The use principle of the pressure-proof package production equipment for the medicinal hard tablets is as follows: firstly, classifying and conveying a plurality of medicinal hard sheets among a plurality of partition plates 3 arranged on a conveyor belt 2, starting a first electric cylinder 10, pushing a moving platform 9 to move longitudinally, enabling a sorting plate 11 fixedly connected with the bottom of the moving platform 9 to move between the two corresponding partition plates 3, sorting the medicinal hard sheets through the sorting plate 11 when uneven moving operation occurs, starting a first motor 44 to drive a rotating shaft 13 to rotate, enabling the rotating shaft 13 to drive a connecting ring sleeve and a baffle plate 14 to rotate along the central point of the output end of the first motor 44 together, finally enabling the baffle plate 14 to be mutually perpendicular to the conveyor belt 2, enabling the medicinal hard sheets moving between the two partition plates 3 on the conveyor belt 2 to be temporarily stopped through the baffle plate 14, enabling the baffle plate 14 to keep parallel to the conveyor belt 2 after the medicinal hard sheets are contacted with the corresponding baffle plate 14, and enabling the medicinal hard sheets with consistent conveying progress to continue to be conveyed by the conveyor belt 2 after the first motor 44 is started to drive the rotating shaft 13 to rotate;
when the medicinal hard sheet moves to the upper side of the vertical box body 4, after the medicinal hard sheet is about to be separated from the conveying range of the conveying belt 2, the second motor 16 is started to drive the transmission shaft 15 to rotate, the transmission shaft 15 drives the rotating ring sleeve 17, the sliding groove body 18 and the turnover plate 19 to rotate along the center point of the transmission shaft 15 together, so that the turnover plate 19 contacts one side of the medicinal hard sheet, the medicinal hard sheet vertically falls on the arc-shaped guide plate 5 and finally enters the vertical box body 4, the two limiting strips 25 are driven to move by the first double-head electric cylinder 24, the medicinal hard sheet is kept stable and vertically lowered in the descending process of the two limiting strips 25, the second electric cylinder 28 is started to drive the limiting plate 26 to move in the vertical box body 4, and various turnover or non-vertical phenomena are avoided when the medicinal hard sheet vertically descends through the limiting plate 26 and the opposite side walls in the vertical box body 4;
when the medicinal hard sheets are vertically discharged from the vertical box body 4, the driving shaft 31 is driven to rotate among the connecting pieces 32 by starting the third motor 33, so that the driving shaft 31 drives the driving wheels 34 to rotate, meanwhile, according to the difference of the widths of the medicinal hard sheets, the two sliding seats 42 are driven to slide on the two connecting plates 41 by starting the double-head electric cylinder II 43, so that the connecting plates 41 drive the rotating shaft 30 to rotate at the bottom of the fixed frame 29, the distance between the two driving shafts 31 is adjusted, the medicinal hard sheets with different thicknesses are conveyed, meanwhile, the fourth motor 36 is started to drive one conveying shaft 35 to rotate, the conveying belt 37 is driven to move between the conveying shafts 35 and the outer sides of the conveying wheels, the conveying belt 37 can drive the anti-compression box body 7 to slowly move on the conveying belt 37, the medicinal hard sheets enter the anti-compression box body 7, and the medicinal hard sheets can enter the fixed grooves formed in the placing base 39, so that the medicinal hard sheets are vertically and orderly arranged in the anti-compression box body 7.
