Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to collagen liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Daily skin moisturization is important for skin care, and skin moisturization can delay skin aging and reduce or avoid skin series problems. It has been studied that the moisture content of healthy skin horny layer should be maintained at 10% -20%, because skin shows a state of being very smooth, tender and elastic when the moisture content of skin horny layer is increased, and the skin is dry, rough, red, even chapped, etc. when the moisture content is less than 10%.
Collagen is extracted from animal skin, and the skin contains proteoglycan such as hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, etc. besides collagen, which contain a large amount of polar groups and are moisturizing factors. The collagen has the functions of purely natural moisturizing, whitening, wrinkle preventing, freckle removing and the like, and can be widely applied to cosmetic products.
At present, although the moisturizing effect of collagen is better, the moisturizing effect is not ideal enough, the moisturizing molecule permeability is not strong, the collagen cannot penetrate into the inner layer of the skin, the moisture is locked, and the lasting moisturizing effect cannot be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the effect of permanently moisturizing skin, the application provides a collagen liquid and a preparation method thereof.
The application provides a collagen liquid, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the collagen liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15-30 parts of hydrolyzed collagen;
10-20 parts of hydrolyzed wheat protein;
3-8 parts of aloe juice;
1-5 parts of sea buckthorn extract;
40-60 parts of tremella extract;
2-3 parts of glycerol;
0.8-1.5 parts of xanthan gum;
30-60 parts of water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the hydrolyzed collagen has good moisturizing and skin care effects, the collagen contains hydrophilic natural moisturizing factors, the triple helix structure can strongly lock moisture, so that the skin can be kept moist and tender at any time, the hydrolyzed collagen can directly permeate into the bottom layer of the skin, has good affinity with surrounding tissues, can assist cells to manufacture the collagen, supplements the collagen of the skin, and achieves the effects of making the skin healthy and recovering elasticity. The wheat protein hydrolysate is combined with hydrolyzed collagen and hydrolyzed wheat protein, so that the effect of lasting moisturizing is greatly improved, wheat contains rich high-quality protein, when the protein in the wheat is successfully hydrolyzed, the wheat protein is formed into a form which has smaller molecular mass and is easy to be absorbed and utilized by skin, the hydrolyzed small-molecule polypeptide contains a large number of hydrophilic groups, the wheat hydrolyzed protein can directly penetrate the skin to be absorbed through the carrier, the hydrolyzed collagen is cooperated with the hydrolyzed wheat protein, and the hydrolyzed collagen has stronger permeability to the skin as the carrier of the hydrolyzed wheat protein, and after the two proteins are organically combined and combined, the hydrolyzed collagen has better permeability to the skin, has better effect of supplementing the skin collagen, can enhance the moisturizing effect of the skin, and enables the skin to be healthy and elastic.
The aloe juice is a natural extract, contains various moisturizing components and nutritional components beneficial to human bodies, and can directly reach the deepest layer of skin due to strong permeability of the aloe juice on the basis of combining hydrolyzed collagen and hydrolyzed wheat protein, and the ultra-strong permeability of the aloe juice can lock water, carry micromolecular collagen to permeate into the skin, and recover the functions of the collagen, so that the water is locked. The sea buckthorn extract is rich in vitamins, can promote the absorption of collagen small molecules, and has stronger effects of resisting lipid peroxidation and scavenging free radicals. The moisturizing property of the xanthan gum is the same as that of the glycerol, the xanthan gum and the glycerol can be combined, moisture can be well absorbed, the skin dryness relieving effect is achieved, the xanthan gum has the moisturizing and moisturizing effects, the skin can be tightly locked with the moisture, a layer of protective natural barrier is generated on the surface layer of the skin, and the skin is not easy to be polluted by external environment.
Optionally, the collagen liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15-27 parts of hydrolyzed collagen;
10-15 parts of hydrolyzed wheat protein;
3-5 parts of aloe juice;
1-4 parts of sea buckthorn extract;
40-55 parts of tremella extract;
2-3 parts of glycerol;
0.8-1.5 parts of xanthan gum;
30-60 parts of water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the proportion of each component is optimized, so that the components exert the performance and achieve the synergistic effect at the same time, and the skin achieves the effects of lasting moisturizing.
Optionally, the molecular weight of the hydrolyzed wheat protein is 2000-3000Da.
By adopting the technical scheme, the wheat protein is prepared by taking protein extracted from wheat as a raw material, decomposing macromolecular plant protein into small molecules in a hydrolysis mode, and enabling small molecule polypeptides to be easily absorbed and have strong biological activity. The hydrolyzed wheat protein is easier to be absorbed by skin, has the effects of moisturizing, resisting oxidation, softening and refining skin, and increasing skin elasticity.
Optionally, the molecular weight of the hydrolyzed collagen is 3000-6000Da.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the collagen that hydrolyzes is through collagen hydrolysis processing, and the relative molecular mass after the hydrolysis is less, and the solubility is good, is absorbed by the human body more easily, can also promote the absorption of skin to other proteins simultaneously to play the effect of tightening skin, and have fine moisturizing effect, can lock the moisture in the skin at a great extent and not lost.
Optionally, the hydrolyzed collagen is a powdery product prepared by taking animal collagen as a raw material and performing treatments such as purification and purification.
