Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of microbial preparations, in particular to a bifidobacterium adolescentis preparation with sleep quality improving function.
Background
Sleep disorder, that is to say, the patient has problems in sleeping, and may have symptoms such as excessive sleeping, too little sleeping, difficulty in falling asleep, short sleeping time and the like; sleep disorders are a multiple symptom that most of the reasons for the appearance of such symptoms are due to problems with the health of the patient; conditioning by diet, health care products or medicines is required, and thus, there is a need for a bifidobacterium adolescentis preparation having improved sleep quality.
Through searching, the patent with the Chinese patent application number of CN202110245983.5 discloses a preparation for improving sleep by utilizing Phellinus, which comprises the following components: 2000-3000 g of Phellinus linteus extract, 63-5 g of vitamin B, 280-320 g of lactose and 90-110 g of coating agent. The Phellinus linteus extract is prepared by the following method: pulverizing Phellinus linteus, adding water, and leaching; repeating the extraction for 1 time, combining the two leaching solutions, cooling to room temperature, concentrating under reduced pressure, adding 95% ethanol solution, standing, centrifuging, and collecting precipitate; re-dissolving the precipitate with water, and spray drying. The formulations in the above patents suffer from the following disadvantages: the sleep is conditioned only by the Phellinus linteus component, the efficacy is relatively single, and the conditioning function of human bodies is still to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a bifidobacterium adolescentis preparation with the function of improving sleep quality.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a bifidobacterium adolescentis preparation with sleep quality improving function comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1000-2000 parts of a component A, wherein the component A comprises: 50-70% of bifidobacterium adolescentis powder, 20-40% of lactobacillus paracasei powder and 10-20% of lactobacillus plantarum powder;
80-140 parts of a component B, wherein the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40% of semen zizaniae, 20-30% of dried oyster, 15-25% of spina date seed, 10-20% of platycladi seed and 10-20% of lily;
50-80 parts of component C, wherein the component C comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40% of lactic acid and 60-80% of coating agent;
5 to 16 parts of component D, wherein the component D comprises: 50-70% of lavender essential oil and 30-50% of geranium essential oil;
wherein the bifidobacterium adolescentis powder adopts bifidobacterium adolescentis with the strain number of BQ-G66.
Preferably: the preparation method of the bifidobacterium preparation comprises the following steps:
s1: taking the raw materials in parts by weight for standby;
s2: taking the component B, cleaning, drying, and controlling the water content below 10%;
s3: grinding the dried component B, and mixing to obtain mixed powder;
s4: mixing the mixed powder with the component A to obtain a solid mixed material;
s5: adding component D and lactic acid, mixing again, and gradually adding adhesive during the mixing;
s6: after mixing, drying the materials, and coating by a coating agent;
s7: granulating in a granulator;
s8: and packaging after the detection is qualified.
Further: in the step S3, the concrete mode of the grinding treatment is as follows:
s31: placing one of the components in the dried component B into a pulverizer for pulverizing;
s32: controlling the temperature at 42-56 ℃ during the grinding process;
s33: sieving with 120-240 mesh sieve;
s34: repeating the steps S31-S33 until the grinding treatment of all the components of the component B is finished.
Further preferred is: in the step S2, the drying treatment adopts circulating ventilation type drying treatment, and the drying temperature is controlled to be 45-60 ℃.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: in the step S5, the specific operation mode is as follows:
s51: adding the component D into a mixing device, and mixing for 10-20 min;
s52: adding lactic acid, and continuously mixing for 5-10 min;
s53: adding the adhesive, and controlling the constant speed of 10-20 min;
s54: continuously mixing for 5-10 min.
Further preferred as the present invention is: the drying temperature in S6 is controlled to be: 38-58 ℃; the thickness of the flattened material is controlled within 8 mm.
As still further aspects of the invention: the components of the composition in parts by weight are as follows:
1400-1600 parts of component A, wherein the component A comprises: 50-70% of bifidobacterium adolescentis powder, 20-40% of lactobacillus paracasei powder and 10-20% of lactobacillus plantarum powder;
100-120 parts of component B, wherein the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40% of semen zizaniae, 20-30% of dried oyster, 15-25% of spina date seed, 10-20% of platycladi seed and 10-20% of lily;
65-70 parts of component C, wherein the component C comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40% of lactic acid and 60-80% of coating agent;
10-12 parts of a component D, wherein the component D comprises: 50-70% of lavender essential oil and 30-50% of geranium essential oil.
Based on the scheme: in the step S3, the concrete mode of the grinding treatment is as follows:
s31: placing one of the components in the dried component B into a pulverizer for pulverizing;
s32: controlling the temperature between 46 and 50 ℃ during the grinding process;
s33: sieving with 200-240 mesh sieve;
s34: repeating the steps S31-S33 until the grinding treatment of all the components of the component B is finished.
Preferred on the basis of the foregoing scheme: in the step S2, the drying treatment adopts circulating ventilation type drying treatment, and the drying temperature is controlled to be 50-55 ℃; the drying temperature in S6 is controlled to be: 44-48 ℃; the thickness of the flattened material is controlled within 8 mm.
