Abstract
本发明涉及稀土纳米柴油增效剂,属于柴油添加剂技术领域。稀土纳米柴油增效剂包括:混合苯20‑35份,乙醇20‑40份,正辛醇10‑30份,抗磨剂2‑6份,二茂铁0.2‑1.5份,镧系稀土1‑9份,上述成分按比例依次加入到搅拌釜内常温常压搅拌均匀并完全溶解后过滤,即可罐装。本发明富含稀土,它能加速燃油中碳氢化合物的链结构破坏,是燃油分子变小,燃烧过程中产生更多自由基,同时分子变小会与氧气接触更加充分,从而使其燃烧更加充分,燃烧效率的提高,导致动力提升,节能减排。

技术领域
本发明涉及柴油添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种稀土纳米柴油增效剂。
背景技术
压燃式柴油发动机比点燃式汽油发动机燃效高30%左右,因而广泛地用于大功率的柴油汽车和动力设备。
但是,柴油发动机及其所用柴油,燃烧不充分,造成燃料浪费,动力不足;同时容易产生一氧化碳等有毒有害气体,排放超标,造成环境污染。
因此,提供一种能够在柴油燃烧过程中,能够促进柴油的充分燃烧,节约燃油增强动力,降低排放的稀土纳米柴油增效剂,是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种稀土纳米柴油增效剂,用于解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,主要包括:
稀土纳米柴油增效剂,包括有以下成分及份数:混合苯20-35份,乙醇20-40份,正辛醇10-30份,抗磨剂2-6份,二茂铁0.2-1.5份,镧系稀土1-9份,上述成分按比例依次加入到搅拌釜内常温常压搅拌均匀并完全溶解后过滤,即可罐装。
优选的,所述稀土纳米柴油增效剂,包括有以下成分及份数:混合苯35份,乙醇40份,正辛醇30份,抗磨剂6份,二茂铁0.2份,镧系稀土1份,搅拌均匀后配得一号剂。
优选的,所述稀土纳米柴油增效剂,包括有以下成分及份数:混合苯20份,乙醇20份,正辛醇10份,抗磨剂2份,二茂铁0.2份,镧系稀土1份,搅拌均匀后配得二号剂。
优选的,所述稀土纳米柴油增效剂,包括有以下成分及份数:混合苯32份,乙醇29份,正辛醇17份,抗磨剂5份,二茂铁1.1份,镧系稀土8份,搅拌均匀后配的三号剂。

本发明针对柴油燃烧不充分的解决方案主要是催化助燃,本发明富含稀土,它能加速燃油中碳氢化合物的链结构破坏,是燃油分子变小,燃烧过程中产生更多自由基,同时分子变小会与氧气接触更加充分,从而使其燃烧更加充分,燃烧效率的提高,导致动力提升,节能减排。

在一些较为具体的实施例中,所述稀土纳米柴油增效剂,包括有以下重量份的组分:混合苯20-35份,乙醇20-40份,正辛醇10-30份,抗磨剂2-6份,二茂铁0.2-1.5份,镧系稀土1-9份。
所述稀土纳米柴油增效剂的制备方法:按配比分别称量所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂的所有组分,依次加入到搅拌釜内,常温常压搅拌均匀并完全溶解后过滤,即得所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂。
实施例1
稀土纳米柴油增效剂,包括有以下组分:混合苯35份,乙醇40份,正辛醇30份,抗磨剂6份,二茂铁0.2份,镧系稀土1份。
按配比分别称量所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂的所有组分,依次加入到搅拌釜内,常温常压搅拌均匀并完全溶解后过滤,即得所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂。
搅拌均匀后配得一号剂,按0.1%添加量添加到定量柴油中进行路跑实验和尾气排放检测。
实施例2
稀土纳米柴油增效剂,包括有以下组分:混合苯20份,乙醇20份,正辛醇10份,抗磨剂2份,二茂铁0.2份,镧系稀土1份,搅拌均匀后配得二号剂,按0.12%添加量添加到定量柴油中进行路跑实验和尾气排放检测。
配比分别称量所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂的所有组分,依次加入到搅拌釜内,常温常压搅拌均匀并完全溶解后过滤,即得所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂。
搅拌均匀后配得二号剂,按0.12%添加量添加到定量柴油中进行路跑实验和尾气排放检测。
实施例3
稀土纳米柴油增效剂,包括有以下组分:混合苯32份,乙醇29份,正辛醇17份,抗磨剂5份,二茂铁1.1份,镧系稀土8份,搅拌均匀后配的三号剂,按0.15%添加量添加到定量柴油中进行路跑实验和尾气排放检测。
配比分别称量所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂的所有组分,依次加入到搅拌釜内,常温常压搅拌均匀并完全溶解后过滤,即得所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂。
搅拌均匀后配得三号剂,按0.15%添加量添加到定量柴油中进行路跑实验和尾气排放检测。
对比例1
量取10L无填加剂柴油加入到改装柴油车内进行定速路跑实验,跑至灭火为止,记录里程,再加入适量燃油进行尾气排放检测,结果如下表1。

由表1可知,现有柴油动力偏弱,油耗偏高,排放偏高。

由上述表格可知,本发明在柴油车驾驶过程中驾驶感受有明显提升,提速快,动力强劲,且相同油量行驶里程有明显增加,同时排放明显降低,满足了节能增效减排的目的。

1.一种稀土纳米柴油增效剂,其特征在于,包括有以下重量份的组分:混合苯20-35份,乙醇20-40份,正辛醇10-30份,抗磨剂2-6份,二茂铁0.2-1.5份,镧系稀土1-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂,其特征在于,包括有以下重量份的组分:混合苯35份,乙醇40份,正辛醇30份,抗磨剂6份,二茂铁0.2份,镧系稀土1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂,其特征在于,包括有以下重量份的组分:混合苯20份,乙醇20份,正辛醇10份,抗磨剂2份,二茂铁0.2份,镧系稀土1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂,其特征在于,包括有以下重量份的组分:混合苯32份,乙醇29份,正辛醇17份,抗磨剂5份,二茂铁1.1份,镧系稀土8份。
5.权利要求1-4任一所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按配比分别称量所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂的所有组分,依次加入到搅拌釜内,搅拌均匀并完全溶解后过滤,即得所述的稀土纳米柴油增效剂。
