After the object to be overhauled is obtained, relevant information of the object to be overhauled is further obtained from overhauling basic data information, such as equipment (facility) codes, equipment names, installation places, belonging equipment subclasses, unit types, overhauling types (overhauling types are the next-stage classification of unit types), maintenance units and the like of the object to be overhauled. And further obtains relevant information of an item to be overhauled of the object to be overhauled, such as information of a unit type, an overhauling period, an overhauling type (the overhauling type is the next class of the unit type), a skylight type, an executive department, working contents, filling modes and the like, from the overhauling basic data information. It should be understood that the number of the objects to be overhauled may be plural, and the number of the items to be overhauled of one object to be overhauled may be plural, and one item to be overhauled of one object to be overhauled is taken as one overhauling plan, so as to obtain a plurality of overhauling plans, and the plurality of overhauling plans are summarized to obtain the annual overhauling table (one overhauling plan may include information of the object to be overhauled, information of the item to be overhauled of the object to be overhauled, overhauling time and the like). The generating process of the monthly maintenance schedule is the same as that of the annual maintenance schedule, and will not be repeated here.
More specifically, the annual and monthly service plans may be presented in a tabular form in the system.
A month overhaul plan generation unit 1022, connected to the comprehensive overhaul plan generation unit 1021, generates a month overhaul plan for each month in the target year based on the annual overhaul plan and the month overhaul plan.
It should be understood that the annual service plan is generated according to the annual table service items, and the monthly service plan is generated according to the monthly table service items, so that the service items to be serviced included in the annual service plan are service items with service periods of years, seasons and half a year, the service items to be serviced included in the monthly service plan are service items with service periods of months, and the annual service plan and the monthly service plan together form an annual service plan of a target year.
When generating the month check and repair plan of each month in the target year, the month to which the repair plan belongs can be determined according to the annual repair plan and the repair time of each repair plan in the month repair plan, so as to obtain the month check and repair plan of each month in the target year. In particular, the lunar repair plan may also be presented in a tabular form in the system.
In one implementation mode, in the generation process of the monthly maintenance plan, the accuracy of the monthly maintenance plan and the convenience of plan execution can be ensured by presetting related monthly maintenance plan generation rules, the workload of manually adjusting and modifying the plan is reduced, and the planning quality is improved.
The month stage plan generating unit 1023 is connected to the month maintenance plan generating unit 1022, and is configured to stage-divide the month maintenance plan according to a preset month stage division policy, and generate a month stage maintenance plan.
The month stage division policy may be preset by a person skilled in the art according to actual requirements, which is not limited by the present invention.
In particular, the month stage service plan may also be presented in a tabular form in the system.
Further, the comprehensive maintenance schedule generating unit 1021 is further configured to modify the annual maintenance schedule and/or the monthly maintenance schedule according to the first modification instruction; in one implementation manner, when the overhaul time corresponding to annual overhaul, semi-annual overhaul and quarterly overhaul is set to a specific month and the overhaul time corresponding to monthly overhaul is set to a specific day, the month of the overhaul work in the annual overhaul plan can be modified during modification, and the date of the overhaul work in the monthly overhaul plan can be modified.
The month repair plan generating unit 1022 is further configured to modify the month repair plan according to the second modification instruction;
the month stage plan generating unit 1023 is further configured to modify the month stage maintenance plan according to the third modification instruction.
It should be understood that the first modification instruction, the second modification instruction, and the third modification instruction may be issued by a user having related modification rights through his terminal device.
In one implementation, users in the system may include branch office users, crew users, and job group users. Wherein the branch office manages a plurality of crew teams, and the crew teams manage a plurality of job groups. The operation group user can be set to have the authority to modify the annual maintenance plan, the monthly maintenance plan and the monthly maintenance plan, and the crew member user can have the authority to modify the monthly maintenance plan.
In one implementation, the schedule management module 102 manages all communication transportation and maintenance tasks such as an annual maintenance schedule (annual maintenance schedule and monthly maintenance schedule), a major maintenance schedule, a skylight maintenance schedule, and a problem kuke-lack measure by managing a production process by a schedule with the annual maintenance schedule and the monthly maintenance schedule as a core, and can adapt to a task form newly added in the future. The plan maintenance safety production management system provided in the embodiment includes a comprehensive maintenance plan generating unit, a month maintenance plan generating unit and a month stage plan generating unit in the plan management module, so that the month stage maintenance plan is automatically generated, and modification and adjustment of the annual maintenance plan, the month maintenance plan and the month stage maintenance plan can be realized through the comprehensive maintenance plan generating unit, the month maintenance plan generating unit and the month stage plan generating unit, so that the maintenance plan is more reasonable.
