In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the two first elastic ropes 441 are symmetrically arranged about the center of the circle center of the first turntable 411, so that the distance between the two first elastic ropes 441 is farthest, and in the process of synchronously rotating the first turntable 411 and the second turntable 412, the two first elastic ropes 441 can take out the bags and the tissues in the kitchen waste with the largest screening range, thereby improving the removal efficiency of the bags and the tissues in the kitchen waste, and facilitating the subsequent kitchen waste treatment process.

It will be appreciated that the angle of the partial teeth of the first partial tooth 431 and the second partial tooth 432 in the circumferential direction may be set as desired.

Taking one third connection pad 450 and one fourth connection pad 452 as an example, initially, the fourth connection pad 452 is in the a position, when the second gear 453 on the fourth connection pad 452 is not engaged with the second incomplete teeth 432, the four second elastic ropes 451 between the third connection pad 450 and the fourth connection pad 452 are straight and in a stretched state; along with the clockwise rotation of the first rotary table 411 and the second rotary table 412, when the fourth rotary table 452 rotates from the A position to the F position, the second gear 453 on the fourth rotary table 452 is meshed with the second incomplete teeth 432, so that the second gear 453 drives the fourth rotary table 452 to rotate anticlockwise around the axis of the second gear 453 by a preset angle, and the four second elastic ropes 451 between the third rotary table 450 and the fourth rotary table 452 are crossed and twisted to clamp part of kitchen waste and squeeze out liquid; when the fourth connection disc 452 rotates from the F position to the a position, the four second elastic ropes 451 are twisted clockwise to reset under the elastic force and throw the pressed kitchen waste back into the treating box 200.
It is understood that the movement of the two first elastic strings 441 and the four second elastic strings 451 can be approximately regarded as a twisting process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4, the diameter of the first rotary table 411 is larger than that of the second rotary table 412, that is, the distance between the first elastic rope 441 and the second elastic rope 451 from top to bottom and the bottom surface of the treatment box 200 is larger and larger along the length direction of the treatment box 200, so that in the process of synchronously rotating the first rotary table 411 and the second rotary table 412, the first elastic rope 441 and the second elastic rope 451 can treat kitchen waste in an omnibearing manner, thereby improving the removing efficiency of bags and tissues in the kitchen waste and facilitating the subsequent kitchen waste treatment process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4, a liquid bearing plate 420 is rotatably sleeved on the rotating rod 410, one end of the liquid bearing plate 420 away from the feeding hole 210 is located above the liquid outlet 213, a liquid bearing groove 421 is arranged on the liquid bearing plate 420, and the opening direction of the liquid bearing groove 421 is always vertically upward under the action of gravity, and the liquid bearing groove 421 is used for guiding part of liquid extruded from kitchen waste to the liquid outlet 213; in the process of rotating the first rotating disc 411 and the second rotating disc 412, the second gear 453 on the fourth connecting disc 452 is meshed with the second incomplete teeth 432, so that the second gear 453 drives the fourth connecting disc 452 to rotate around the axis of the second gear 453 by a preset angle, and further, the four second elastic ropes 451 between the third connecting disc 450 and the fourth connecting disc 452 are crossed and twisted to clamp part of kitchen waste and squeeze out liquid, the liquid is divided into two parts, one part falls into the kitchen waste again and flows out from the liquid outlet 213 along the inner wall surface of the treatment box 200, and the other part directly flows out from the liquid outlet 213 through the liquid bearing groove 421, so that the separation efficiency of solids and liquid in the kitchen waste is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, one end of the treatment tank 200, which is close to the feed inlet 210, is higher than the other end in the vertical direction, and by arranging the treatment tank 200 to be inclined, on the one hand, kitchen waste can automatically move along the bottom surface of the treatment tank 200 in a direction away from the feed inlet 210 under the action of gravity, so that an additional conveyor belt is not required, and energy is saved conveniently; on the other hand, the liquid in the kitchen waste and the liquid extruded from the kitchen waste can flow out from the liquid outlet 213 along the inner wall surface of the treatment box 200, so that the subsequent treatment of water and grease is facilitated.
