The main controller 12 is arranged in the charging pile main body 1, the main controller 12 receives the temperature value data of the cooling liquid monitored by the temperature sensor in real time, compares the temperature value data with a temperature threshold value built in the main controller 12 and then sends out control signals for controlling the circulating pump 21 and the cooling fan 36; meanwhile, the liquid level height data and the liquid pressure value data of the cooling liquid monitored by the static pressure liquid level meter 4 and the pressure sensor 5 are received in real time, the liquid level height data of the cooling liquid is compared with a liquid level height threshold value built in the main controller 12, and if the liquid level height data of the cooling liquid received by the main controller 12 is higher than the built-in liquid level height threshold value, the main controller 12 clears the synchronously received liquid pressure value data of the cooling liquid; if the liquid level height value data of the cooling liquid received by the main controller 12 is lower than the built-in liquid level height threshold value, the main controller 12 calls the synchronously received liquid level pressure value data to be compared with the built-in pressure threshold value in the main controller 12, judges the liquid leakage position and sends out an early warning signal.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the temperature threshold value and the liquid level height threshold value built in the main controller 12 are set by themselves according to actual requirements.
It should be noted that the charging pile mentioned in the invention is regularly maintained and supplemented with the cooling liquid amount by a special person, so that the invention does not need to consider the loss amount of the cooling liquid in the recycling process when the liquid level height threshold value is set according to the actual requirement.
In the invention, the pressure threshold value built in the main controller 12 is an optimal value obtained by performing test measurement for a plurality of times under different working conditions based on the constant power Pe of the circulating pump 21 and the constant rotating speed Re of the cooling fan 36.
When the invention needs to be described, the built-in pressure threshold values corresponding to the pressure sensors 5 under different working conditions are obtained after manual actual test measurement for many times and cannot be obtained through the existing formulas and theorem, so that the test measurement process is not specifically described in the invention.
The actual pressure of each area in the cooling liquid circulation pipeline is different, so that the built-in pressure threshold value corresponding to each pressure sensor 5 at the inner side of the pipe wall of the cooling liquid circulation pipeline is required to be determined according to actual test practice.
Meanwhile, two working modes are arranged in the main controller 12, so that the built-in pressure thresholds corresponding to the same pressure sensor 5 in different working modes are different. For example, in the first operation mode, the built-in pressure threshold value corresponding to the pressure sensor 5 at the position, close to the liquid outlet of the circulating pump 21, of the first circulating pipeline 22 is 0.1±0.01MPa, and the built-in pressure threshold value corresponding to the pressure sensor 5 at the position, close to the liquid inlet 231 of the heat conducting tank is 0.1±0.02MPa; however, in the second operation mode, the built-in pressure threshold corresponding to the pressure sensor 5 at the position, close to the liquid outlet of the circulating pump 21, of the first circulating pipeline 22 is 0.12+/-0.01 MPa, and the built-in pressure threshold corresponding to the pressure sensor 5 at the position, close to the liquid inlet 231 of the heat conducting box is 0.12+/-0.02 MPa.
In the invention, a first working mode and a second working mode are arranged in the main controller 12, wherein the first working mode is a working mode in which the temperature value of the cooling liquid monitored by the temperature sensor 235 in real time is lower than a built-in temperature threshold value Tt, the circulating pump 21 runs at constant power Pe in the first working mode, and the cooling fan 36 rotates at constant rotating speed Re; the second operation mode is an operation mode in which the temperature value of the cooling liquid monitored by the temperature sensor 235 in real time is higher than the built-in temperature threshold value Tt, and in the second operation mode, the circulation pump 21 is operated at the actual power Pa, the cooling fan 36 is rotated at the actual rotation speed Ra, and the actual power Pa of the circulation pump 21 is calculated as follows:

In the first operation mode of the present invention, the constant power Pe of the circulation pump 21 and the constant rotation speed Re of the cooling fan 36 are both set according to the actual requirements.
In the second operation mode of the present invention, the actual power Pa of the circulation pump 21 and the actual rotational speed Ra of the radiator fan 36 are both determined by the actual coolant temperature Ta and the built-in temperature threshold value Tt. Therefore, in the present invention, the larger the difference between the actual temperature Ta of the cooling liquid and the built-in temperature threshold Tt is, the larger the actual power Pa of the circulation pump 21 is, and at this time, the cooling liquid flowing speed is increased, the rotation speed of the cooling fan 36 is increased, the overall cooling capacity of the charging pile is increased, and the charging module 24 is rapidly cooled.
In the invention, the exterior of the charging pile main body 1 is also provided with a display panel 11 for displaying the specific leakage position information in the cooling liquid circulation pipeline sent by the main controller 12.
The display panel 11, the charging module 24, the temperature sensor 235, the static pressure level meter 4, the pressure sensor 5, the circulation pump 21, and the cooling fan 36 are electrically connected to the main controller 12.

For example, if there is a leakage level between the S001 and S002 pressure sensors 5, the coolant pressure at the S001 and S002 positions is instantaneously reduced, and then the coolant pressure monitored by the pressure sensors 5 uniformly distributed in the coolant circulation line is continuously reduced, so that it is considered that there is a leakage level in the middle region R001 between the S001 and S002 pressure sensors 5, at this time, the main controller 12 sends a power supply stopping instruction to the charging module 24, and displays the leakage position information on the display panel 11, and the vehicle BMS terminates charging, thereby realizing the self-protection function of the charging pile.
