Claims (10)

1. An online coal transaction method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: the transaction platform performs coal searching and purchasing, establishes a cooperative relationship with suppliers for producing lump coal, and inputs basic data of the suppliers through the operation platform;
step 2: the suppliers manage the supplied commodities, record various basic parameters on different commodities produced by different washing and selecting processing equipment, and the trading platform inputs all commodities of all suppliers into a commodity pool;
step 3: the sales merchant enters the residence transaction platform, selects commodities from the commodity pool, self-defines titles, details, propaganda main pictures and videos of the commodities, issues on-shelf related commodities, and issues the related commodities to the popularization platform;
step 4: the buyer clients search the required coal commodities in the transaction platform according to the requirements of the buyer clients, establish orders and determine;
step 5: the transaction platform performs order performance, sends the order to the supplier, and the supplier performs delivery;
step 6: the transaction platform contacts with a logistics merchant, the logistics merchant dispatches a driver to go to a goods source for receiving a bill, the driver extracts goods according to the order, the supplier stares at the goods source, and after the goods are loaded, the driver is transported to a destination in the order for unloading treatment;
step 7: and the transaction platform performs fund settlement, the buyer clients pay the purchased funds, and the transaction is ended.

The coal online transaction method according to claim 1, wherein: the basic data comprises: vendor type, name, mining area, operation type, personal information of responsible person, location of mining area and coal type; the basic parameters include: block name, coal type, inventory, heating value, sulfur content, volatile, total moisture, ash content and screening mode.
3. The coal online transaction method according to claim 2, wherein: the commodity pool displays basic data and basic parameters of each commodity in detail, and the required target commodity can be searched and screened in the commodity pool through the basic data and the basic parameters.
4. A method of coal on-line trading as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the basic data and basic parameters of the shelf commodity can not be modified.

The coal online transaction method according to claim 4, wherein: and the price of the trading platform is used for pricing each commodity according to different parameters of each commodity, platform operators update the price and index of the commodity in the commodity pool every day, and the price and index of the commodity can be immediately synchronized to the commodity of the selling merchant.

The coal online transaction method according to claim 1, wherein: the buyer client searches the required coal commodity in the transaction platform according to own requirements, namely the transaction platform is internally provided with coal market information and coal communities, the buyer client knows different parameters of different coals through the coal market information and the coal communities, searches the required coal commodity list in the transaction platform in a quotation and recommendation inquiring mode, clicks the required coal commodity in the commodity list, enters a sales interface of the coal commodity, can check a propaganda main picture and a video set by a sales merchant at the sales interface, knows detailed information of the coal commodity, contacts with the sales merchant, further knows other information of the coal commodity, and then performs ordering treatment.

The coal online transaction method according to claim 1, wherein: the trade platform performs order performance to determine the order again after the buyer clients place orders, the order delivery adopts two forms, one is purchasing direct sales and the other is inventory delivery, sales merchants are divided into self-operating sellers and third-party sellers corresponding to the purchasing direct sales, wherein the self-operating sellers send the order to the suppliers through the trade platform to enable the suppliers to serve as goods sources to send the goods to the clients, the third-party sellers purchase the goods from the suppliers in advance, store the goods in warehouses of the self-operating sellers, and the warehouses serve as goods sources to send the goods to the clients.

the commodity pool module is used for storing various commodities provided by a provider and storing various attributes of the various commodities;

the client display module is used for providing clients for searching commodities and checking various attributes of the commodities;
the transaction management module is used for making clients order for transaction, and the transaction platform distributes orders to suppliers and sales merchants;
the logistics management module is used for carrying out material transportation management, so that a logistics merchant carries out material dispatch according to order information;
and the fund settlement module is used for carrying out purchase settlement, sales settlement and logistics settlement and distributing funds to suppliers, sales merchants and material merchants.

A coal online transaction apparatus comprising a service processor and a distributed memory, the service processor being coupled to the memory, the distributed memory having a service self-manager stored therein and configured to store machine-readable instructions, the service processor executing the service self-manager, the instructions when executed by the processor, to implement the coal online transaction method of claims 1-8.
