The intelligent control all-in-one machine 5 comprises a main body with a display screen, a signal receiver and a controller; the signal receiver and the controller are respectively arranged in the main body and are connected with the integrated medical equipment unit 17 and the integrated radiographic image unit 6 through cables, the cables are laid in the wire grooves of the bottom wall of the shelter 1, and the signal receiver transmits the received image information of the medical equipment and the integrated radiographic image unit 6 to the display screen for imaging. The display screen adopts the touch display screen, divide into information display area and parameter control area, and display area includes in this scheme: an electrocardiograph monitoring information display area, a breathing machine information display area, a radiological image information display area, a biochemical index information display area and a syringe pump information display area; wherein, the electrocardiograph monitoring information display area displays the electrocardiograph information of the sick and wounded transmitted by the monitor 22, the breathing machine information display area displays the working state of the breathing machine 26, the radiological image information display area displays the radiological image of the integrated radiological image unit 6, the biochemical index information display area displays the information of the blood of the sick and wounded, and the injection pump information display area displays the working state of the injection pump 20. The parameter control area can control the switching of the modes of the surgical electric knife 21 and the oxygen concentration, the oxygen flow, the transfusion speed and the surgical electric knife 21 provided for the wounded in the operation by manually inputting parameters on the touch screen by an operator, wherein the oxygen concentration and the oxygen flow are controlled by transmitting manually-input parameter signals to a valve of the breathing machine 26 through a controller, the transfusion speed is controlled by transmitting manually-input parameter signals to the injection pump 20 through the controller, and the switching of the modes of the surgical electric knife 21 is controlled by transmitting manually-input parameter signals to the electric knife 21 through the controller.
The technical scheme adopts a square cabin with a turnover plate type double-expansion structure, and an operating table, an integrated medical equipment unit, an integrated radiographic unit and an intelligent control integrated machine are arranged in the square cabin. Wherein the shelter provides storage and operative execution space for the above equipment. The integrated medical equipment unit can accommodate medical equipment and also can be used as a supporting component of an operating table, and in addition, the integrated medical equipment unit integrates more than 3 kinds of medical equipment into one standard box body. And the integrated radiographic image unit integrates various radiographic image devices. The intelligent control integrated machine integrates the display screens and part of control functions of the integrated medical equipment unit and the integrated radiographic image unit. According to the technical scheme, the problem of huge transportation volume and long unfolding time caused by low integration level of the field surgical platform equipment is solved through integration of the medical equipment.
Embodiment one:
as shown in fig. 4, 2 standard boxes 34 are arranged in the shelter 1, and each standard box comprises a first standard box and a second standard box, and the external dimensions of the 2 standard boxes are 800mm long, 600mm wide and 600mm high. When the integrated mobile platform for field surgery is removed, the support plate 18 of the operating table 10 is placed in a first standard box, and the frame 23 and the slide rails are placed in a second standard box and placed in the buffer zone 16.
Embodiment two:
as shown in fig. 4, a transfer unit 14 is also provided in the shelter 1 for pre-operative preparation, post-operative viewing and transfer of the sick and wounded. The transfer unit 14 includes an upper cover, a cabin, an oxygen storage device, and a micro-environmental control device. The upper cover is connected with the cabin body through a hinge, the upper cover and the cabin body are surrounded to form a closed area, and the cabin body is detachably connected with the bottom wall of the shelter 1 through a binding belt. In this scheme, oxygen storage equipment adopts 2 small-size oxygen cylinders to set up in the inside left and right sides of cabin, and 2 oxygen cylinders all are provided with the air outlet valve, and the degree of opening and the closure of air outlet valve are controlled by micro-environment control equipment. The micro-environment control equipment is internally provided with an oxygen concentration sensor and preset with an oxygen content threshold value, judges the quantity of the oxygen content by comparing the obtained oxygen content value with the threshold value, and controls the opening degree and closing of the outlet valves of the 2 oxygen cylinders based on the quantity of the oxygen content. The micro-environment control device is internally provided with an air purifier which can purify the air in the cabin of the transfer unit 14. The temperature and humidity adjusting device is also arranged in the micro-environment control device, so that the temperature and humidity in the cabin of the transferring unit 14 can be automatically adjusted. The micro-environment control equipment is internally provided with an air pressure adjusting device which can automatically adjust the air pressure in the cabin of the transfer unit 14.
Embodiment III:
as shown in fig. 4, a craniocerebral puncture unit 4 is also provided in the shelter 1 for assisting a doctor in craniocerebral puncture operation. The craniocerebral puncture unit 4 comprises a mechanical arm, an imaging device, a computer workstation and a base. The mechanical arm adopts a multi-connecting-rod structure, each connecting rod is connected by a hinge, the lower end of the mechanical arm is connected with the base by the hinge, and the mechanical arm can replace the arm of a doctor to implement craniocerebral puncture operation for a sick and wounded under the control of the doctor, so that the stability and the accuracy of the operation are improved. The imaging device is fixedly arranged on the base and used for displaying images in operation. The computer workstation is fixedly arranged on the base and is used for integrally controlling the operation process. The craniocerebral puncture unit 4 is disposed within the operating field 3 both when the shelter 1 is deployed and withdrawn.
Also provided in shelter 1 are medical auxiliary units distributed over operating area 3 and buffer area 16, including but not limited to: surgical stool 7, instrument table 8, medical trash can 9, operating lamp, instrument cabinet 11, sterilizer 12 and hand washer 15. The operation stool 7 is placed in the operation area 3 and is used for supporting the body of a doctor during operation; the instrument table 8 is connected with a bracket through a hinge, can be detachably arranged on one side of the operating table 10 during operation, and is used for placing instruments during operation. The medical waste bin 9 is placed in the operation area 3 for placing waste medical waste. The operating lamp is embedded and arranged on the top wall of the operating area 3 and used for operating illumination. An instrument cabinet 11 and a sterilizer 12 are placed in the operation area 3, the instrument cabinet 11 is used for accommodating surgical instruments, and the sterilizer 12 is used for sterilizing the surgical instruments. The hand washer 15 is provided with a water bag which can store a certain amount of hand washing water, and the hand washer 15 is placed in the buffer area 16 for the pre-operation hand disinfection of doctors.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. Claims (10)