Further, based on the above embodiment, in yet another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the plan management module further includes an approval unit 1024;
the approval unit 1024 is respectively connected with the comprehensive overhaul plan generating unit 1021, the monthly overhaul plan generating unit 1022, the monthly overhaul plan generating unit 1023 and the execution management module 103, and is used for initiating a first approval program of the annual overhaul plan and the monthly overhaul plan after receiving the first approval request, receiving and displaying a first approval result, and controlling the monthly overhaul plan generating unit to generate the monthly overhaul plan when the first approval result is approval passing;
The system comprises a month-stage plan generating unit, a month-stage maintenance planning unit and a month-stage maintenance planning program, wherein the month-stage maintenance planning unit is used for generating a month-stage maintenance plan;
and the execution management module is used for initiating a third examination and approval program of the month-stage maintenance plan after receiving the third examination and approval request, receiving and displaying a third examination and approval result, and controlling the execution management module to generate the daily maintenance plan when the third examination and approval result is examination and approval passing.
It should be understood that the first approval request, the second approval request, and the third approval request may be issued by the user associated with the approval request authority through the terminal device thereof.
In one implementation, users in the system may include branch office users, crew users, and job group users. The plan management module 102 is connected with the basic data standardization module 101, and is used for generating a month stage maintenance plan of each month in the target year according to maintenance basic data information, and the annual table maintenance items and month table maintenance items of the target year, which are filled by users. The execution management module 103 is connected with the plan management module 102, and is used for generating a daily maintenance plan according to the monthly maintenance plan, and receiving and storing maintenance records corresponding to the daily maintenance plan. And the safety management module 104 is connected with the execution management module 103 and is used for generating an overhaul plan completion condition according to the overhaul record and storing overhaul problems acquired from the overhaul record into a problem library. The description of the basic data normalization module 101, the plan management module 102, the execution management module 103, and the security management module 104 is referred to above, and will not be repeated here. As shown in fig. 4, the execution management module 103 includes:
A daily schedule generation unit 1031 for generating a daily maintenance schedule according to the monthly maintenance schedule;
a day plan execution preparation unit 1032 connected to the day plan generation unit 1031, and configured to initiate a pre-shift meeting corresponding to the day maintenance plan according to a meeting initiation request after the day maintenance plan is generated; the operation authorization approval program is used for initiating the operation authorization approval program corresponding to the daily maintenance plan according to the authorization request, and receiving and displaying the operation authorization approval result;
specifically, the authorization request includes an in-machine room authorization, an up-channel authorization, a restricted job authorization, a boarding pass authorization, and the like. In the actual implementation process, different authorizations can be set according to different overhaul plans, and the invention is not limited to the different authorizations.
And the overhaul record uploading unit 1033 is connected with the daily schedule execution preparation unit 1032 and is used for receiving and storing the overhaul record corresponding to the daily overhaul schedule after the pre-shift meeting is initiated and the approval result of the operation authorization is approval.
Specifically, when a meeting is required before a shift on the system, the type of the operation and the meeting participants are selected on the system, and the responsible person for the maintenance task is allocated.
Furthermore, in addition to setting that the maintenance records corresponding to the maintenance schedule of the storage day can be received only after the meeting before the shift is initiated and the approval result of the operation authorization is approval, the conditions that the personnel arrangement must meet the requirement of the operation type on personnel qualification and the like can be set.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the execution management module 103 further includes a deferral application unit 1034, which is respectively connected to the daily schedule generating unit 1031 and the daily schedule execution preparation unit 1032, and is configured to initiate a deferral application approval procedure for the daily maintenance schedule according to a deferral application request, receive and display a deferral approval result, and modify the maintenance time of the daily maintenance schedule after the deferral approval result passes.
Specifically, the system can preset delay time periods aiming at different levels, and can set approval by approval personnel of different levels.
In the planned maintenance safety production management system provided by the embodiment, a plurality of clamping rules are set in the daily planned execution process. For example, a meeting before work has to be done and related authorization is obtained to submit the maintenance records in the informatization process, so as to ensure that each requirement is safe and in place.
