When the exhaust fan is in operation, the fan assembly rotates in the machine shell 1, the machine shell 1 sucks air in a factory building, then the air is exhausted through an air outlet at the other side of the machine shell 1, oily dirt in the air is adhered to the surface of the filter screen 11 when the air smoke passes through the filter screen 11, and the pores of the filter screen 11 are gradually blocked along with use, and when the blocking degree of the filter screen 11 is gradually increased, the impact force of air flow generated by the air suction of the exhaust fan on the filter screen 11 is synchronously increased; the filter screen 11 is slidably connected in the casing 1, the side guide rod 3 passes through the supporting plate 31, the guide rod 3 is connected with the first bracket 32 fixed on the supporting plate 31 through the limiting spring, therefore, the filter screen 11 is limited at first, the limiting spring is compressed along with the gradual increase of the impact force, the filter screen 11 drives the guide rod 3 to gradually move, the guide rod 3 gradually approaches the first trigger switch 33 until the pressed button of the first trigger switch 33 is pressed, the water suction pump 22 is controlled to start when the pressed button of the first trigger switch 33 is pressed, the water suction pump 22 is still continuously started for a period of time when the pressed button of the first trigger switch 33 is not pressed any more, the water suction pump 22 pumps cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 2 into the water spray head 23 through the guide pipe 21, the water spray head 23 sprays the cleaning liquid into the casing 1, the air flow moves along with the operation of the exhaust fan to wash the filter screen 11, the oily dirt adhered on the surface of the filter screen 11 is gradually removed, then the blockage on the surface of the filter screen 11 is removed through the exhaust outlet of the casing 1, the reset movement of the guide rod 3 is driven by the effect 11 of the limiting spring, and the water suction pump 22 is started for a period of time is automatically ended, and the exhaust fan is cleaned; wherein when the spray head 23 sprays the cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid needs to pass through the atomizing head 231, and the atomizing head 231 sprays the cleaning liquid in a mist form, so that the contact area between the cleaning liquid and the filter screen 11 is increased; when the first trigger switch 33 is pressed, the vibrator 12 is controlled to start, and the starting time is set to be a period of time, that is, when the first trigger switch 33 is not pressed any more, the vibrator 12 is still continuously started for a period of time, and when the cleaning liquid and the filter screen 11 are released to clean oily dirt, the vibrator 12 starts to cause the exhaust fan to oscillate, and the filter screen 11 oscillates synchronously.
When the exhaust fan is used, the isolation cover 35 isolates the first trigger switch 33, so that oil stains are prevented from being damaged by contacting with the first trigger switch; when the device is used, the isolation cylinder 34 can plug the insertion gap between the guide rod 3 and the support plate 31, so that oil stains are prevented from entering the insertion gap, and the friction force between the guide rod 3 and the support plate 31 is increased; when the first trigger switch 33 is pressed, the driving motor 43 is started, the starting time is set to be a period of time, namely, when the driving motor 43 is pressed, the button is not pressed any more, the driving motor 43 still continuously starts for a period of time, the driving motor 43 drives the friction wheel 42 to rotate, the push rod 4 is driven to move towards the inside of the liquid storage tank 2 through friction force when the friction wheel 42 rotates, the liquid pushing plate 41 in the liquid storage tank 2 presses the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 2 through the action of the push rod 4, the cleaning liquid keeps a certain hydraulic pressure, and the cleaning liquid is flushed to the communicating position between the guide pipe 21 and the liquid storage tank 2 when being pressed, so as to ensure that the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 2 can be completely used along with the compression of the inner space of the liquid storage tank 2, the liquid pushing plate 41 is contacted with the inner wall of the liquid storage tank 2, the cleaning liquid attached to the inner wall of the liquid storage tank 2 is pushed, and the cleaning liquid is prevented from continuously remaining in the liquid storage tank 2 to generate peculiar smell; when the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 2 is used, the ejector rod 4 moves to the deepest part of the liquid storage tank 2, the ejector rod 4 drives the pressing plate 46 to press the pressed button of the second trigger switch 45, and an early warning device is arranged in the exhaust fan and is controlled to be opened and closed by the second trigger switch 45; wherein the output of the drive motor 43 passes through the isolation sleeve; the driving motor 43 isolates the shell of the driving motor from the outside through the isolating sleeve, so that the use of the driving motor 43 is protected; when the friction wheel 42 rotates, the friction blocks 421 in the side grooves are thrown out by centrifugal force and are connected by the tension springs, and the friction blocks 421 improve the contact friction range with the ejector rod 4; exhaust fan exhaust air enters the filter box 52 through the air outlet pipe 51, oil dirt carried in the air during cleaning enters liquid water in the filter box 52, then the air is discharged through an air outlet on the top surface of the filter box 52, and the air with the oil dirt is placed to fall on the roof of a factory building, so that pollution is caused.

