Step A10: acquiring weight values corresponding to a plurality of initial suppliers respectively through the supplier database;
in this embodiment, after acquiring the vendor database, the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to read the vendor database to acquire the weight values corresponding to the multiple initial vendors included in the vendor database.
Step A20: sorting the initial suppliers based on the weight values to obtain sorting results;

In this embodiment, after the terminal device obtains the vendor database, the product supply chain system is controlled to read the vendor database to obtain weight values corresponding to the multiple initial vendors contained in the vendor database, then the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to sort the multiple initial vendors according to the numerical values of the multiple weight values from large to small to obtain a sorting result, finally the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to perform a first round of screening on the multiple initial vendors based on the article parameter information to determine an initial vendor capable of providing the target article, and the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to perform a second round of screening on the initial vendor capable of providing the target article based on the sorting result, so as to screen multiple alternative vendors capable of providing the target article and having weight values higher than a threshold value from the multiple initial vendors.
Therefore, the method and the system ensure that the product supply chain system can screen out suppliers with high good score and can provide target articles meeting the requirements of users by carrying out multi-round screening on the suppliers based on the article parameter information and the weight values corresponding to the suppliers so as to determine the alternative suppliers.
Further, based on the first embodiment and/or the second embodiment of the data management method based on the product supply chain system according to the present application, a third embodiment of the data management method based on the product supply chain system according to the present application is presented herein.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a third embodiment of a data management method based on a product supply chain system according to the present application, as shown in fig. 4, after the step of "receiving item parameter information" in the step S10, the data management method based on a product supply chain system according to the present application may further include the following steps:
step B10: determining the real-time inventory quantity corresponding to the target object based on the object parameter information, and judging whether the real-time inventory quantity is larger than or equal to a preset inventory threshold value;
in this embodiment, after receiving item parameter information corresponding to a target item, the terminal device reads the storage device to obtain an inventory table stored in advance by a technician, and screens the inventory table based on the item parameter information to determine a real-time inventory quantity corresponding to the target item, and the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to compare the real-time inventory quantity with an inventory threshold preset by the technician to determine whether the real-time inventory quantity is greater than or equal to the inventory threshold.

in this embodiment, if the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to determine that the real-time inventory number is greater than or equal to the inventory threshold, it is determined that the enterprise does not lack the target object at present, and the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to generate the inventory prompt message and directly ends the object purchasing operation.
For example, after receiving item parameter information corresponding to a target item, the terminal device first reads the storage device to obtain an item inventory table stored in advance by a technician, and then screens the item inventory table based on the item parameter information to determine a real-time inventory quantity corresponding to the target item, and then controls the product supply chain system to compare the real-time inventory quantity with an inventory threshold preset by the technician to determine whether the real-time inventory quantity is greater than or equal to the inventory threshold; and if the real-time inventory quantity is judged to be greater than or equal to the inventory threshold value by the terminal equipment through the product supply chain system, the terminal equipment determines that the enterprise does not lack the target object currently, and then the terminal equipment controls the product supply chain system to generate an excessive inventory prompt message, converts the excessive inventory prompt message into a visual interface for a user to check, and simultaneously controls the product supply chain system to cancel the object purchasing operation corresponding to the target object. Therefore, when the product chain supply system executes the object purchasing operation, the inventory condition of the object can be checked in time, when the fact that the inventory of the object is more is determined, prompt information is output in time, the object purchasing operation is canceled, and the situation that purchasing staff purchase too many object objects is avoided, so that extra purchasing cost is generated in the object purchasing process.
