Abstract

Claims (10)
1. A comprehensive intelligent rural electric commerce and people-benefiting service system is characterized by comprising an online service end and an offline service end, wherein the online service end comprises an electric commerce module, a logistics module, a storage module and a financial module; the offline service end comprises entity franchises of regional partners, county and town level partners and village level partners;
the e-commerce module is used for providing commodity online transaction for farmers or merchants; the logistics module is used for providing logistics service for commodity transaction for management; the warehousing module is used for warehousing and managing brand commodities which are directly delivered to the system by brand merchants; the financial module is used for providing guarantee, deposit or loan service for farmers or merchants.

The integrated intelligent rural electric commerce and people benefiting service system according to claim 1, wherein the e-commerce module comprises an information management sub-module, a display sub-module, an information interaction sub-module, a real-time help sub-module, a query sub-module, a transaction monitoring sub-module and a transaction feedback sub-module; the information management submodule is used for managing merchant information, user information and commodity information; the display submodule is used for displaying commodity information and industry hot information; the information interaction sub-module is used for providing a real-time communication interface for merchants and users; the real-time help sub-module is used for providing real-time online help information for a user and guiding the user to carry out effective operation; the query submodule is used for retrieving commodity information, providing a plurality of query modes and returning matched commodity information according to the retrieval field; the transaction monitoring submodule is used for monitoring and managing the order and the payment information; and the transaction feedback submodule is used for storing and displaying after-sale evaluation information of the user and the merchant.

The integrated intelligent rural electric commerce and people benefiting service system according to claim 1, wherein the logistics module comprises a logistics contract sub-module, a logistics tracking sub-module, a logistics cost sub-module and a logistics processing sub-module; the logistics contract submodule is used for generating a logistics contract, the logistics tracking submodule is used for tracking logistics, the logistics expense submodule is used for settling logistics expense, and the logistics processing submodule is used for processing returned goods.

The integrated intelligent rural electric commerce and people benefiting service system according to claim 1, wherein the warehousing module comprises a warehouse management sub-module, a purchase management sub-module and a report generation sub-module; the warehouse management submodule is used for managing warehouse products; the purchasing management module is used for purchasing, receiving and warehousing operations of orders of purchasing personnel; the report generation module is used for sorting the inventory and generating report operation.

The integrated intelligent rural electric commerce and citizen service system according to claim 1, wherein the financial module comprises a guarantee sub-module, a deposit sub-module and a loan sub-module; the guarantee sub-module is used for providing financial guarantee credit business for the peasant household or the merchant; the deposit submodule is used for providing a regular deposit service for a farmer or a merchant; and the loan sub-module is used for providing loan service for the peasant household or the merchant.

The integrated intelligent rural electric commerce and people benefiting service system according to claim 2, wherein the information management submodule comprises a member management unit, a merchant management unit and a commodity management unit; the member management unit is used for providing member registration management, member level management and member preferential management; the merchant management unit is used for providing merchant authentication, merchant registration management and merchant information maintenance functions; the commodity management unit is used for providing commodity shelf loading and unloading management and commodity information publishing and modifying functions.

The integrated intelligent rural electric commerce and people benefiting service system according to claim 2, wherein the display sub-module comprises a direct broadcasting unit and a self-supporting product unit; the direct seeding unit is used for providing agricultural products for farmers for online direct seeding sale or providing original place direct seeding for high-quality merchants; the self-operation product unit is used for displaying and selling self-operation brand commodities.
8. The integrated intelligent rural electric commerce and people benefiting service system according to claim 2, wherein the query submodule comprises an in-site search unit, a classification query unit and a time-sharing query unit.

The integrated intelligent rural electric commerce and people preference service system according to claim 2, wherein the transaction monitoring submodule comprises an order processing unit and a payment unit; the order processing unit is used for order auditing, inquiring and canceling; the payment unit is used for providing a plurality of payment interfaces.
10. The integrated intelligent rural electric commerce and people benefiting service system according to claim 1, wherein the offline service end purchases goods in a mode of ordering and joint acquisition according to the needs of merchants or enterprises and the needs of farmers for purchasing goods.