In order to more clearly explain the production management flow of the planned overhaul safety production management system provided by the invention, a specific example is taken as an original bisection company-Shenchi south electric work team-Shenchi south communication work group, wherein the original bisection company manages the Shenchi south electric work team, and the Shenchi south electric work team manages the Shenchi south communication work group.
Specifically, the production management flow of the planned overhaul safety production management system mainly comprises four aspects of basic data standardization, planned management, execution management and safety management.
(1) Base data normalization:
user information is entered through a base data normalization module. Specifically, each person of the original division company, the Shenchi south electric service team and the Shenchi south communication operation group is used as a user respectively, and user information is input. The user information includes information such as name, position, authority, affiliated units (organizations), qualification, etc.
And inputting maintenance object information through a basic data standardization module. In particular, the information about the maintenance object for which maintenance is responsible can be entered by the Shenchi south communication service group personnel. For example, information of a device whose unit type is a battery pack. Such as the basic information of equipment (facility) code, equipment name, installation site, belonging equipment subclass, unit type, overhaul type, etc. As shown in particular in fig. 6.
The maintenance item information is input through the basic data standardization module, and the system can prefabricate most maintenance items in advance according to the dimension rule file. The original bisector personnel can maintain the maintenance items according to actual conditions, and can support inquiry, addition, modification and deletion. The maintenance items can be divided into the following according to maintenance periods: annual service items, semi-annual service items, quarterly service items, and monthly service items. Taking a unit type as a storage battery pack as an example, the annual service item, the semi-annual service item, the quarterly service item and the monthly service item related information of the storage battery pack are shown in fig. 7-10.
(2) Planning management:
the original halving company personnel holds the initial annual schedule meeting and fills in an annual maintenance implementation management scheme (comprising objects to be overhauled and items to be overhauled in target years), and issues the annual maintenance implementation management scheme to the Shenchi south electric service staff personnel. The staff of the south electric service team in the Shenchi receives the annual maintenance implementation management scheme determined in the annual schedule meeting and issues the annual maintenance implementation management scheme to staff of the south communication operation group in the Shenchi. The Shenchi south communication operation group personnel receive the annual maintenance implementation management scheme determined in the annual schedule meeting.
According to meeting instructions, the staff of the Shenchi south communication operation group selects the unit type of the storage battery and the corresponding maintenance item in the annual table maintenance item template in the system.
And the staff of the Shenchi south communication operation group selects the unit type of the storage battery and the corresponding maintenance item in the month table maintenance item template.
An annual maintenance plan (the annual maintenance plan includes an annual maintenance plan and a monthly maintenance plan) of the Shenchi south communication operation group is automatically generated by the comprehensive maintenance plan generating unit according to the annual table maintenance items and the monthly table maintenance items which are checked by the Shenchi south communication operation group personnel.
The south-to-god-pool communication operation group can adjust the annual maintenance schedule and the monthly maintenance schedule, and after adjustment, a first examination and approval program is initiated through an approval unit and reported to a south-to-god-pool electric service team leader for approval, and after approval of the south-to-god-pool electric service team is passed, the annual maintenance schedule and the monthly maintenance schedule of the south-to-god-pool communication operation group are reported to the original halving company leader for approval.
After the lead approval of the original bisection company passes, the approval unit controls the month overhaul plan generating unit to automatically generate month overhaul plan drafts of each month of the Shenchi south communication operation group, then the personnel of the Shenchi south communication operation group can adjust the month overhaul plan of the next month through the month overhaul plan generating unit in the current month 26-25, and after adjustment, a second approval program is initiated through the approval unit and reported to the Shenchi south electric work team for auditing. And after the examination and approval of the leader of the south electric business team in the Shenchi is passed, reporting the monthly maintenance plan of the south communication operation group in the Shenchi to the leader of the bisecting company for examination and approval.
After the monthly inspection and repair plan of the original halving company leader approval nerve pond south communication operation group passes, an approval unit controls a monthly stage plan generating unit to generate a monthly stage inspection and repair plan draft, a nerve pond south electric service team can adjust the monthly stage inspection and repair plan draft through the monthly stage plan generating unit, a third approval program is initiated through the approval unit, the original halving company leader approval is reported, and after the approval is passed, the approval unit controls an execution management module to generate a daily inspection and repair plan.
It should be appreciated that if the approval is not passed, the corresponding repair plan is returned, the plan is modified by the job team or crew, and the approval is reinitiated after the modification.