In a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6, the included angle between the bottom surface of the treatment tank 200 and the side wall surface where the first discharge port 211 is located is an obtuse angle, so that on one hand, the kitchen waste automatically moves along the bottom surface of the treatment tank 200 in a direction away from the feed port 210 under the action of gravity and simultaneously can move in a direction away from the first discharge port 211, thereby enhancing the mobility of the kitchen waste, and being convenient for the first elastic rope 441 and the second elastic rope 451 to treat all the waste; on the other hand, the liquid in the kitchen waste and the liquid extruded from the kitchen waste can flow out from the liquid outlet 213 along the inner wall surface of the treatment box 200, so that the subsequent treatment of water and grease is facilitated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the number of the first, second, third and fourth connection pads 440, 442, 450 and 452 is plural, and the plural first and third connection pads 440 and 450 are alternately and uniformly disposed on the first rotation pad 411 in the circumferential direction of the first rotation pad 411; the plurality of second connection pads 442 and the plurality of second connection pads 442 are alternately and uniformly disposed on the second rotary table 412 in the circumferential direction of the second rotary table 412.
Specifically, the number of the first mounting holes 4111 may be set to six, the six first mounting holes 4111 are uniformly distributed on the first rotary table 411 in the circumferential direction, the number of the second mounting holes 4121 may be set to six, and the six second mounting holes 4121 are uniformly distributed on the second rotary table 412 in the circumferential direction; the number of the first, second, third and fourth connection pads 440, 442, 450 and 452 may be all set to three, and the first and third connection pads 440 and 450 are fixedly inserted in the first mounting hole 4111 at intervals and alternately in the circumferential direction; the second and fourth connection plates 442 and 452 are rotatably inserted in the second mounting hole 4121 at intervals and alternately in the circumferential direction; so that the first elastic rope 441 and the second elastic rope 451 can treat the kitchen waste for a plurality of times in the synchronous rotation process of the first rotating disc 411 and the second rotating disc 412, thereby improving the removing efficiency of the bags and the tissues in the kitchen waste, improving the separating efficiency of the solids and the liquid in the kitchen waste, and facilitating the follow-up kitchen waste treatment process.
In some embodiments, a mounting plate 201 is disposed on an outer sidewall surface of the processing box 200 adjacent to the feed inlet 210 in a length direction; the kitchen waste pretreatment device further comprises a driving piece, the driving piece is used for providing driving force for the rotation of the first rotary table 411, in the embodiment, the driving piece is a driving motor 300, the driving motor 300 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 201 through bolts, a motor shaft of the driving motor 300 is fixedly connected to the first rotary table 411 and is coaxially arranged with the first rotary table 411, the driving motor 300 drives the first rotary table 411 to rotate, and the first rotary table 411 drives the second rotary table 412 to rotate through a rotary rod 410.
The embodiment of the application also provides a kitchen waste pretreatment method which is applied to any kitchen waste pretreatment device and comprises the following steps:
step S1, preparing operation: collecting kitchen waste and performing coarse crushing;
the kitchen waste can be intensively recovered through the collecting barrel, and then the intensively recovered kitchen waste is conveyed to a treatment station through the collecting and conveying vehicle and is coarsely crushed.
Step S2, separation treatment: pouring the kitchen waste after coarse crushing into a treatment box 200, separating out bags and kitchen paper towel waste doped in the kitchen waste through a treatment mechanism 400, and extruding the kitchen waste;
step S3, classification processing: delivering the separated garbage which does not contain bags and is difficult to degrade paper towels to a pulping machine for crushing and pulping; introducing the liquid extruded from the kitchen waste into a two-phase centrifuge to separate water and grease;
step S4, screening and sand removal treatment: putting the crushed slurry into a solid-liquid separator for screening, and pouring the screened slurry into a sand removing device for sand removal;
step S5, three-phase separation processing: heating the sand-removed slurry to 90 ℃, and separating water, solids and grease by a three-phase centrifuge;
step S6, recycling: preparing the grease separated by the two-phase centrifuge and the three-phase centrifuge into biodiesel, soap or other chemical raw materials; and (3) conveying the water separated by the two-phase centrifugal machine and the water and solids separated by the three-phase centrifugal machine to a next process for anaerobic fermentation.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

step S4, screening and sand removal treatment: putting the crushed slurry into a solid-liquid separator for screening, and pouring the screened slurry into a sand removing device for sand removal;
step S5, three-phase separation processing: heating the sand-removed slurry to 90 ℃, and separating water, solids and grease by a three-phase centrifuge;
step S6, recycling: preparing the grease separated by the two-phase centrifuge and the three-phase centrifuge into biodiesel, soap or other chemical raw materials; and (3) conveying the water separated by the two-phase centrifugal machine and the water and solids separated by the three-phase centrifugal machine to a next process for anaerobic fermentation.