the shell (1) is a shell of the integral exhaust fan, and a fan assembly is arranged in the shell;
the filter screen (11) is positioned at the air inlet of the shell (1), and a space exists between the surface of the filter screen and the end part of the air inlet of the shell (1);
the liquid storage tanks (2) are provided with a plurality of annular peripheral surfaces which are uniformly arranged on the shell (1);
a conduit (21) which is arranged on the surface of the liquid storage tank (2) and is communicated with the liquid storage tank (2);
a water suction pump (22) which is arranged at the end part of the conduit (21) far away from the liquid storage tank (2) and is communicated with the conduit (21);
a water spray head (23) which is arranged on the bottom surface of the water pump (22) and is communicated with the water outlet of the water pump (22);
the bearing holes (24) are arranged and uniformly formed in the annular peripheral surface of the shell (1), and the orifices are positioned between the end surface of the air inlet of the shell (1) and the filter screen (11); the water spraying head (23) is inserted into the receiving hole (24), and the spraying outlet of the water spraying head (23) points to the inside of the shell (1);
the guide rod (3) is vertically arranged on one surface of the filter screen (11) facing the center of the shell (1);
the supporting plate (31) is arranged on the inner wall of the shell (1) and is positioned between the fan assembly and the filter screen, and the guide rod (3) penetrates through the supporting plate (31);
the first bracket (32) is fixedly connected to one surface of the supporting plate (31) far away from the filter screen (11);
the first trigger switch (33) is arranged on the surface of the first bracket (32) and has a gap with the end part of the guide rod (3); when the guide rod (3) moves towards the direction approaching the first trigger switch (33), the pressed button of the first trigger switch (33) can be pressed; the water pump (22) is controlled to be opened and closed by a first trigger switch (33); a limiting spring is arranged between the guide rod (3) and the first bracket (32);
a plurality of vibrators (12) are uniformly arranged on the annular peripheral surface of the shell (1), and the opening and closing of the vibrators (12) are controlled by a first trigger switch (33);
a pair of ejector rods (4) are connected with the side surface of the liquid storage tank (2) in a penetrating and inserting mode, a liquid pushing plate (41) is arranged at one end, located inside the liquid storage tank (2), of the ejector rods (4), the size of the liquid pushing plate (41) is matched with that of the liquid storage tank (2), and cleaning liquid inside the liquid storage tank (2) is extruded along with the movement of the liquid pushing plate (41) inside the liquid storage tank (2); the side surface of the part of the ejector rod (4) positioned outside the liquid storage tank (2) is provided with a friction wheel (42), the top surface of the friction wheel (42) is provided with a driving motor (43), and the opening and closing of the driving motor (43) is controlled by a first trigger switch (33); a second bracket (44) is arranged between the driving motor (43) and the liquid storage tank (2), and the ejector rod (4) is driven by friction force between the ejector rod and the friction wheel (42) when the friction wheel (42) rotates.