1. An integrated mobile platform for field surgery, comprising:
the square cabin (1) adopts a turnover plate type double expansion structure;
the operating table (10) is arranged in the square cabin (1), and a sliding rail is fixedly arranged on the lower end surface of the operating table (10);
the integrated medical equipment unit (17) comprises a box body (24) and medical equipment, wherein the box body (24) is detachably arranged at the lower end of the sliding rail during operation; the medical device is mounted inside the housing (24);
an integrated radiological image unit (6) arranged in the square cabin (1) and used for carrying out radiological image scanning of more than 2 modes on the body of the sick and wounded;
the intelligent control integrated machine (5) is arranged in the square cabin (1), adopts a computer integrated machine structure and is used for displaying the image information of the integrated medical equipment unit (17) and the integrated radiological image unit (6) and controlling the parameters of the medical equipment.

The integrated mobile platform for field surgery according to claim 1, wherein a partition board (13) provided with cabin doors is arranged in the front-rear direction inside the square cabin (1), and the partition board (13) divides the internal space of the square cabin (1) into an operation area (3) and a buffer area (16); the operating table (10), the integrated medical equipment unit (17), the integrated radiological imaging unit (6) and the intelligent control integrated machine (5) are arranged in the operating area (3); the buffer zone (16) is provided with a transfer unit (14) and 2 standard boxes (34).

The integrated mobile platform for field surgery according to claim 1, wherein the front wall of the shelter (1) is provided with a loading and unloading hook assembly (2) on the outer side for dragging connection between the shelter (1) and loading and unloading equipment during transportation and carrying.

The integrated mobile surgical field platform of claim 1, wherein the operating table (10) comprises a plurality of support plates (18) and 1 frame (23), the plurality of support plates (18) being respectively articulated to the frame (23) by hinges and forming a flat bed plate; each hinge is driven by a motor and drives the supporting plate (18) to swing respectively and is used for adjusting the body position of a sick and wounded on the supporting plate (18); a plurality of support plates (18), frames (23) and slide rails are respectively arranged in 2 standard boxes (34).

The field surgical integrated motorized platform of claim 1, wherein the slide rail comprises a rail, a slide slot, and a bearing; the track is fixedly connected with the frame (23); the sliding groove is connected with the integrated medical equipment unit (17) through a bolt with adjustable height; the track is clamped in the chute and supported by the bearing.

The integrated mobile platform for field surgery according to claim 1, wherein the bottom wall of the box (24) is provided with a wire slot and the side wall is provided with a through hole; the wire groove is communicated with the hole and is used for laying a cable connected between the medical equipment and the intelligent control integrated machine (5); the medical equipment inside the box body (24) is not less than 3, and the medical equipment not less than 3 is detachably arranged on the inner wall of the box body (24) through a buckling structure respectively.

The integrated mobile platform for open-air surgery according to claim 1, characterized in that the integrated radiographic unit (6) comprises an X-ray emitting bulb (28), an X-ray detector (27), a robotic arm, a base and 2 control modules (31); the mechanical arm comprises a first mechanical arm (30) and a second mechanical arm (29), the X-ray emission bulb tube (28) is installed at the upper end of the first mechanical arm (30), and the X-ray detector (27) is installed at the upper end of the second mechanical arm (29); the base comprises a first base (33) and a second base (32), 1 control module (31) is arranged on the first base (33) and the second base (32) respectively, the first base (33) and the second base (32) are correspondingly arranged at the bottoms of the first mechanical arm (30) and the second mechanical arm (29) respectively, and the first base (33) and the second base (32) are detachably connected with the bottom wall of the square cabin (1); the 2 control modules (31) are respectively connected with the X-ray emission bulb tube (28) and the X-ray detector (27), and respectively send action instructions to the X-ray emission bulb tube (28) and the X-ray detector (27).

The integrated mobile platform for field surgery according to claim 1, characterized in that said intelligent control all-in-one machine (5) is connected to said medical device and to said integrated radiological imaging unit (6) by means of cables, for issuing actuation instructions to said medical device, and for receiving and presenting data information transmitted by said medical device and by said integrated radiological imaging unit (6).

The field surgical integrated motorized platform of claim 2, wherein the transfer unit (14) comprises an upper cover and a cabin; the upper cover is connected with the cabin body through a hinge, and the upper cover and the cabin body are surrounded to form a closed area; the cabin body is detachably connected with the bottom wall of the square cabin (1) through a binding belt; the transfer unit (14) is used for preoperative preparation, postoperative viewing and postsurgical transfer of the sick and wounded.
10. The field surgical integrated motorized platform of claim 1, further comprising a craniocerebral puncture unit (4); the craniocerebral puncture unit (4) is arranged in the operation area (3) and is used for assisting a doctor in craniocerebral puncture operation.
