Abstract

Description

改进的窗
本发明涉及一种改进的窗,窗的窗扉铰接悬挂在其相关的窗框中。
近来,已发展到双层以及三层玻璃窗,在这些窗中,窗的玻璃经过处理以避免强烈的热辐射通过玻璃进入房间,使部分热辐射反折回大气中。按照上述方式,在夏季可以避免强烈的日光照热建筑物的房间,从而可以节约运转空气调节系统所需要的能源。在很多情况下,不需软百叶帘也已成为可能。
然而,当从夏季进到秋季和冬季时,条件发生相反的变化,在这一时期,需要避免热从热的房间通过窗散发到大气中。
根据这一点,本发明提供改进的窗,使窗可以在全年中利用由上面叙述的那种窗所产生的优点。这种可能性是通过使用下述可摆转的窗扉来实现的,这种窗扉可从在窗框中的关闭位置转过半周至一个关闭的、完全倒转的位置,并可从上述后一位置在同一方向或相反方向上进一步转动。按照上述方式,用户可以在某一时期选择他希望将窗的哪一侧面朝外和哪一侧面朝内。
下面将参照附图较详尽地叙述本发明,附图如下:
图1是通过窗扉和窗框的一部分的剖面图。
图2是框及其相关窗扉的示意图,它呈现绕枢轴转动的不同位置的窗扉。
图3是通过框包括窗扉锁定装置的按比例放大的剖面图。
图4是所述锁定装置的透视图。
下面所叙述的窗是由窗扉1和窗框2组成的。窗扉1安装在窗框2的枢轴上,窗扉1的两个角部中间的每个侧壁由两个结构成形部分3、4和用作安装玻璃的板条的第三成型部分5组成。三个成型部分3、4、5以相互平行关系延伸结构成型部分3、4是通过具有低热导率的跨接件6、7相互连接的,这样可以用来避免引起在窗扉1的外面(图1的左面)和窗扉的里面(图1的右面)之间的热对流。导衬8位于结构成型部分3和4之间。
用作安装玻璃的板条的第三成型部分5形成有一纵向边缘连接板9,纵向边缘连接板9伸过结构成型部分4,纵向边缘连接板9和相应的结构成型部分3的纵向边缘连接板10一起限定一个空间,用以接纳玻璃组件11的边缘部分,根据图1说明的实施例,组件11是由三块玻璃片组成。螺杆12是沿窗扉1的所述侧壁等间隔配置的,以便把成型部分5固定在结构成型部分3和4上,在图1中只显示了一个螺杆12。
在窗扉侧壁的螺杆插入的一面上,在靠近玻璃组件11的区域,窗扉设有封闭成型部分5的纵向边缘连接板9的盖缝条13。在成型部分5的相反的纵向边缘的区域,所述盖缝条具有横向边缘部分14。横向边缘部分14夹住成型部分5上相应形状的横向边缘部分15。横向边缘部分14可以利用螺丝16固定在横向边缘部分15上,在图1中只显示了一个螺丝16,所述螺丝是以这样的方式安置的,当窗扉1在框2内处于其关闭位置时,螺丝16暗藏在窗扉1和框2之间,这样,夜间盗窗时企图卸下窗扉是困难的。
窗扉1的内面装有和盖缝条13形状相同的盖缝条17。但是,盖缝条17只需咬合固定在结构成型部分3上,因为从这一侧接触不到螺丝12。
从图2可以看出,窗扉1可利用枢轴装置或一种本身结构公知的装置相对于框2转动。该8装置是由联杆臂18和第二联杆臂22组成。联杆臂18的一端可转动地安装在窗扉1的枢轴19上,而它的另一端设有在框中成形的槽21中移动的轴衬20。第二联杆臂22的一端可转动地安装在框2上,而它的相对的一端比窗扉上的枢轴19稍微靠内地铰接在联杆臂18上。导衬8在和槽21相平行地伸展的槽23中移动,在槽23的两端各自连续到开口通向外界的横向槽24和25上。
图3和图4表示锁定装置,其形式为可转动构件,由转动轴26、手轮27和止动装置28组成,在转动轴26的一端支承手轮27,在相对的一端支承止动装置。通过转动手轮27,止动装置28可以从在槽29内的缩进位置向下移动到在导衬8后面的锁定位置。
根据现有技术,窗扉1可以按图2中由连续线以及点划线所示的方式相对于框2摆动。根据本发明,当在横槽24中引导导衬8时,窗扉1的枢轴可以连续地以箭头30的方向在框2中定位窗扉1。现在在倒转180°的位置上,可以利用在其一端未画出的锁定装置以通常的方法锁定窗扉1,也可以利用在其相对一端的可转动装置26、27、28固定窗扉1。根据本发明,从上述位置,可以在将所述转动构件转动到松开位置后以前面相同方向向外摆动窗扉1或者以相反方向使窗扉摆回。
这样,由于根据本发明的窗扉1和框2的设计,由盖缝条13或17中的哪一个来构成外部盖缝条,以及由它们中的哪一个来构成内部盖缝条就无关重要了。至此,当以前文中所叙述的方式处理玻璃组件11以便遮断热辐射时,不管季节如何,是从内部或从外部隔开热辐射,使用根据本发明的窗都是最适宜的。由于窗的操作简便,因而可以容易地利用遮断强烈阳光的可能性。即使只有几个小时的时间有这种需要。
本发明并不局限于前述实施例,可以对其作多种变化而并不超出本发明的范围。显然,这种窗可以水平摆动,也可以垂向摆动。
权利要求书
按照条约第19条的修改
1.一种可转动的改进的窗,包括窗框(2)和窗扉(1),利用一联杆机构(18,22)可摆动地安装在窗扉(1)中点处的枢轴(19)上,所述联杆机构在有关枢轴(19)和窗框(2)之间伸展;其特征在于,在框(2)的相对的两个侧面上形成纵向槽(23),所述槽在其每一个端部接续一条通至框(2)外表面的横向槽(24,25),窗扉(1)设有在相关的一条所述纵向和横向槽(23、24、25)中移动的导衬(8),因而窗扉(1)可以从在框(2)内的关闭位置转过半周至一个关闭的、完全倒转的位置,并从所述后一位置以同一方向或以相反的方向进一步摆动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可转动的改进的窗,其特征在于:锁定装置(26、27、28)安装在框(2)的上部,为可转动构件形式,由支承手轮(27)和止动装置(28)的可转动轴(26)构成,止动装置可移向或移离导衬(8)后面的锁定位置,以便分别关闭和松开窗扉(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可转动的改进的窗,其特征在于:窗扉(1)的两个角部的中间的每个侧壁由两个以相互平行关系延伸并由具有低热导率的跨接件(6、7)相互连接的结构成型部分(3、4)构成,所述定形部分(3、4)将导衬(8)固定在其间;还由与结构成型部分(3、4)平行地伸展的第三成型部分(5)构成,所述第三成型部分(5)用作安装玻璃的板条并在其纵向边缘板(9)和一个结构成型部分(3)的纵向边缘板(10)之间限定一个空间,在该空间中用以接纳安装单一玻璃或多片玻璃组件(11)的边缘部分,设有螺丝(12)以便把用作安装玻璃的板条的成型部分(5)固定在结构成型部分(3、4)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可转动的改进的窗,其特征在于:在窗扉的插入螺丝(12)的那一侧上设有盖缝条(13),以便在邻近玻璃组件(11)的区域中包封用作安装玻璃的板条的部分(5)的纵向边缘板(9),在成型部分(5)的相对的纵向边缘区域中形成的盖缝条(13)具有横向边缘部分(14),横向边缘部分(14)以卡式连接在用作安装玻璃的板条的成型部分(5)的形状相应的横向边缘部分(15)上,并利用螺丝(16)安装在所述横向边缘部分(15)上,在窗扉(1)处于关闭位置时,螺丝(16)暗藏在框(2)和窗扉(1)之间。