(3) Performing management:
the god-pool southern communication job group can obtain the daily maintenance schedule of the current day in the daily schedule generation unit every day.
If the sunroof is not applied for or other reasons, a delay application unit in the execution management module is required to submit a delay application. Specifically, different approvers can be set for different delay application time, for example, 1-3 days of delay demand pool south communication operation group approval, 4-7 days of delay demand pool south electric work team approval, and more than 7 days of delay demand pool south electric work team approval are required for original bisector approval.
Before overhaul operation is carried out, staff of a Shenchi south communication operation group can select an operation type-consultant before a shift is required to be carried out on the system, a responsible person for allocating overhaul tasks and uploading photos of the shift before the shift is carried out. Apply for machine room authorization, up-channel authorization, restricted operation authorization, and up-height operation authorization. And then filling or uploading the maintenance records.
(4) And (3) safety management:
and counting the completion situation of the overhaul plan, and automatically generating the completion situation of the monthly overhaul plan of the Shenchi south communication operation group and the original halving company by the safety management module according to the overhaul record.
Filling out overhaul records by the Shenchi south communication operation group, and taking overhaul problems obtained from the overhaul records into a problem library through a safety management module for tracking.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, there is further provided a method for managing scheduled maintenance safety production, where the method is applied to the above-mentioned scheduled maintenance safety production management system, and the method includes:
step S1101: configuring maintenance basic data information;
step S1102: and generating a month-stage maintenance plan of each month in the target year according to the maintenance basic data information and the annual table maintenance items and month table maintenance items of the target year filled by the user.
The annual table maintenance items comprise maintenance items to be maintained with maintenance periods of annual maintenance, quarterly maintenance and half-year maintenance, and the lunar table maintenance items comprise maintenance items to be maintained with maintenance periods of lunar maintenance;
step S1103: and generating a daily maintenance plan according to the maintenance plan at the month stage, and receiving and storing maintenance records corresponding to the daily maintenance plan.
Step S1104: and generating an overhaul plan completion condition according to the overhaul record, and storing overhaul problems acquired from the overhaul record into a problem library.
According to the planned overhaul safety production management method provided by the embodiment, the month-stage overhaul plan of each month in the target year can be automatically generated according to the overhaul base data information and the annual table overhaul items and the month table overhaul items of the target year, which are filled by the user, and the daily overhaul plan is further automatically generated according to the month-stage overhaul plan, so that the informatization and intelligent management level is improved. The maintenance schedule is not required to be manually compiled, the maintenance schedule is more convenient and quicker, and the problem that maintenance is out of date due to missing maintenance items possibly occurring in the compiling process is avoided. The whole maintenance operation management process is carried out in the system, so that the waste of paper is reduced, and related files such as maintenance records are stored in the system, so that the maintenance records are convenient to find; generating an overhaul plan completion situation according to the overhaul record, so that a manager can grasp the overhaul plan completion situation in time and adjust the overhaul plan according to the overhaul plan completion situation in time; meanwhile, the overhaul problems in the overhaul records can be summarized to the problem library, so that related personnel can process the problems, and the problems in overhaul can be solved in time.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, a computer program product is provided, where the computer program product includes a computer program or instructions, and when the computer program or instructions are executed by a processor, the computer program or instructions implement all or part of the steps of the method as in the foregoing method embodiment, and this embodiment is not repeated herein.
Further, the computer program product may include one or more computer-executable components configured to perform embodiments when the program is run; the computer program product may also include a computer program tangibly embodied on a medium readable thereby, the computer program including program code for performing any of the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure. The system, the method, the computer program product, the computer readable storage medium and the electronic equipment for managing the planned overhaul safety provided by the application can automatically generate the month-stage overhaul plan of each month in the target year according to the overhaul base data information and the annual table overhaul items and the month table overhaul items of the target year filled by the user, and further automatically generate the daily overhaul plan according to the month-stage overhaul plan, thereby improving the informatization and intelligent management level. The maintenance schedule is not required to be manually compiled, the maintenance schedule is more convenient and quicker, and the problem that maintenance is out of date due to missing maintenance items possibly occurring in the compiling process is avoided. The whole maintenance operation management process is carried out in the system, so that the waste of paper is reduced, and related files such as maintenance records are stored in the system, so that the maintenance records are convenient to find; generating an overhaul plan completion situation according to the overhaul record, so that a manager can grasp the overhaul plan completion situation in time and adjust the overhaul plan according to the overhaul plan completion situation in time; meanwhile, the overhaul problems in the overhaul records can be summarized to the problem library, so that related personnel can process the problems, and the problems in overhaul can be solved in time.