Further, based on the above embodiments of the data management method based on the product supply chain system according to the present application, a fourth embodiment of the data management method based on the product supply chain system according to the present application is presented herein.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a fourth embodiment of a data management method based on a product supply chain system according to the present application, as shown in fig. 5, after the step S40, the data management method based on a product supply chain system according to the present application may further include the following steps:
step C10: determining the expected delivery time of the target object based on the bill information, and acquiring real-time position information of the target object;
in this embodiment, after the terminal device stores the bill information in the storage device, the terminal device reads the bill information to acquire the expected delivery time by controlling the product supply chain system, and at the same time, the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to transmit a position acquisition request like the delivery target provider, and the target provider further detects the real-time position information of the target article and transmits the real-time position information to the terminal device, which thereby acquires the real-time position information of the target article.
Step C20: calculating real delivery time of the target object according to the real-time position information, and judging whether the real delivery time is consistent with the predicted delivery time or not;
In this embodiment, the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to calculate the actual delivery time corresponding to the target object based on the acquired real-time position information, and determines whether the actual delivery time is consistent with the estimated delivery time.
Step C30: if the real delivery time is inconsistent with the predicted delivery time, generating a target delivery route based on the real-time position information and the predicted delivery time;
in this embodiment, if the terminal device determines that the actual delivery time is inconsistent with the expected delivery time through the product supply chain system, and the actual delivery time is later than the expected delivery time, the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to re-plan the transportation route based on the real-time location information and the expected delivery time so as to generate the target transportation route.
Step C40: sending the target delivery route to the target provider for delivery of the target item by the target provider within the estimated delivery time;
in this embodiment, the terminal device transmits the generated target delivery route to the target provider for the target provider to adjust the real-time delivery route of the target item based on the target delivery route, thereby delivering the target item within the estimated delivery time.
For example, after the terminal device stores the bill information in the storage device, the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to read the bill information to acquire the expected delivery time agreed between the user and the target supplier, meanwhile, the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to transmit a position acquisition request to the target supplier, the target supplier detects the delivery state of the target object according to the position acquisition request, thereby acquiring real-time position information of the target object, and transmits the target position information to the terminal device, the terminal device acquires the real-time position information of the target position, then the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to calculate the real-time delivery time of the target object based on the acquired real-time position information, and judges whether the real-time delivery time is consistent with the expected delivery time, and then, if the real-time delivery time is judged to be inconsistent with the expected delivery time and is later than the expected delivery time, the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to perform a route planning operation based on the real-time position information and the expected delivery time, thereby generating a target delivery route, and finally, the terminal device transmits the target delivery route to the target object to the target supplier, thereby ensuring that the target object delivery route is consistent with the target object delivery time.
In this embodiment, after the terminal device stores the bill information in the storage device, the terminal device reads the bill information by controlling the product supply chain system to obtain the expected delivery time, meanwhile, the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to send a position obtaining request to the target supplier, the target supplier further detects real-time position information of the target article and sends the real-time position information to the terminal device, the terminal device obtains real-time position information of the target article, then the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to calculate real-time delivery time corresponding to the target article based on the obtained real-time position information, and judges whether the real-time delivery time is consistent with the expected delivery time, then the terminal device controls the product supply chain system to reprofing a transportation route based on the real-time position information and the expected delivery time when the real-time delivery time is inconsistent with the expected delivery time, and finally the terminal device sends the generated target transportation route to the target supplier for the target supplier to adjust the target delivery route of the target article based on the target delivery route in the expected delivery time.
Therefore, the application obtains the real-time position information of the target article after the article purchasing operation is completed by the product supply chain system, judges whether the target article can be delivered within the preset delivery time based on the real-time position information, and timely corrects the delivery route when judging that the target article can not be delivered within the preset time, so that the product supply chain system can timely track the delivery state of the target article, ensure the target article to be delivered in time, and further improve the efficiency of the article purchasing work.
Further, based on the above embodiments of the data management method based on the product supply chain system according to the present application, a fifth embodiment of the data management method based on the product supply chain system according to the present application is presented herein.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a fifth embodiment of a data management method based on a product supply chain system according to the present application, as shown in fig. 6, after the step S40, the data management method based on a product supply chain system according to the present application may further include the following steps:
step D10: detecting actual article parameters of the target article when the user acquires the target article;
in this embodiment, when the user receives the target item sent by the target provider, the terminal device invokes the product supply chain system to detect the target item, thereby obtaining an actual item parameter of the target item.