Claims (5)

1.一种改进的窗,包括窗框(2)和窗扉(1),窗扉(1)利用在有关枢轴(19)和窗框(2)之间伸展的联杆机构(18,22)可转动地安装在窗扉(1)中点处的枢轴(19)上,其特征在于,窗扉(1)可以从在框(2)内的关闭位置转过半周至一个关闭的倒转位置,并可从所述的后一位置以相同的方向或以相反的方向进一步摆转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的窗,其特征在于:在框(2)的两个相对侧面上形成纵向槽(23),所述槽在其每一个端部接续一条通至框(2)外表面的横向槽(24,25),窗扉(1)设有在有关的一条所述纵向和横向槽(23、24、25)中移动的导衬(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改进的窗,其特征在于:锁定装置(26、27、28)安装在框(2)的上部,以便在所述窗扉(1)摆入框(2)内,所述导衬进入横向槽(24)之后固定导衬(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改进的窗,其特征在于:窗扉(1)的两个角部的中间的每个侧壁由两个以相互平行关系延伸并由具有低热导率的跨接件(6,7)相互连接的结构成型部分(3,4)构成,在所述成型部分(3,4)之间固定导衬(8),还由与所述结构成型部分(3,4)平行地伸展的三成型部分(5)构成,所述第三成型部分95(用作安装玻璃的板条并在其纵向边缘板(9)和结构成型部分(3)的纵向边缘板(10)之间限定一个空间,在该空间中用以接纳单一玻璃或多片玻璃组件(11)的边缘部分,为了把用作安装玻璃的板条的成型部分(5)固定在结构成型部分(3,4)上,设有螺丝(12)。
5.根据上述权利要求中的任一项所述的改进的窗,其特征在于:在窗扉的插入螺丝(12)的那一侧上安装盖缝条(13),以便在邻近玻璃组件(11)的区域中封闭用作安装玻璃的板条的成型部分(5)的纵向边缘板(9),在成型部分(5)的相对的纵向边缘区域上形成的盖缝条(13)具有横向边缘部分(14),横向边缘部分(14)以卡式连接在用作安装玻璃的板条的成型部分(5)上的形状相应的横向边缘部分(15)上,并利用螺丝(16)固定在所述横向边缘部分(15)上,在窗扉(1)的关闭位置上,所述螺丝(16)暗藏在框(2)和窗扉(1)之间。
