s2, placing 8g of oxidized paraffin and 3.5g of monohydric alcohol in a reactor for chemical mixing reaction to generate oxidized paraffin ester, heating to 100 ℃, adding 53g of microcrystalline wax, 5.5g of mineral oil, 6g of bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin type epoxy resin, 6.5g of polyethylene glycol and 2g of tween, and continuously stirring and mixing;
s3, placing a plasticizer prepared from 1g of aromatic oil and 2g of dioctyl phthalate, 1g of glycerol, an antioxidant prepared from 1g of dibutyl benzene and 1.5g of phytic acid and 4g of sodium petroleum sulfonate into another reactor, heating to 80 ℃, mixing and stirring for 13min, and cooling to room temperature;
s4, adding the mixture obtained by mixing in the step S3 into the mixture in the step S2 for mixing and stirring;
s5, heating 5g of potassium dichromate to 400 ℃, pouring the mixture into the S4, mixing and reacting for 25min, and collecting the mixture after cooling to room temperature.

s1, firstly, preparing 59g of oxidized paraffin ester, 7.5g of oxidized paraffin wax, 3.5g of monohydric alcohol, 5g of lubricating oil base oil, 5g of epoxy resin, 6g of polyethylene glycol, 2.5g of plasticizer, 1g of glycerol, 1.5g of tween, 2g of antioxidant, 3g of petroleum sodium sulfonate and 4g of potassium dichromate by weight percentage for standby;
s2, placing 7.5g of oxidized paraffin and 3.5g of monohydric alcohol in a reactor for chemical mixing reaction to generate oxidized paraffin ester, heating to 105 ℃, adding 59g of microcrystalline wax, 5g of mineral oil, 5g of bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin type epoxy resin, 6g of polyethylene glycol and 1.5g of tween, and continuously stirring and mixing;
s3, placing a plasticizer prepared from 0.5g of aromatic oil and 2g of dioctyl phthalate, 1g of glycerol, an antioxidant prepared from 1g of dibutyl benzene and 1g of phytic acid and 3g of sodium petroleum sulfonate into another reactor, heating to 85 ℃, mixing and stirring for 14min, and cooling to room temperature;
s4, adding the mixture obtained by mixing in the step S3 into the mixture in the step S2 for mixing and stirring;
s5, heating 4g of potassium dichromate to 400 ℃, pouring the mixture into the S4, mixing and reacting for 27min, and collecting the mixture after cooling to room temperature.

s2, placing 7g of oxidized paraffin and 3g of monohydric alcohol in a reactor for chemical mixing reaction to generate oxidized paraffin ester, heating to 110 ℃, adding 63g of microcrystalline wax, 4g of mineral oil, 4g of bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin type epoxy resin, 6g of polyethylene glycol and 1.5g of tween, and continuously stirring and mixing;
s3, placing 0.5g of aromatic oil, 1.5g of plasticizer prepared from dioctyl phthalate, 0.5g of glycerin, an antioxidant prepared from 1g of tertiary butyl hydroquinone and 1g of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate and 3g of petroleum sodium sulfonate into another reactor, heating to 90 ℃, mixing and stirring for 15min, and cooling to room temperature;
s4, adding the mixture obtained by mixing in the step S3 into the mixture in the step S2 for mixing and stirring;
s5, heating 4g of potassium dichromate to 400 ℃, pouring the mixture into the S4, mixing and reacting for 30min, and collecting the mixture after cooling to room temperature.
In summary, the oxidized paraffin wax of the invention can conveniently improve the surface glossiness of the antirust wax through the designed microcrystalline wax, can conveniently improve the viscosity of the antirust wax, can conveniently increase the adhesion capability of the antirust wax, can conveniently improve the adhesion to metal and the chemical corrosion resistance after being mixed by adding bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin, can conveniently reduce the brittleness of the antirust wax by using the plasticizer composed of aromatic hydrocarbon oil and dioctyl phthalate, can avoid the easy peeling and falling off of the antirust wax after being used, can further improve the adhesion capability of the oxidized paraffin wax, can effectively resist aging by oxidation of water solubility and oil solubility through an antioxidant, can effectively play an anti-oxidation effect, can conveniently play a role in protecting water solubility and oil solubility double corrosion by adding petroleum sodium sulfonate and potassium dichromate, and can conveniently play an effective antirust effect.

Claims (7)
1. The formula of the oxidized paraffin ester is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 35-63%, 7-10%, 3-5%, 4-7%, 4-8%, 6-8%, 2-5%, 0.5-2%, 1.5-3%, 2-4%, 3-6%, 4-7%.
2. An oxidized paraffin ester according to claim 1, wherein the synthetic wax is microcrystalline wax.
3. An oxidized paraffin ester according to claim 2, wherein the lubricating base oil is mineral oil.
4. An oxidized paraffin ester according to claim 3, wherein the epoxy resin is bisphenol a-epichlorohydrin type.
5. An oxidized paraffin ester according to claim 4, wherein the plasticizer is composed of aromatic hydrocarbon oil and dioctyl phthalate.
6. The oxidized paraffin ester of claim 5, wherein the antioxidant is made of at least two of dibutyl benzene, tertiary butyl hydroquinone, phytic acid, and disodium edetate.
7. A process for the preparation of an oxidized paraffin ester according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, firstly, preparing 35-63g of synthetic wax, 7-10g of oxidized paraffin wax, 3-5g of monohydric alcohol, 4-7g of lubricating oil base oil, 4-8g of epoxy resin, 6-8g of polyethylene glycol, 2-5g of plasticizer, 0.5-2g of glycerol, 1.5-3g of tween, 2-4g of antioxidant, 3-6g of sodium petroleum sulfonate and 4-7g of potassium dichromate by weight percentage for standby;
s2, placing oxidized paraffin and monohydric alcohol in a reactor for chemical mixing reaction to generate oxidized paraffin ester, heating to 80-110 ℃, adding synthetic wax, lubricating oil base oil, epoxy resin, polyethylene glycol and tween, and continuously stirring and mixing;
s3, placing the plasticizer, the glycerol, the antioxidant and the sodium petroleum sulfonate into another reactor, heating to 60-90 ℃, mixing and stirring for 10-15min, and cooling to room temperature;
s4, adding the mixture obtained by mixing in the step S3 into the mixture in the step S2 for mixing and stirring;
s5, heating the potassium dichromate to 400 ℃, pouring the mixture into the S4, mixing and reacting for 20-30min, and collecting the mixture after cooling to room temperature.
