Background

Through retrieval, the existing unhooking device is provided with a connecting rod mechanism which can be tilted upwards at an operation end, then the base is controlled to operate to the connection position of two carriages, and then the tilting mechanism is controlled to start, but the unhooking device needs to consume a large amount of time on the alignment surface of the previous position, has large equipment volume and cannot unhook in the narrow space of the adjacent carriages; greatly affecting the efficiency of unhooking.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, two inclined plates are fixed on one side of the sliding rail seat 19, which is close to the sliding seat 11, and are respectively fixed below the two rectangular sliding holes one 191, lifting wheels 21 are respectively arranged at the top ends of the two inclined plates, and the circumferential outer walls of the two lifting wheels 21 respectively abut against the lower surfaces of the rack cantilever 14 and the beam rod two 20; by providing the lift wheels 21 abutting against the lower surfaces of the rack cantilever 14 and the beam rod two 20, the load bearing capacity of the extension mechanism can be increased.
Referring to fig. 2, racks are embedded in the middle of the rack cantilever beam 14 and the second beam rod 20, a same transmission rod 25 is rotatably connected between the two connecting rods, driving gears 5 are arranged at two ends of the transmission rod 25, the driving gears 5 are meshed with the racks, a servo motor 15 is fixed at one end of the transmission rod 25, and an extension mechanism can be driven to transversely slide through the arranged driving gears 5.
Referring to fig. 3, the driving device comprises two sliding bearings embedded on the fixed plate 4, wherein the two sliding bearings are respectively connected with a guide ejector rod 18 in a sliding manner, a U-shaped roller frame 23 with a downward opening is fixed between the bottom ends of the two guide ejector rods 18, a driving roller 22 is rotatably connected in the middle of the U-shaped roller frame 23, a rubber layer is sleeved on the outer wall of the driving roller 22, a main motor is arranged at the end part of the driving roller 22, the main motor is fixed on the side surface of the U-shaped roller frame 23, the same spring baffle is fixed between the top ends of the two guide ejector rods 18, the driving roller 22 plays a role of counterweight, and a reset tension spring 17 is fixed between the lower surface of the spring baffle and the upper surface of the fixed plate 4; the driving roller 22 with the rubber layer sleeved on the outer wall and the reset tension spring 17 can play a driving role and a positioning counterweight role when in use.
Referring to fig. 5, the side surfaces of the rear rail seat are respectively provided with a second rectangular sliding hole 101 corresponding to the first rectangular sliding hole 191 near both ends, and when the rack cantilever 14 and the second beam rod 20 extend backward to the initial positions, the ends of the rack cantilever 14 and the second beam rod 20 can be hidden in the second rectangular sliding holes 101 to protect the ends.
Referring to fig. 1, a support frame 6 is arranged on the upper surface of a base 1 near the edge, a dust cover 3 is fixed on the outer wall of the support frame 6, a centrifugal fan 2 is arranged on one side of the dust cover 3 near the rear, and an air outlet of the centrifugal fan 2 faces a mechanical arm 10; the surface of the extended unhooking device can be dedusted during use.
Referring to fig. 3-4, a bearing is embedded on the upper surface of the fixing plate 4 at the air outlet of the centrifugal fan 2, and the bearing is rotatably connected with an air guide grid plate 16, a driven gear 24 is arranged at the bottom end of the air guide grid plate 16, and the side surface of the rack cantilever beam 14 is provided with teeth meshed with the driven gear 24; through the wind-guiding grid plate 16 that sets up, can change the wind direction of wind-guiding grid plate 16 when rack cantilever beam 14 withdraws the unhooking device to dust cover 3 in to last removing dust or cooling to its surface.
When the device is used, the driving roller 22 in the driving device is controlled to rotate firstly, the whole base 1 is moved to the approximate position between two carriages, then the extending mechanism on the base 1 is started to extend the fixing seat 13 and the unhooking device on the upper surface of the fixing seat to the junction of the two carriages, at the moment, along with the camera shooting mechanism at the top end of the mechanical arm 10, the unhooking pull rod at the end part of the rotating head 7 is slowly adjusted until the unhooking pull rod is hooked with the unhooking suspender of the jean hook, and then the unhooking pull rod is controlled to lift up to realize unhooking; the device can control the unhooking device to stretch out to perform unhooking and unhooking treatment on the joint when the whole device reaches the side surface in the middle of the gap between two carriages, thereby reducing the whole occupation space and the width of the unhooking device, increasing the activity flexibility of the unhooking device and protecting the mechanical arm 10 from collision.