Step D20: acquiring a preset scoring rule, and determining a scoring result corresponding to the target provider based on the scoring rule and the actual article parameter;

For example, when a user receives a target item transported by a target provider, the terminal device first invokes the product supply chain system to detect the target item, thereby obtaining a real-time item parameter of the target item, then reads the storage device to obtain a scoring rule including a plurality of scoring items, and controls the product supply chain system to determine scores corresponding to the scoring items respectively based on the real-time item parameter, thereby obtaining a scoring result corresponding to the real-time item parameter, the terminal device further determines the scoring result as a scoring result corresponding to the target provider, and finally controls the product supply chain system to determine a weight value corresponding to the target provider in the provider database, and updates the weight value based on the scoring result. 1. A data management method based on a product supply chain system, wherein the data management method based on the product supply chain system is applied to purchasing a target item by a user, the method comprising:
receiving article parameter information, and screening to obtain a plurality of alternative suppliers based on the article parameter information;
receiving quotation information sent by each of a plurality of alternative suppliers, and determining a target supplier from the plurality of alternative suppliers based on the quotation information;
generating order information based on the item parameter information, and sending the order information to the target provider;
and receiving bill information corresponding to the order information sent by the target provider, and storing the bill information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of screening for a plurality of candidate suppliers based on the item parameter information comprises:
Acquiring a preset supplier database, wherein the supplier database comprises a plurality of initial suppliers;
screening a plurality of the initial suppliers based on the item parameter information to obtain a plurality of alternative suppliers.
3. The method of product supply chain system based data management of claim 2, wherein after the step of obtaining a pre-set supplier database, the method further comprises:
acquiring weight values corresponding to a plurality of initial suppliers respectively through the supplier database;
sorting the initial suppliers based on the weight values to obtain sorting results;
screening a plurality of the initial suppliers based on the sorting result and the article parameter information to obtain a plurality of alternative suppliers.
4. The method of product supply chain system based data management as recited in claim 2, wherein said step of determining a target supplier among a plurality of said alternative suppliers based on a plurality of said quotation information comprises:
acquiring historical transaction records corresponding to a plurality of alternative suppliers respectively through the supplier database, wherein the historical transaction records are generated when the alternative suppliers transact the target object with other users;
Price differences between each of the plurality of offer information and the corresponding historical transaction record are determined, and a plurality of alternative suppliers are screened based on the price differences to determine a target supplier among the plurality of alternative suppliers.
5. The method of product supply chain system based data management of claim 1, wherein after the step of receiving item parameter information, the method further comprises:
determining the real-time inventory quantity corresponding to the target object based on the object parameter information, and judging whether the real-time inventory quantity is larger than or equal to a preset inventory threshold value;
if the real-time inventory quantity is judged to be greater than or equal to the inventory threshold value, generating inventory prompt information and canceling the purchasing operation of the articles.
6. The method of product supply chain system based data management of claim 1, wherein after the step of storing the ticket information, the method further comprises:
determining the expected delivery time of the target object based on the bill information, and acquiring real-time position information of the target object;
calculating real delivery time of the target object according to the real-time position information, and judging whether the real delivery time is consistent with the predicted delivery time or not;
If the real delivery time is inconsistent with the predicted delivery time, generating a target delivery route based on the real-time position information and the predicted delivery time;
the target delivery route is sent to the target provider for delivery of the target item by the target provider within the predicted delivery time.
7. The method of product supply chain system based data management of claim 1, wherein after the step of storing the ticket information, the method further comprises:
detecting actual article parameters of the target article when the user acquires the target article;
acquiring a preset scoring rule, and determining a scoring result corresponding to the target provider based on the scoring rule and the actual article parameter;
and updating the weight value corresponding to the target provider in a provider database based on the scoring result.
