Abstract
本发明涉及一种轻质泥态固化土及制备方法,包括固化剂:0.08~0.2、淤泥:1、发泡剂:0.1~0.2;固化剂包括水泥、矿渣粉或粉煤灰、生石灰、生石膏;水泥质量份数为50%~60%、矿渣粉或粉煤灰质量份数为25%~35%,生石灰质量份数为5%~8%,所述生石膏质量份数为3%~5%;淤泥含水量为40%~100%,容重为14kN/m3~18kN/m3,有机质含量≤10%;发泡剂浓度为2g/L~5g/L;发泡剂包括稳定剂,稳定剂浓度为1g/L~3g/L。利用发泡剂,并将发泡剂水溶液制备成泡沫,与掺加固化剂的淤泥按照一定的比例混合搅拌,配置成达到了轻质、高强、高流动、节能、耐久的轻质泥态固化土。

技术领域
本发明涉及水泥基外加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种轻质泥态固化土及制备方法。
背景技术
固化剂是指掺入基土后,通过与基土、水、空气的物理或化学反应,改善基土工程性能的材料,可以用于土壤加固的材料十分广泛,从外观形态上可分为粉体固化材料和液体固化材料,从材料组成上可分为无机类固化材料、有机类固化材料、生物型固化材料和复合型固化材料等,常用的无机类固化材料有水泥、矿渣、粉煤灰、石灰、硅酸钠等,施工稳定性好,成本低,常用的有机类固化材料为高分子材料类,其用量少,运输方便,便于强度控制。目前的固化剂,无论是粉体型还是液体型,都具有改善土质等特点,但基本上均需要机械夯实等过程,不具有流动性、结构性及轻质性,同时耐久性较差。
发明内容
本发明提出一种轻质泥态固化土及制备方法,利用发泡剂,并将发泡剂水溶液制备成泡沫,与掺加固化剂的淤泥按照一定的比例混合搅拌,配置成达到了轻质、高强、高流动、节能、耐久的轻质泥态固化土。
为了解决上述背景技术中的问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种轻质泥态固化土,包括以下质量份数的固化剂0.08~0.2份、淤泥1份、发泡剂0.1~0.2份;
所述固化剂包括水泥、矿渣粉或粉煤灰、生石灰、生石膏;所述水泥质量份数为50%~60%、所述矿渣粉或粉煤灰质量份数为25%~35%,所述生石灰质量份数为5%~8%,所述生石膏质量份数为3%~5%;
所述淤泥含水量为40%~100%,容重为14kN/m3~18kN/m3,有机质含量≤10%;
所述发泡剂浓度为2g/L~5g/L;所述发泡剂包括稳定剂,所述稳定剂浓度为1g/L~3g/L。
优选的,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇硫酸铵中一种或数种。
优选的,所述稳定剂为一二轻乙基月桂酞胺或动物胶中一种或数种。
一种轻质泥态固化土的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将淤泥去杂质后,与所述固化剂进行搅拌,制成固化土;
S2,将制成的固化土中加入水,搅拌后制备为流动度为170~210mm的泥态固化土;
S3,将发泡剂与稳定剂混合后放入搅拌容器中进行搅拌,配置成泡沫物;搅拌的速度不小于3000r/min,搅拌时间不小于5min,搅拌时向搅拌容器中吹送压缩空气;
S4,将S3中泡沫物与S2中泥态固化土进行混合并搅拌,泡沫体积为0.1~0.2L/m3;泥态固化土体积为1m3,制得轻质泥态固化土。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益的技术效果:
1.轻质性:轻质泥态固化土容重变化范围在700~1500kg/m3之间,是水容重(1000kg/m3)的65~95%,是土容重(约1900~2000kg/m3)的35~50%。
2.不可压缩及高强性:形成强结构性土,压缩性低,7天无侧限抗压强度在0.3~1.5MPa。可根据固化剂掺量形成不同强度、不同密度的轻质泥态固化土。
3.高流动性:流动度为170~210(mm)之间,无需碾压施工,可实现机械化泵送浇筑,施工速度快。