The execution management module is connected with the plan management module and is used for generating a daily maintenance plan according to the monthly maintenance plan, and receiving and storing maintenance records corresponding to the daily maintenance plan;
and the safety management module is connected with the execution management module and is used for generating an overhaul plan completion condition according to the overhaul record and storing overhaul problems acquired from the overhaul record into a problem library.
2. The planned overhaul safety production management system of claim 1, wherein the plan management module comprises:
the comprehensive maintenance schedule generating unit is used for generating an annual maintenance schedule according to the annual table maintenance items and the maintenance basic data information and generating a monthly maintenance schedule according to the monthly table maintenance items and the maintenance basic data information;
the month check repair plan generating unit is connected with the comprehensive repair plan generating unit and is used for generating month check repair plans of each month in the target year according to the annual repair plan and the monthly repair plan;
and the month stage plan generating unit is connected with the month stage maintenance plan generating unit and is used for carrying out stage division on the month stage maintenance plan according to a preset month stage division strategy to generate the month stage maintenance plan.
3. The scheduled maintenance safety production management system of claim 2, wherein the schedule management module further comprises an approval unit;
the examination and approval unit is respectively connected with the comprehensive maintenance plan generation unit, the month stage plan generation unit and the execution management module, and is used for initiating a first examination and approval program for the annual maintenance plan and the month maintenance plan after receiving a first examination and approval request, receiving and displaying a first examination and approval result, and controlling the month maintenance plan generation unit to generate the month maintenance plan when the first examination and approval result is that the examination and approval is passed;
the month stage plan generating unit is used for generating a month stage maintenance plan according to the first examination result, and the month stage plan generating unit is used for generating a month stage maintenance plan according to the second examination result;
and the execution management module is used for initiating a third examination and approval program of the month-stage maintenance plan after receiving the third examination and approval request, receiving and displaying a third examination and approval result, and controlling the execution management module to generate the daily maintenance plan when the third examination and approval result is examination and approval passing.

the comprehensive maintenance plan generating unit is further used for modifying the annual maintenance plan and/or the monthly maintenance plan according to a first modification instruction;
the month check repair plan generating unit is further used for modifying the month check repair plan according to a second modification instruction;
the month stage plan generating unit is further configured to modify the month stage maintenance plan according to a third modification instruction.
5. The planned overhaul safety production management system of claim 1, wherein the execution management module comprises:
a daily schedule generating unit for generating the daily maintenance schedule according to the monthly maintenance schedule;
the daily schedule execution preparation unit is connected with the daily schedule generation unit and is used for initiating a pre-shift meeting corresponding to the daily maintenance schedule according to a meeting initiation request after the daily maintenance schedule is generated; the operation authorization approval program corresponding to the daily maintenance plan is initiated according to the authorization request, and an operation authorization approval result is received and displayed;
and the overhaul record uploading unit is connected with the daily schedule execution preparation unit and is used for receiving and storing the overhaul record corresponding to the daily overhaul schedule after the pre-shift meeting is initiated and the approval result of the operation authorization is approval.
6. The planned overhaul safety production management system of claim 5, wherein the execution management module further includes a deferral application unit;
the delay application unit is respectively connected with the daily plan generation unit and the daily plan execution preparation unit, and is used for initiating a delay application approval program of the daily maintenance plan according to a delay application request, receiving and displaying a delay approval result, and modifying the maintenance time of the daily maintenance plan after the delay approval result passes.
7. A method for managing scheduled maintenance safety production, wherein the method is applied to the scheduled maintenance safety production management system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and the method comprises:
configuring maintenance basic data information;
generating a month stage maintenance plan of each month in the target year according to the maintenance basic data information, the annual table maintenance items and the month table maintenance items of the target year filled by the user; the annual table maintenance items comprise maintenance items to be maintained with maintenance periods of annual maintenance, quarterly maintenance and half-year maintenance, and the monthly table maintenance items comprise maintenance items to be maintained with maintenance periods of monthly maintenance;
Generating a daily maintenance plan according to the monthly maintenance plan, and receiving and storing maintenance records corresponding to the daily maintenance plan;
