-5) at the bottom end of the folding section communicating water bag (1) to the top end of the folding section communicating water bag (1), reversely pasting the sealing film (1-6) which exceeds the length of the top end of the folding section communicating water bag (1) to the back surface of the folding section communicating water bag (1) after being folded by the inner winding;