4.结构性:固化后轻质泥态固化土无侧向压力,对挡土墙、地下室侧墙等结构无侧向土压力。
5.可消纳淤泥、泥浆、特殊土壤等土壤废弃物,达到环保的要求。
6.耐久性:水稳性好,在长期浸水条件下强度不衰竭,抗疲劳性能好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种轻质泥态固化土,包括以下质量份数的固化剂0.08~0.2份、淤泥1份、发泡剂0.1~0.2份;
固化剂包括水泥、矿渣粉或粉煤灰、生石灰、生石膏;水泥质量份数为50%~60%、矿渣粉或粉煤灰质量份数为25%~35%,生石灰质量份数为5%~8%,生石膏质量份数为3%~5%;在另一实施例中,水泥质量份数为52%~60%、矿渣粉或粉煤灰质量份数为27%~35%,生石灰质量份数为5%~8%,生石膏质量份数为3%~5%;
淤泥含水量为40%~100%,容重为14kN/m3~18kN/m3,有机质含量≤10%;
发泡剂浓度为2g/L~5g/L;发泡剂包括稳定剂,稳定剂浓度为1g/L~3g/L;
发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇硫酸铵中一种或数种。
稳定剂为一二轻乙基月桂酞胺或动物胶中一种或数种。
实施例2
一种轻质泥态固化土的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将淤泥去杂质后,与固化剂进行搅拌,制成固化土;
S2,将制成的固化土中加入水,搅拌后制备为流动度为170~210mm的泥态固化土;
S3,将发泡剂与稳定剂混合后放入搅拌容器中进行搅拌,配置成泡沫物;搅拌的速度不小于3000r/min,搅拌时间不小于5min,搅拌时向搅拌容器中吹送压缩空气;
S4,将S3中泡沫物与S2中泥态固化土进行混合并搅拌,泡沫体积为0.1~0.2L/m3;泥态固化土体积为1m3,制得轻质泥态固化土。
实施例3
如某沿海地区淤泥,含水量为60%,容重16.5kN/m3,取淤泥1160kg,固化剂掺量125kg,加入水290kg,充分搅拌制备成容重为14.5kg/m3,含水量为100%的泥态固化土,加入发泡剂和稳定剂制备好的泡沫0.15L,并进行充分搅拌,经试验测得轻质泥态固化土容重7.2kN/m3,天无侧限抗压强度0.31Mpa。

1.一种轻质泥态固化土,其特征在于:包括以下质量份数的固化剂0.08~0.2份、淤泥1份、发泡剂0.1~0.2份;
所述固化剂包括水泥、矿渣粉或粉煤灰、生石灰、生石膏;所述水泥质量份数为50%~60%、所述矿渣粉或粉煤灰质量份数为25%~35%,所述生石灰质量份数为5%~8%,所述生石膏质量份数为3%~5%;
所述淤泥含水量为40%~100%,容重为14kN/m3~18kN/m3,有机质含量≤10%;
所述发泡剂浓度为2g/L~5g/L;所述发泡剂包括稳定剂,所述稳定剂浓度为1g/L~3g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述轻质泥态固化土,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇硫酸铵中一种或数种。
3.根据权利要求1所述轻质泥态固化土,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为一二轻乙基月桂酞胺或动物胶中一种或数种。
4.一种轻质泥态固化土的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将淤泥去杂质后,与所述固化剂进行搅拌,制成固化土;
S2,将制成的固化土中加入水,搅拌后制备为流动度为170~210mm的泥态固化土;
S3,将发泡剂与稳定剂混合后放入搅拌容器中进行搅拌,配置成泡沫物;搅拌的速度不小于3000r/min,搅拌时间不小于5min,搅拌时向搅拌容器中吹送压缩空气;
S4,将S3中泡沫物与S2中泥态固化土进行混合并搅拌,泡沫体积为0.1~0.2L/m3;泥态固化土体积为1m3,制得轻质泥态固化土。
