1. A portable handheld device for use in a water fall alert, the portable handheld device comprising: a water falling detection module, an MOB alarm module, an audible and visual alarm module, a DSC distress call module and a VHF emergency call module,
the water falling detection module is respectively connected with the MOB alarm module and the audible and visual alarm module, wherein the water falling detection module is used for triggering the MOB alarm module and the audible and visual alarm module to alarm after detecting that the portable handheld device falls into water;
the DSC distress call module is connected with the DSC distress call key and is used for sending a distress call signal to a first preset channel after the DSC distress call key is detected to be pressed;
the VHF emergency call module is connected with the VHF emergency call key and is used for establishing emergency lifesaving communication with a second preset channel after the VHF emergency call key is detected to be pressed.
2. The portable handheld device for water fall warning of claim 1, wherein the water fall detection module comprises:
the detection unit is used for triggering the MOB alarm module and the audible and visual alarm module to alarm when detecting that the falling induction voltage reaches a preset voltage threshold.
3. The portable handheld device for water fall warning of claim 1, wherein the MOB warning module comprises:
the Beidou/GPS receiving unit is used for receiving real-time satellite positioning information of the portable handheld device;
and the AIS transmitting unit is used for generating an AIS position information report according to the real-time satellite positioning information and transmitting the AIS position information report to the AIS receiver.
4. The portable handheld device for water fall warning of claim 1, wherein the audible and visual warning module comprises:
and the audible and visual alarm unit is used for giving out alarm sound when triggering an alarm and flashing and emitting light.
5. The portable handheld device for water fall alerting of claim 1, wherein the DSC distress call module comprises:
the DSC distress call triggering unit is used for detecting whether a DSC distress call key is pressed down or not;
and the DSC distress call communication unit is used for sending the distress call signal to the first preset channel when the DSC distress call key is detected to be pressed.
6. The portable handheld device for water fall alerting of claim 1, wherein the VHF emergency call module comprises:
the VHF emergency call triggering unit is used for detecting whether the VHF emergency call key is pressed or not;
the VHF emergency call communication unit is used for establishing emergency lifesaving communication with the second preset frequency channel when the VHF emergency call key is pressed.
7. The portable handheld device for water fall warning of claim 1, further comprising: a power explosion-proof module;
the power supply explosion-proof module is connected with a power supply of the portable handheld device and is used for filtering ripple signals so as to reduce impact of high pulse signals on the power supply.
8. The portable handheld device for water fall warning of claim 1, wherein the overall density of the portable handheld device is less than 0.1.
9. The portable hand-held device for water fall warning of claim 1, wherein the housing and battery of the portable hand-held device are sealed with a waterproof ring, the speaker, lens and speaker of the portable hand-held device are sealed with a waterproof adhesive, and the microphone of the portable hand-held device is sealed with a waterproof sound-permeable membrane.
10. The portable handheld device for water fall warning according to claim 1, wherein the portable handheld device has a transmitting frequency range of 155.700MHz-161.450MHz and a receiving frequency range of 155.700MHz-163.425MHz.
