Description

Traditional Chinese medicine raw material composition, pharmaceutical composition and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine raw material composition for treating breast diseases, a pharmaceutical composition and application thereof.
Background
Breast diseases belong to benign diseases of the breast, and the incidence rate thereof has been on the rise in recent years. The advanced age is between 20 and 40 years and more than 50% of patients are young, unfounded females.
Mammary gland diseases including mastitis and hyperplasia of mammary glands are common and frequent diseases of women, are well developed in women aged 30-50 years, often appear or aggravate along with menstrual discharge or bad emotion, and are related to menstrual history, inoculation history, lactation history, contraceptive administration history, dietary structure and social psychological factors, and the main symptoms are as follows: 1. breast pain; 2. a lump in the breast; 3. mammary gland overflow.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the nipple belongs to the branch of the liver meridian, the breast is the circulation of the stomach meridian, the kidney meridian enters the breast, and the breast distending pain during the menstruation has close relation with the liver, the kidney and the stomach. "surgical Authence" cloud: the liver meridian of nipple jueyin belongs to the stomach meridian of breast Yangming, and the cloud: depression hurts liver, thinking hurts spleen, and people who want to feel heart and want to feel hard feel, cause distension and astringency of channels and collaterals, coalesce and nucleate, just like bean big, gradually get chess pieces. Therefore, the breast diseases have a large relationship with liver and spleen, and also have a very close relationship with kidney, stomach and thoroughfare vessels, and the pathogenesis of the breast diseases is that the qi and blood of the breast are not smooth, and the breast is not general; or malnutrition of the milk collaterals, pain due to lack of nourishment.
The principle of treating the breast diseases is to reduce the wound of the patient as much as possible on the basis of the same curative effect. However, there is currently a lack of effective methods of conservative treatment.
